Broken Arrow Home Builders | Keeping It Real
Alrighty guys. So I already went over the path with you. Now I’m going to go over the tour that we’re going, that I’m going to take you guys on today. So we are going to start at the Prescott and that model home is going to be in our Ashbrook location. And the address of that is two, two, four zero six, eight East 95th street South. And that would be a broken arrow community that we have. Um, I want to let you know about four unique things about that home. It has the most windows in a living area as the most storage in our closets Broken Arrow Home Builders. The pantry is ginormous. Your kids can literally make a tent in the back and there’s a late night laundry is quiet because it has a so colluded laundry room at the front of the home that is not closer to any of the other bedrooms.
So that way you could be doing your laundry at any time, new homes, broken arrow. Um, the next time that we’re gonna go to will be the Addison and that will be in Highland Creek. Um, in the address of that is 22, five Oh seven East a hundred and fourth street in South broken arrow as well. Um, in that plan it is our most efficient four or bedroom home as a split plan, separation of bedrooms. So then that way one of the masters on one side and the other bedrooms are on the other side of the home. So even though you do not have an upstairs, you do have that separation for you guys. Um, it has a great plan for a nursery cause it does have one secluded bedroom closer to the master bedroom. So then that way you can have your baby closer to you.
And the game room fits nine comfortably is one of our big game rooms that we have in a lot of people. Really enjoy that space. New homes, broken arrow. And then from there we’re going to actually go to seven Oak South and we have two model homes in there for you guys to look at. So that will kill a shave some time off of our to or today. Um, we will be going to seven Oaks South and we’ll going to be seeing the Greenville in our stone Brook model home, which are both fully furnished and decorated to the nines and the Greenville is what we will go into. I’m second. And the first one we’re going to go into, it’s actually called the Stonebrook and the address of that is 14, 10 East new Orleans place. And these will both be broken arrow homes as well. Um, this home, one of the main features, it has an oversized nook with a tern Island Broken Arrow Home Builders.
So this home doesn’t have the designated dining room space. So the reason for the turned Island is so then that way you have a larger area, so your Island seating is actually facing your notebook and you can sit comfortably four people up at the bar area and in the nook area you could really put a large table that could sit probably up to 10 people. So then that way you still have the feel of a dining room. Um, when you have people over or you have a party at your house or a holiday. And then that way everybody can still sit together and talk together. Um, and also with that has a prepper pantry. And what we mean by that, basically you could live in it if you needed. That’s how big it is. Um, it has so much storage in the pantry and it literally is like a hugeL and you can go hang out all the way in the corner.
Um, our master suite has a design that, um, show homes as called the snooze button design. And with that design, basically if you or your spouse one wakes up earlier than the other, you don’t want to wake them up. You know, when you have to get ready and do things during the day to get ready for the day. So what you’re going to do is you’re going to go in that bathroom, gonna, close those devil doors behind you, and then you can go in the bathroom and get all your stuff done that you need to do and then go from there to the laundry room. Or when you get to that laundry room or get to the closet, I mean you literally exit right out the laundry room with Broken Arrow Home Builders. So when you exit out the laundry room, you’ll close the door behind you and you’ll never have to walk back in to the master bedroom where your significant other is still sleeping.
Therefore that would be this news button design. And then another unique feature, um, this plan in the bathroom, it actually has anL shaped vanity suite. Um, it is unique to that plant and it looks gorgeous. I can’t wait for you to see it. New homes, broken arrow. Um, and then the next thing that you’re going to look at or nest home we’re going to look at is the Greenville and Broken Arrow Home Builders. The address to that is 14, 14 East new Orleans place. Um, in the four things that I want to let you know that are in that home is the most open design concept. And what I mean for that, it has huge, huge high ceilings. Um, and it’s also available in one to two story versions. A lot of times when you get home and you don’t get the upstairs, they take out those high ceilings and with this plan that would not be happening.
So you get to keep that grand entryway. Um, and it also has a like a dining room space, but it isn’t blocked off and awkward. Like he still really open to everybody and it looks beautiful. And then after that, the next thing is that it has a largest area dedicated to the master suite. And that is because we have a unique optional master suite expansion. And what I mean by that is you can actually add two more rooms within your master suite and they could be used as a study or an office or a baby area for your baby, an exercise room, really whatever fits your needs for your family, which is pretty cool. New homes, broken arrow. And then from there we’re going to go to the Monroe and that will be at the village at Southern trails. Um, and that’s going to be located in broken arrow as well at 36, 19 South first Boulevard.
Um, and with that home, the four unique things about that one is it has the largest great room, has the largest outdoor living space in all of our patios do come covered in our heritage series, which is amazing. And also with that it has a unique optional hidden hall bath. So it’s like a [inaudible], it’s like a a powder bath that you don’t know. It’s there but it’s there. So that’s pretty cool. And then the other thing that is really cool is it has a master corner tub. Typically there are tubs are in the corner. So that’s a unique design that they have. And also that house still has the snooze design like most of our other plans that we have. From there we’re going to go to the Redford new homes, broken arrow, and that’s going to be at one two zero seven two South 68th East Avenue.
And from there we’re getting into big speed in the house that we’re going to look at there is called a Monroe and it’s actually a Monroe, two P. and the reason why I want to let you know that is because all of our plans go from the small to an extra large plan. And that just means based on the bedrooms and different, um, features that the home has. So that is that one. Um, in that home it has the largest great room. It has the largest outdoor living space, and then it also has the turned Island designed for a wonderful backyard view. It is one of our homes that you can literally look, ride out and see everything in your backyard, especially if you have little kids that are out there playing. That’s a really good, unique feature to know about. I’m gonna also has his and hers closets, which is amazing.
And then from there, um, we’re going to go to the Monroe two or one Monroe. One eye is what that is going to be called. And that one, it’s our most versatile design. You can actually build it in 15 versions. And with those 15 versions you will be also getting one of the largest great room, the largest outdoor living space in the largest master vanity space. Um, and what uh, why I say that is it has a wall to wall counter for your husband and you for your bathroom. And um, and then from there for the Broken Arrow Home Builders, we’re actually going to go to the Monterrey and the address for that is 32, 19 West a hundred 18th street. And that we’ll be bringing us into GenX. Um, and that home has a true second suite on main level. And what I mean by that is basically down one hall you have a large bathroom, a large bedroom in a large office space.
So you can make it like a, a suite like a mother. And last week or an older son comes back from college or daughter and they need their own space. That’d be a perfect floor plan for that. Um, it also is the most private bedrooms of any plan. And it also has a powder bath in their layout. And then it also has the most private upstairs bedrooms, new homes, broken arrow. And then the last one that I want to show you is also in GQ. It’s going to be the Ventana. Um, and the address for that one is 12 eight Oh one South date street. Um, and that one actually been Tanah means window in Spanish. And then there’s tons of light is our one floor plan that has the most windows from wall to wall in the living room. It’s a beautiful, it has a poppin pantry.
So what I mean by that, it’s a very large pantry for you in your home. Um, it’s a nursery convenient from the masters. So there’s a, another bedroom located really close to it. And then other than that, there is also the upstairs kid should fight less. And what we need to ride that is we literally have one bedroom on one side and then the great big game room in the middle of those. And then we have another bedroom on the other side.
