Great. Well, we appreciate those kind words and we like Ivan too. So since being on the tour, we see that you haven’t had the opportunity to join the price out stage of your process as a company. We’re always trying to find ways to improve our process. What exactly has held you back from attending the price out? I understand finding the right home that fits you in your family’s needs is an important decision. I have always found that the best way to make a good decision is by having all the information wouldn’t you agree? Yes. So in order to make sure you have all the information from us so that you can make that important decision for your family, I wanted to schedule a good time for your price out. So how did you originally hear about us and how familiar are you overall with Shaw homes? So let me ask you if all builders charge the same price per square foot out there. So what you are saying is you want to make sure that you have a beautifully designed home that fits your functionality and needs.
