New Homes Broken Arrow | One or Two Stories

Speaker 1: (00:00)
Hi, my name is Dennis Strada, and today I wanted to go over three beautiful two story options that we offer here in broken arrow, new homes broken arrow. Uh, that would be great for someone who’s looking maybe for a bigger home, a two story home. Uh, some of the benefits that two story homes have is that they have a little bit of separation between some of the master bedroom and, uh, you know, secondary bedrooms. Uh, so it also has a nice level of security as well. It’s a little bit harder for anyone to come into the home and, and climb up the stairs without people noticing downstairs as well. So that’s another great feature that, uh, two story homes offer, uh, as well as you know, it also has a really nice feeling to home in their stairways. You know, uh, I, I personally prefer two story homes over one story homes because of just that feeling of having a little bit of a separation, but at the same time, you know, with where guests are downstairs, you can be upstairs.

Speaker 1: (00:53)
It’s, it’s really nice. I really enjoy it. So I just want to give you guys three beautiful options. We have here, a new homeless broken arrow, uh, within the Manchester series. That would be perfect. So I wanted to start with what we call our Remington. Uh, the Remington is a three bedroom or four bedroom, a home just depending on how you build it. Uh, and then also two bath or a yeah, two to two baths and two and a half baths. So, uh, it’s really nice, you know, before playing here. So, um, one of the cool features about this floor plan in particular is actually, uh, it has a great room hall with a five foot high, a bookshelf that are built in, into the frame of the home, uh, which makes them a lot more durable in the mix, them a lot more, you know, uh, you know, suitable, they’re going to be the trim color of the, of the trim color that you choose for the home, whether it be a calm, wider, or, you know, seashell gray, uh, it’s going to be, you know, that color of the trim, uh, with, within the home, uh, so that it can match fully nice and kind of flow together with your home, uh, once you build it.

Speaker 1: (01:57)
So that’s one of my favorite things about the Remington is just that it has that going forward. It’s, it’s really nice. It’s, it’s got that new homes broken, arrow feeling to it. So, um, another great feature that this home has, uh, my opinion is one of the best things about it, um, is our snooze button design. Uh, so this news button design involves a master bedroom and it’s the layout of the master bedroom. So, uh, whenever one, if you have a family that wakes up, maybe at different times, you and your wife, or, you know, you and your partner, uh, wake up at different times in the morning, uh, it’s very nice because you can close that closet door or that master bathroom door, uh, and then be able to shower be going in and out your master closet, your master bathroom, uh, and be able to, uh, kind of have, uh, all that to yourself without having to, you know, bother your, your partner because she’s in her room or he’s in her room, you know, uh, still sleeping. So it’s, um, very nice to be, to have a

Speaker 2: (02:59)
Little bit more of a freedom without having to disturb your, you know, your partner, as soon as, you know, he wants to leave the laundry room, which is connected to the closet, uh, and all of this flows nicely and smoothly together. Um, it’s connected to the garage or the exterior of the home. So if you wanted to maybe go to the kitchen first, you can go to that route. Or maybe if you wanted to go outside to the garage and straight to work, you can also go that route as well. So the laundry room actually has two exits, one leading to that entry hall, kitchen area, and one leading to that garage area, which is really nice as well. So that’s the Remington, I think it’s a really nice option in new homes broken arrow. That’s a two story. Again, you can have the fourth bedroom actually be a game room upstairs, which just makes it like a secondary, uh, living area or a secondary kind of great room or a mini great room.

Speaker 2: (03:47)
And on the upstairs for, you know, maybe someone who wants a little bit extra living area and living space for their family to gather and, and have, you know, reunions at, um, a nice walk-in closet in the bedroom upstairs. The second option would be what we call the Peyton. Uh, so the Peyton is actually, um, a really nice option for people who are looking to, you know, uh, have maybe something a little bit bigger. So it’s actually our biggest floor plan that we offer, uh, one of the bigger ones. So, um, it’s not that the biggest one we’ll get to that one, just a sec. Uh, one of the cool features about this home and this one is full of beautiful features and amenities, um, instead of has a two-story entry with a nice, beautiful open below or an overlook, uh, whenever you first enter the home.

Speaker 2: (04:35)
Um, it’s really nice. Uh, the only thing is you have to be a little bit wary of, you know, balloons that fly water balloons, uh, from your children, as well as eggs, uh, other in April fools. But other than that, this is a beautiful new homes broken arrow option for the guys, just because it’s, it’s got a lot of packed features within it as well. Another beautiful thing is that it is a three car garage included into the floor plan. So, uh, the actual third car bay is inside of the home, which is really nice. That makes it look a little bit better. Most of the new three car garages are actually facing outside of the home. They’re always going to be on the side, this one’s in the interior, which actually gives a really nice look, uh, really makes it look a little bit bigger and a little bit of space here from the outside.

Speaker 2: (05:16)
It gives it a lot better feeling in that regard as well. So really, really nice home, um, really, really a nice home for you to be able to kind of, uh, uh, have a nice exterior look to me. It also has a standing seam metal roof, which you can even choose colors for and have picked out for you. So it’s a really nice metal roof. That’s really nice for, uh, uh, the durability of it and, you know, just overall look to the home. So that’s also a really nice touch with another beautiful thing. This has is also all of these homes that we’re going to look up to. They have that flex room, this one right here, uh, you can make the flex room, uh, in the bottom. So the flex room would be an entry entryway room. It could be a bedroom, so you could have it become a four-bedroom home, or you could have it become a study which will still have Baltic, beautiful vaulted ceilings in it, regardless whether or not it’s a rumor, uh, you know, a flux room, but at the same time, you can have, you know, an extra study room that’s a little bit bigger, a little bit spacious, uh, because you you’re losing closet and area and all of that, uh, because you know, it’s no longer a bedroom, uh, so you can have it become a beautiful space and study new homes broken arrow, uh, and that’s a great option for you as well.

Speaker 2: (06:31)
Lastly, it also has a mud bench as most of our homes in this area of the, of our Manchester series have. So it also has that for you as well, which is a really nice touch for, you know, new homes broken arrow, uh, 60 to 60 feet, a 60 inch mud bench with a nice, beautiful shelf and lots of space to be able to, you know, put up your, your clothes, your jacket, your boots from work, you know, whatever it may be, uh, as soon as you enter the home and have that work for you as well. So nice, beautiful features that are, you know, also part of, you know, our plan and kind of help help you in your decision, making a new homeless, broken arrow. Lastly, I want to talk about our biggest floor plan. Also one of my favorites, if not the, my favorite floor plan and it’s called the Magnolia.

Speaker 2: (07:13)
So we just went over to the Peyton. Uh, now this is a Magnolia, so the Magnolia is also great. Uh, one of the best things about the Magnolia is the two-story entryway as well with a nice open below as well. Um, it’s really nice. Uh, this is actually a five bedroom and a three bath home. Um, so it’s really, really nice for you to be able to, um, have that going for you. So, um, another cool thing about this is it also has a makeup vantage within the master bedroom and all of the homes that we’ve discussed have that snooze button design, by the way, something I did want to point out. Uh, so snooze button this time within every single one of these homes, uh, so that they’re all connected and flow kind of smoothly, um, from the master to the master closet, to the laundry room, uh, within these homes, whether it be the patron or the Magnolia, you actually don’t even have a door in between the closet and the master bathroom, which makes it a really, really nice open feeling to that connection there.

Speaker 2: (08:12)
So one of the things to keep in mind when you’re looking at homes here in new homes  broken arrow, so also we have a master make of vanity. So, like I was saying, it’s just a open area, kind of separated from where the double sink could be, uh, where you can have that beautiful, uh, stool, uh, kind of situation. So, uh, the way I can explain it, this is just, let’s say you have vanity right next to it. It’s a little bit lower, so you can sit down at it. Uh, and then there’s an open window right there that brings in a lot of natural light, especially just a few oriented just right. And that would make you so that it’s perfect for, you know, using natural lighting to have, uh, the ability to, uh, look at, uh, you know, your, your makeup and make sure that your makeup looks right.

Speaker 2: (08:57)
So that’s perfect for a lot of your women out there, or man, you know, uh, who were into that type of thing that make up the situation. So a built-in study desk as well. Uh, the built-in study desk is actually a really nice feature as well. Um, it’s actually, um, the built-in study desk is going to be in the, um, I’m trying to remember where we were placed it within the home. Um, but regardless it’s a really nice touch to the home, uh, so that you can have that ability to, you know, have an extra study area as well. Uh, so you can have a fifth bedroom or you can have a game room upstairs, and then you can have a flex from downstairs in the third bedroom, or you can have a, uh, a beautiful, uh, study room as well, or a bedroom there too. So this is a five bedroom home, if you want it to be, or it could be just a three bedroom home. You have a lot of options with this one right here as well. So a really nice home again, I was just showing you some of your options here, new homes broken arrow in two story homes that we offer. Um, and thank you.
