One thing you will love about Shaw homes and new home construction that sets them apart is their dedication to having model homes which are furnished and decorated with all the various options in the various model homes displayed for you to really be able to see and walk through in real life. This way you can really see and feel how the space is in order to visualize how your family in furniture and cooking and hanging out and sleeping in all of the things that make a difference in living in a home would be in real life rather than just what you think it will be by looking at a floor plan on paper. You can see what it looks like. Shaw has over 83 floor plans in price ranges that start at about $265,000 and goes up to over 700 and up to over $700,000. And of course everything in between with square footage from 1,735, all the way up to over 5,000 square feet. And again, of course, everything in between Shaw has many communities with home sites available for you to choose from. And they will certainly build on land that you already own for new home construction or that you love and want to buy to build on. Of course, unless there’s something very unusual about the land with special circumstances that make it impossible to build on. I’m not sure what that would be, but I’m thinking sometimes land may need a great deal of work to have it buildable. And of course you would need all the necessary utilities. And so on brought in if your land is not in an already developed area, the designers at Shaw are fantastic.
