Heritage Series | What Home Series Should I Look At

Show homes is a new one. Boulder’s based out of broken arrow. We’ll say area, if you are in the market for Edmund new, more than Charlotte can also help you out. There are a middle plans anywhere from 1800 square feet and 12 to 5,000 square feet in our heritage series. If you were in the market for a new home, um, we can help you in many of the ways we have many dental floor plans, any family, um, and how many going again from 1500 square feet to 5,000. And then we build out just off of Hills and Douglas and again, off of Douglas. And I personally, we have a Manchester premiere series and I really like making it as a very functional single family home, um, heritage series that we have as a new home.

When you Toms range anywhere from 17 to 24, um, they are three to five bedrooms, two to three rounds with the, and like, what are you? Um, we pride ourselves in our area as well as we think that if there is actually four bedroom, three bath there, uh, it has the [inaudible], um, to that room right off to the bathroom or so a plan and have a [inaudible] here, he, um, um, and standard, whereas today you’re able to choose from 30 years, like how do you ensure through your walls? Um, you have many options to actually characterize as well. So it gives you a little bit of additional storage. She would eat it or someone that you just need a little more you’ll have tile in all of your way areas to consider areas in our, uh, uh, the dining room has a bathroom and we have a lot of included tiles areas. Um, and then as far as, uh, what I would call them of lush, you put in all of those rooms, towns, apartments, new home, um, and other severe serious E and you are wanting to do that new home.

If you are looking for an, the new home that is larger in size than we have something called direct first, which is our, one of our most popular for pants plans and a heritage series. Um, we feel that the heritage series and Edmond in one park, which is sold out, we are currently waiting on phase two, also in early rush, um, which is currently filled out as well. And then Ridge Creek, um, Thursday to come to that neighborhood. Uh, we are expecting more communities to develop here, students to put in the heritage series. One of them being killed Belle valley located off of I 35 in Coalville, exit headed east. Um, and in addition to that, we also have one called Fox flair and that community, the home side will be anywhere from three quarters of an acres to an acre and three quarters of our home sites give you access to a pond as well as shop building approved, as you all are wanting additional space.

Um, and the heritage series, there are more included features like what the title to put in your wet areas. Again, just like the Manchester premier, there will be tile areas and carpet in your living areas, as well as your bedroom.
