Here at Shaw homes, we enjoy serving both the Tulsa community, as well as the admin, Oklahoma city community, and finding a new, perfect home for you and your family. Shaw homes build Edmond new homes, um, and multiple communities the communities include, but are not limited to, because we’re constantly building, um, Fox layer, which is on large wooded homes, large wooded homesites that range from three quarters of an acre to an acre and three quarters, which include a pond and, um, are in the Edmond school districts. We used to build in our Edmond new homes. Um, a lot of our floor plans come with vaulted ceilings that you can throw in fo wood beams to give it more of a farmhouse feel and our heritage series on our Edmond new homes. We also include two elevations. The elevation a would be more brick and stucco, whereas elevation B on our Edmond new homes, um, gives you more of a farm house, feel more LPs, part siding, um, and more of painted brick. You’ll see in these communities and then the series, um, one of our floor plans and our heritage series would be the Cypress. The Cypress has a ton of different ways. It can be built. Um, I’m specifically going to be talking about the Cypress are in our Edmond new homes. It starts at 30, just under 3,500 square feet. It’s got a nice covered patio on the entry way.

Um, when you walk through the front door, you’ll have a study on one side that can be transformed into another bedroom. If you need be. And then across from this study, you will find bedroom two, three with a shared bathroom in the middle. Um, those bedrooms will include carpet. And then the, as well as this study, the tile will be ran through the entryway and the bath. There’s also a Potter bath just behind the study with stair access behind the, um, in the Cyprus are the great room, has a vaulted ceiling with a fireplace on one end. Um, Shaw homes especially does great with extended nooks dining knucks. So it’s just like an enlarged, um, breakfast nook, but could fit just about any size table and our admin new homes. It also the kitchen island in the Cyprus, our faces out towards the great room, which is great for entertaining and keeping an eye on your children, um, off to the side of the nook there, you have access to your covered patio in the back.

Um, along with our six windows in the back, um, off of the kitchen and the pantry, you will run into the master bedroom. Obviously the master bath will be attached with two separate vanities, a freestanding tub, and a shower. There is a commode room and some built in shelves. Then you can have access from that straight into your master closet, which actually swings back to the laundry room. Um, so you’ll never have to wake up your significant other in the morning, you have access in and out of your bedroom on either end and from your laundry room, you’ll walk into your utility room. Um, and then if you would like to go upstairs on the Cyprus, are there is going to be an upper hall. And in the upper hall, there’s going to be some built-in shelves in a bathroom and then bedroom number four, and then you’ll have an additional bonus or flex room at there, and then an entire another living space, which would be great for a larger family.

Um, kids wanting their own space, give mom and dad a little bit of space and their admin new home as well. And then if you need more options, the Monroe too would also be a great home. Um, if you’re looking for an Edmond new home, it is a two story. Ken comes with elevation a and B uh, the Monroe to me, a small covered front porch with an entryway, with a study on the one side. Um, and then once we walked through the entryway, you have access to your great room, um, with a corner fireplace. And then from that, your kitchen island looks great room with a extended and extended nook off to the side of your kitchen. Um, in the kitchen, there’s also a corner pantry, which is large and gives you a great space, uh, off the nook. You have access to a huge covered video, be great for seeding and inviting friends over, um, off of the great room you have access to the master bedroom and the master

Bath, the master bath has two separate vanities, a standing tub and shower. And then from that, you have your master closet, um, and for your master closet, you have access to the laundry room behind your master bath. There are bedrooms two and three, um, with the utility closet, just to the side, this is a three car garage option, um, can be done as a side load garage. You so purchase for your Edmond new home. If you were to go upstairs in the Monroe to E you’ll have bedroom number four with an additional bathroom, and then another game room or a living space, which would be perfect for game nights or watching football with your friends and family, um, in your Edmond new home, we have many other options available.
