Step three is, is, is a Homesite reservation. See, now that you selected your one of a kind floor plan, the one of a kind home for you, it’s time to find that one of a kind piece of land to, to build that new home upon, which is your home site. Not every one of our floor plans fits every home site. So now that we know the plan that you’ve selected, we can begin showing you the home sites that become available to you based on the floor plan you’ve chosen. So in this case, your new homes in broken arrow, we will shoot. We will show you the different home sites available in broken arrow.

Once you select your home site, our clients reserve that home site with a thousand dollar refundable deposit. This is called the Homesite reservation. This deposit is refundable for seven days. And if that’s the case, we will certainly refund your a thousand dollars deposit to, but should you decide to, to move forward.

Then the next step for you will be a price out now that you have the floor plan chosen and the home site reserved. We’re going to meet back once again, and we’re going to price out your new homes in broken arrow. In other words, we’re going to build your home on paper and show you the, the costs of everything that goes into building your new home in Oklahoma. That way there’s not going to be any surprises.
