Weather, no matter where you go, it’s going to be great for New Home Construction , or it’s going to be bad. Today’s weather is so windy and so rainy. Well, I’m not suffering. It’s a drizzle. It’s a drizzle. So I’m looking forward to this afternoon because I get a break from work. I get two days off from work. You have no idea how excited my brother is to try and relax. Let’s go to the lounge. Just had to still be session. I have study sessions, study sessions. You may ask yourself, what is the world study session, roster, the session variable, some comparators or some trenches, or just people in general, light up a cigar. Grab people, drink, whatever you drink, your motive is coffee, bourbon, whiskey, tea, or whatever. Sit down there is conversations. Just mix it up. Just the beauty of scars. They’re kind of for a lot of things. Firstly, great conversation for New Home Construction . Good times if you look in the field, do so in big steel, Oklahoma communities, big spiel problem or some set because you have those. Ooh, the states at the river forgot about that one. Oh, we also have Yorktown community tuition. Now take a look at possibilities. That’s an easy five step process. And by the end of that process, you’d be signing the papers to only your own Shaw home, which might add, has been around since 1985. One of the premier builders here in area longevity, consistency, tricks, parents.

That’s what you get you on the Charlotte. Yeah. So back to this world study sessions, I’m excited. I’m thinking about meetings, the podcast. I’m not a talking type person, so I’m just going to work. I gotta find people to talk and just bring them into the mix. I’ll talk. But I guess in myself, talking for hours upon hours, um, yeah, there’s just nothing, unless it’s something I’m passionate about. How fancy myself a super matter. Well correction, my parents and myself aspiring to be a cigar phishing. I’m excited for the day when that comes. I also want to get my food and symptomatic again where I have my pop-up shop, but then also actually have a laugh itself. Um, I liked it. What couple of things Copeland’s are set up here. I wiped away the parts of my I’m just set up here downtown Tulsa release. Nice. But then again, I like to sit up and sharpen up your writing. Um, and I got, I forget the name of the place just a little bit.

they have a mixed set up. They actually have a set up where you can have food delivered there if you walked in there first, but you should bring your effect five hours, which is nothing at all. And she seemed a little bit skinny to knit the steam. Finding like minded, just that conversation about, and the sessions can be between men and women. Like the livers is who who’s going to sit up table. Which actually is not a bad name for lounge. The garage lounge. I would like that. I would like that the garage line. But yeah. So if you look in the bill, definitely come and fix. The Oklahoma Shaw has over 65 less floor plans. We give them 30 different communities. Um, we can actually help you decipher, um, between all of our bookings to pick the least the top 10, because we do understand seek the part can be daunting. So lots of look at metrics to help them out. I have been to it, take a step back you by doing that bottom this way, you’ll be able to go to a smart home and envision that model home being built the way she went to be built because they both, you seen the Mar home book, how it is and thinking and knowing and you thinking that’s the only way that we could build the actual, the actual facts is we can build it in multiple ways, but it can take a toll yourself for New Home Construction .

You never know that. And if you think it is a fee, there’s no fee for it. It really is just us taking the time to help me change that you have all the information possible so that you can make the best decision. But that’s essentially what it is that goes back to longevity, like both back to consistency and transparency. And then that’d be after you do your tour, then you tour, hopefully you’ll have your top three, four buttons and you’ll know the base price or at least the roundabout price for those core claims in a certain community that you want to build.

And then talk about payments, quirks. You have your traditional ones, but when you sign it, you definitely have to have 5%. So whatever you’re spending, you spend up to three 55% down, but we’ll get to that later. You also get to pick your place. I can say within in hundred communities. So that’s a lot of things to choose from what happens is you get to the community New Home Construction , you see the home site once you see it and following up when nobody else get it, that’s what you do. Simple radish, bright, sharp owns a check for a thousand dollars. We don’t cash the check that check and be fully refunded. What this does is it protects that home lot or that home site for you so that nobody else can come up here and clean that homicide. But that’s another seven days. So that gives you to think about what you went through.

Do you want to do this? Do you want to do that? Which school plan, but what do you want more than the house? So there really is no pressure, but time will tell once a year, if you’re looking to build John Holmes is definitely building for you. We build in broken arrow for so when the whole Gene’s, um, Tulsa and big cities where I’m at, we build a lot different communities, but Somerset big speak is definitely a community that you wouldn’t check out. It’s gated as a nice green belt, the other side of the school. And um, so it’s not that big, just picking up a good family from here. Um, and children get to know your neighbors walk up and down the street and not worried about people randomly driving. I’ve been with Shaw now since October, since September advocated, the hang of it. I like her. I’m doing it. It’s taken some time, but I liked it. It’s a different aspect of helping people, especially those who want to be helped with New Home Construction .
