New Home Builder in Edmond | Taking a Model Home Tour

So I am currently walking through the Chelsea, uh, model home that we have here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is a part of our love show. You line a part of our wealth stone floor plan options that we have here at Shaw homes. Um, we’ve got so many different versions of different floor plans that it’s really wonderful to be able to get a feel for the main layout of the house, and then get the opportunity to make it your own, make it your own floor plan, design it and create it the way that you like. And even though we may have this model home here in Tulsa, we are in and Mendez well where an new home builder in Edmond. Um, we’ve got me opportunity to expand out there as well. And it’s been quite wonderful seeing the growth, but starting off here in the Chelsea model, you walk in and you get these beautiful, beautiful, tall, tall ceilings, about 15 feet high.

If not more, it feels very, very open. It’s a very open floor plan immediately to my left is like a dining, very nice formal dining area. It’s very large makes, uh, has a ton of room to fit a large table with at least eight chairs. And you can put a large China Hutch or cute entertainment center that, uh, can display glasses or glassware. It has a beautiful, um, fixture over the center of the table that just really highlights the room really well. And then in this room as well, it has a very large window that leads in, looks on onto the front covered porch. It’s very beautiful. That’s an, a ton of natural light, um, is a very welcoming area. So that’s right to the left of the entrance now to the right, there’s an entryway, of course, that leads to a bathroom and then two bedrooms or half the front of the house.

Now the very first bedroom off the front is a vaulted ceiling. It’s a very large bedroom with really big closet space, lots and lots of storage. And it’s got this huge window right off the front that lets in a ton of natural light and the room itself is vaulted. And so it makes it feel even larger than it really is. And in here they’ve got a queen size bed, a nightstand, an office like a little table, a desk, a chair, and then some fun toys around the room. So it really shows the, the size of the home very, very well, and then the size of the bedroom. So that’s the first bedroom. We’ve got a really nice bathroom that has a ton of storage space in the vanity. It also has a beautiful tiled shower and tub combo, uh, was a very, very high shower faucet. I know that’s a very popular thing. Nowadays. People want their faucets very, very high, their shower heads much

Higher so that when you take a shower, you’re not feeling like you’re, you’re bending over in order to get under the, the shower head to get clean. So that’s a great feature that we, I mean, all of our options like that in our homes, they’re going to be laid out to where, and you’re going to get the most efficiency in your home, but you’re also going to feel like you’re living in luxury and that’s the goal of our luxury line. And as a Tulsa new home builder, and as an new home builder in Edmond, we really, really strive for that. So then this next room, um, it’s kind of functions as either another bedroom or a guest bedroom is how it’s got it set up where it’s very, very cozy. It’s got a window in here that lessens some really nice natural light. And the great thing about our luxury floor plans is our doors.

So all of the doors leading into bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, closets, um, all of that jazz, they’re all very tall doors. It’s not going to be your standard height. It is the extended height. So at least about eight feet tall doors, which makes you feel like your, your, um, your ceilings are much higher than they really are just makes for some beautiful, beautiful layouts and beautiful, beautiful feeling in the home. And in this room, we’ve got a queen-size bed and nightstand, um, a nice, cute sitting bench that lets has all the natural light pouring on it. And also we’ve got a dresser and a nice stressor and it’s a very large stressor too. So it fills a space very, very well, but it doesn’t feel cramped in any way back near the entryway.

You immediately see the staircase as well, leading up. So when you first walk in right off to your left, you see the dining room right off to your right. You see the two bedrooms, the, uh, hallway leading to the two bedrooms and the bathroom, and then continue walking. You see the staircase leading up. Now we’ll go into the second story here very soon. Um, that’ll be the next voice that I do or the next, um, uh, voiceover that I do to give it a layout of the upstairs and its beautiful features as well. But continuing on through the house, um, the staircase is very open and you can look there and see into the living room very easily in the living room. It’s decorated beautifully with, uh, large sectional chairs, a large coffee table entertainment center, and then the most beautiful feature of them all is we’ve got this giant centered fireplace that extends all the way up to the ceiling with a tiled marble is absolutely gorgeous.

And on each side of the fireplace, it has built-in shelves and built in cabinets that make wonderful, great storage space, especially for large families that you’re needing storage space. Um, it also has a very gorgeous stained wood, um, mantle over the top of the fireplace. So you can put your TV there. You can add a touch of art or just have a bunch of decor and designs that not sure as of your house. So in this floor plan as well, um, right off of the, the back living in the living area, the great room, it has three huge windows that face this giant covered back patio that gives a ton of natural light or it lets in a ton of natural light. And of course the ceiling is a lot higher in the living room. Um, making it feel much larger, much, um, more space that are flowing in house. So that’s your living area.

Coming back to the new home builder in Edmond, the back of the great room, the living room, there’s a doorway that leads back to the office. The office is kind of hidden and the back of the house, which I think makes for a wonderful office space or even a nursery cause it’s on the first floor and it’s separated a little bit. It does have its own closet space, but it’s very nice and quiet. It’s got some great big room, big windows to let in the natural light yet again. Um, but it also is, um, very, very quiet. So if you’re needing a space to work or to have a baby or for a guest room, for those to have a little bit of a space separated from the family, this is that great option. So this, this Chelsea for a plan built as a two story with five bedrooms, four and a half bath, three car garage, it’s around 4,400 square feet.

So you get a huge, beautiful home to be able to entertain, have a large family, or just be able to host and have lots of friends and family over to stay and still have this space within the home for beautiful amenities and comfortable living areas. So then living or walking through the great room, you’ll see the, uh, the kitchen and it has a beautiful large stained island with a marble looking countertop. The wonderful thing about our luxury homes and as an new home builder in Edmond, we have so many different features and finishes that are absolutely gorgeous that automatically will come included in, in your home. The fun thing is you’ll get the chance to press that and be able to select different options in your home. So for that in your kitchen, we’ve got a giant island that can seat at least three to four people at it for entertaining.

It has, um, kind of L-shaped to where it’s one wall has next to the island, a large industrial size fridge. So it has tons and tons of sport storage space and the cabinets are 52 inches. So they go all the way up to the ceiling, which makes for a huge storage space on the left of the refrigerator. When you’re facing it, you have a really big coffee bar or you can turn it into a wine bar drink or whatever you prefer, but it’s going to have a lot of space behind the island. You get a large area where the stove top is, and you have a very large, very nice professional grade, a stove, top gas burning. You have tons of cabinets. Then on the left of the stove, a little ways in between some cabinets, you have a, your oven and then your microwave, and then you do have an option to make it a double-decker oven if you choose to do so with your new home builder in Edmond.

So you’ve got a ton of different options. And then the next best thing from there in the kitchen is you have these two very large cabinet doors that you pull and it opens to a hidden walk-in pantry. So it’s huge storage space storage is going to be your friend in these homes. Um, and then from there we’ve also got the nook dining area it’s absolutely gorgeous and its fixtures and it’s finishes as a new home. You’re going to get so many more options to create the home. As you’d like now off the kitchen, we’ve got the master bedroom, it’s a huge master bedroom with a very high volted ceiling. Now the wonderful thing about the vaulted ceiling is it feels very open and it can say the same as two’s faulted through your master bathroom. So you have a ton of storage space in your master bathroom.

You’ve got a giant standalone tub and a large walk-in tiled shower with a bench seat in it. And then some alcoves to put your, um, your soap, your hair, shampoo, conditioner, all that jazz. And then, then your, um, for your vanities, it’s got the, his, and her saying that he was storage space, right in the middle with cabinets in the middle of the two vanities. And then in the master closet, it has the seasonal storage. It has an island in the middle of the master closet. So you have extra storage space. Um, you can have the different drawers to put things in. You can choose, um, whatever you, uh, jewelry for. I know women that’s where my mind goes, but you have a lot of storage in here. The wonderful thing about this floor plan as it connects to the laundry. So your master closet connects to your laundry room and then into your, your a utility room that then also connects to the garage. So that’s a little bit about this for plan. Next. We can go over the second story option for new home builder in Edmond and just be able to see the different finishes up there and also finished up the first floor to where it, where it shows, how, um, this home is almost like a big circle. So you’re always able to find, um, different options circled around house. And then also where the powder bath is that how it’s connected to the dining room, the living room, the, um, storage closets, the kitchen, all that jazz.
