Edmond New Homes | How Many Acres Are Your Plots

Speaker 1: (00:02)
Welcome to another edition of podcasts with us here at Shaw homes. Today, I’d like to talk to you about some of the options we have for Edmond new homes, Fox layer, new homes, rich Creek, new homes, Edmond schools, new homes, Northeast Edmond new homes, Northwest Edmond, new homes, Logan county, new homes, Oklahoma county, new homes, Fox layer, new homes, deer Creek schools, new homes, Oklahoma city, new homes, Mustang schools, new homes, Yukon, new homes. We have a lot to offer with varying price ranges and amenities, depending on what you’re looking for. Ultimately, I believe we have something for everyone. It’s just a matter of time, uh, and connecting those dots for each customer and figuring out your needs and matching them up with the best fits that we have to offer.

Speaker 1: (01:18)
Show homes has been building since 1985. We have refined and critiqued our process based on thousands of customer reviews and feedback. And so if you end up buying a home from us, we want that feedback. We want to get better. If there are flaws in our system or things that we could do better, we certainly would want to hear about it. Shaw Holmes is your number one builder for Edmond new homes, Fox layer, new homes, rich Creek, new homes, Northeast Edmond new homes, Coville road, new homes, Edmond new homes right off the interstate. I want to talk about preserve it Koval. You know, if you’re talking about building Edmond, new homes, Edmond school, new homes, preserves a great neighborhood. I think the location is just fantastic with it being off Cavell road. Uh, two miles, if that from the interstate, I think people will find its convenience to be to their liking.

Speaker 1: (02:32)
Uh, particularly if I, 35 is, is the best route for you to get to and from work, but we’ve got, we’ve got some new floor plans, uh, new floor plans and, uh, one of them, in fact, we’re, we’re building in there and we’re very excited about that one. I think once we can get some of our new floor plans built out, you know, people will really, really gravitate towards some of those. Obviously it helps to see them versus just seeing something on paper. Uh, so I look forward to the Sequoia, Piedmont, Valencia Cyprus, you know, some of these being finished up are just going to be great. Um, you know, particularly is one story options that, you know, have everything. Um, those are, those are fantastic. Those are fantastic. I think we have a lot of opportunity there, you know, um, for a number of reasons.

Speaker 1: (03:36)
I mean, people love their Edmond new homes to be one story because you don’t have to worry about the stairs getting up and down the stairs. I mean, it’s convenient to have everything on one floor where you’re talking about darn near 3000 square foot house, everything on one, one story. Um, you know, that’s, that’s, that’s really nice within itself. And so, like I said to have, have some of those built out, um, is going to be great. Uh, you know, the Sequoia and Valencia in particular and the Piedmont and, and Cyprus have one story options as well. Those are going to be great. Um, but I do believe we are going to sell more of those as those floor plans get built out and people can see them. That tends to be how things are in this business. And our designers are great. You know, they’re gonna fully furnace these homes and, uh, really deck them out and make a lot of things appealing about them.

Speaker 1: (04:41)
Um, I’m excited to see customer response to the very open concept in the living dining kitchen area, particularly in the Valencia and, uh, Sequoia and Cyprus. Um, you know, when you come into it and it’s a big empty space people, obviously aren’t sure about it, but I think once it’s set up and you can see where the table is and you can kind of get a better function for the space. I really, really think there’s gonna be a nice flow to it. And so when you’re talking about an Edmond new home Fox letter, new home, rich Creek, new home, these are some of the things to consider. I mean, that is a trend, but it’s not necessarily a style that I feel like you would regret. Um, you know, like you might with color options or certain fixtures or structural things that you can’t necessarily take back once you’ve moved in.

Speaker 1: (05:39)
I think, you know, that’s a concept that is timeless. You know, I think it’s kind of classic. Uh, you know, I kind of liken it to, you know, an old ranch cafeteria style, uh, layout, you know, the big high ceilings are great. You’ve got the centered fireplace too. I really personally I prefer the centered fireplace, uh, versus the corner. Um, typically if we do have a centered fireplace, you are, um, going to have a vaulted ceiling, which obviously it looks great on, especially when you take that, you know, stone all the way up, you extend it all the way up to the top. Um, it’s, it’s really something. Um, but it, it adds a lot to it.

Speaker 1: (06:32)
I do think that, you know, for the people who like the rustic ranch style, um, we do have some great options there. I was looking at some of the options we have for Edmond new homes, Oklahoma city, new homes, and Yukon new homes. Um, and there’s, there’s a lot of dark wood finishes. You know, that’s obviously key wood in general. Um, you know, one of the things we’re doing in our model and, um, Fox layer, um, is, is some of those wood finishes, you know, I think the car siding on the ceiling adds a ton, you know, doing accent walls that are wooden or shiplap, you know, if you don’t like the white, just do the wood, you know, just do the wood, keep it more, keep it more rustic. I really, I really do think we’ve got some good options there. Um, I do need to go back and look and see what, um, I do need to go back and, and see what, um, uh, I need to go back and see what options were selected in the living room.

Speaker 1: (07:55)
I think, you know, everybody really likes the whites, the gray, the light, you know, the rustic, um, isn’t as popular. Uh, but I think, I do think we have some great options there. Um, I think for your, your exterior, you know, doing, doing some different things with the brick and stone options can, can really bring that out, uh, as well as, um, you know, just your colors and, you know, if you do beams and stain them, um, we don’t see the rustic as much. Uh, but if that’s something you’re interested in, I do believe, you know, when it comes to your Edmond new homes in Northeast Edmond new homes, Northwest Edmond new homes, Fox layer, new homes, Logan county, new homes, you know, those are still things we can do, especially at Foxer. I think that was a great, you know, you, do you pick one of the home sites, it’s got a lot of trees on, it’s kind of heavily wooded and you do something kind of,

Speaker 2: (08:55)
And rustic, I, you know, it, it just looks like the craftsman ranch style exterior. Uh, we do have a little bit of that going on with our Piedmont home and you can see what I mean again, it’s just kind of the, the plays you you make with the stone and the stain beams. Um, I think, I think people just need to understand that, uh, you know, we’re a, we’re not, we’re, we’re not just a one size fits all. We just, we have a very customer driven process and I think there’s something for everybody. Gosh, there seems like there’s thousands of options you can choose from when you get into design studio and really can give a home the look and feel you want them in the floor plan. It’s just the base, right? Like that’s kind of the clay that you’re molding and then you can shape it and form it and add certain things to it and, and just make it your own. And that’s really what we’re about. You know, we don’t want to spec things out and do take it or leave it situations real. Don’t want to be customer centered and build each home specifically for a customer.
