Edmond New Home Construction | Laying the Foundation

SHA Holmes has so many different unique communities and developments that you’re able to build your future home in. I know that I get the opportunity to sit in one of our, probably most popular floor or not floor plans, um, popular neighborhoods and communities. It’s a really great community, um, in broken arrow. And it’s just one section that we build Shaham builds in. So I know that we are all over the Tulsa metropolitan area. We build out of Jenks, Bixby, Owasso, um, broken era. Of course, all of these different areas we can build off site. We’ve now expanded to Oklahoma city. We’re a Edmond New Home Construction team out there. We have so many different neighborhoods and communities that are just growing and expanding every single day. It’s more opportunities for you for those who are looking to build for those who are looking to get information and those who are wanting a new home today, I just wanted to highlight on my favorite community.

The community that I get the opportunity to sit in my community is called seven Oak south. It’s a development off of a hundred and first street in broken arrow by Lynn lane in between Lynn lane and county line on the south side of the road. It’s a beautiful development. I mean, when you first drive up, it’s got great landscaping, a great, uh, entrance that has, um, lots of beautiful trees, um, landscaping, shrubberies, all that dress beautiful. It’s gorgeous rock work that you you’ll be able to see when, when you enter, um, oh, we’ve got the model home right off the entrance. And the model home that is in that neighborhood is currently the Kinkaid. We’ve gotten the opportunity to have many different model homes in that community. It’s a community that’s been developing over the past couple of years, um, and has just grown to become something quite gorgeous and have pretty wonderful amenities that different people are able to have the opportunity to have, uh, for their home Edmond New Home Construction .

For example, I know that we’ve got a gorgeous pool, um, and clubhouse that are built out near the center of the community. So you can weave through, um, the main entrance, a couple of roads in and find the pool and park it’s got parking out front that you’re able to park at, or you can obviously walk to if you’d like, it’s very nice. It’s very secluded. And behind that, it’s also got a area, um, section of land that can be used for like playing, playing football, playing Frisbee. I know people will play volleyball or badminton back there. So it’s got some extra space to move, run around, play great for the Edmond New Home Construction for families or for those who are wanting to get out and enjoy the neighborhood. I know that it also has, um, some ponds and retention areas that are very well-maintained and absolutely gorgeous to walk around.

It’s a good spot and expanse expansion of land that is available for Edmond New Home Construction so that you’re able to walk around those, get a great view and a very interesting tidbit about seven Oaks south is it is pretty well surrounded by a single owner of land. Um, and so that is a great reason why a lot of people like it because it’s just surrounded by trees and very, um, rural area, but you’re still very close by amenities and necessities, like on 120 first. And, um, there’s a super Walmart, um, that is very wonderful, very clean, very nice and very new. It’s an awesome area to get obviously your main groceries, but then just right around. It is a very cute shopping center with fast food restaurants, um, veterinary clinics, shopping for clothing, and obviously like pharmacy stuff. There’s, um, some nicer restaurants. I do know that there’s a pizza place opening up very soon. It’s a great area to be, and there’s a lot of amenities nearby. And then you also have both the Creek turnpike and highway 51 very close by. So for the Creek turnpike, if you’re needing to get to jinx or to, to the heart of Tulsa, truly you’ve got that opportunity. Or with highway 51, if you’re trying to get more north or to downtown, you can get there in a matter of 10, 15 minutes. It’s an awesome opportunity that seven Oaks south has got

And then in the back of the community in seven Oaks, we’ve got homes that are in the 1700 up to 2300 square feet. Um, another really cool thing about seven Oaks south is just how the neighborhood set

Up. It’s a very, very secure neighborhood, very, very safe, wonderful for families. There’s a good amount of twists and turns that makes it to where it’s very difficult to speed throughout the neighborhood. So if you have younger kids that you’re very concerned about, you’re wanting to stay safe and protected. This neighborhood is an awesome neighborhood for you, just in regards to what it’s got amenities, and then just safety precautions of how it’s laid out with the model being at the very front. It makes it very welcoming for those who are wanting to get more information. I know that I get the chance to sit there, um, during the week, during the weekend as well. So obviously those who are wanting to build or buy homes, you have schedules that you’re trying to adhere to. So we’re here to be flexible and have our hours open for you, but as a new home builder and a ∫, it’s an awesome opportunity that we are getting the chance to expand into more and more areas, more and more, um, communities all over Tulsa and Oklahoma city Edmond area especially for Edmond New Home Construction .

It’s a blessing for us that we get to expand because we get to help reach more and more people, more and more clients finding more of what they’re needing. I know that Shaw homes definitely says that as an ∫ um, and Tulsa new home builder, we are really want to make sure that we’re having something for everybody. We have a selection that works for everybody. We’ve got opportunities, locations, floor plans, layouts, everything that meet may meet your needs specifically. We want to make sure that we’ve got it all. That’s a big, uh, uh, goal that we have been trying to attain. And especially now with the market being what it is and more and more people needing, um, more and more options for their home. We’re very grateful to be able to have those options available.

I’m trying to think of other neighborhoods that I can cover. I know, especially with an Edmond there, we’ve got, uh, our specified sales team that works out there, that they are extremely well versed in the, the knowledge of the communities out there, what’s each community, what each community offers and what you’re able to, um, build in there, what specifications you can build to. They’re going to be super wonderful to help get you more information about that. Um, they’re easy to get in contact with. I know that we’ve got our main sales number that people are able to call and just get some information depending on what location you’re looking at.

Other than that, I know that each of our models we’ve got built, um, as many floor plans as we possibly can in our, both our Tulsa area and our Edmond New Home Construction. Um, we’ve got different floor plans that we ha try to have built so that you’re able to walk through them, able to get, uh, uh, your own perspective of what the floor plans look like and feel like in person, it’s a great way to be able to see what amenities that we offer in our homes and the different designs that you can implement in your home, different fixtures and finishes. Everybody’s got their own taste. And so it’s really cool to be able to offer all of those different fixtures, finishes, designs, colors, layouts, all of that jazz and see it all come together. When you start building your own home in the location that you work, maybe seven Oaks off, is that for you?
