Um, Oklahoma, but this podcast will be referred to Edmond. Oklahoma Shaw homes is the premier builder in the Oklahoma area. When it comes to building new home construction, new construction is an admin of the homeless show homes and build you anything between a 1400 square foot, all the way up to a 5,000 square foot home price range do vary.

Inside a record. Typically I would walk them through the front door, but because I don’t have my keys on me or I did have my mommy. So that’s an oversight on my part and we just kind of start from the garage. So we walked into the garage, they can get it as a three car or a four car garage. You can also extend the garage between two and four feet. Just depends on if you have a long truck or do you want a little bit extra room in the morning or an afternoon. Then as you get out your car, come up the date, the garage, you hit utility room, the utility room. You have access to your washer and dryer on your right, along with the countertop and to your left, you have your Leadpage, but you’ll have books by books with cut-ins. So when you come home from work or kids come home from school, they can drop all their stuff off right here, and then go about their tight.

Something immediately to the right will be an access to the master dual closet for men and women or whoever, whoever stays here. It really is a nice side to a closet. And to do a closet, you go right into the master bath in the master bath. Of course you have your dual vanity and then you have your tub separate from your shower. But people like that, depending on what you want, um, you can get occurred or curve the shower. People like curbless, but curves is also a tradition. So people like to stay in your tradition in front of the master bath. You jump into the master bed, which is a decent size master bed, really big, which to fit a full king size bed, multiple furniture pieces. I say multiple, probably about five, six or seven, and I still have walkabout space. And as I’m talking about this, this New Home Construction home can be built in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Shaw Homes builds New Home Construction So make sure that when you are looking at Edmond, check out the Redford, the record for plan it’s on charlotte.com, shop homes.com, check it out. And as you leave some master, you come to the kitchen. Now, depending on who you are, you may love the fact that the kitchen is right off to the max. It it’s right off the kitchen, or you may not really his preference. Some people love to access is that people don’t like the access, but the one good was shot homeless. We have four plans that can accommodate both. So have to check us out. But I was saying even a master come into the kitchen or a front of you is the look and the kitchen area. Not depending on how you want to do it. Um, and you can set it up multiple, multiple different ways.

But when you come in, you’ll have your look on the right kitchen on the left. This particular floor plan has multitude of storage cabinets in the kitchen area. So you will not be without any storage in this particular kitchen. And also kind of, it’s a nice sized island and right in front of you is the nook optional fireplace. Not a lot of people get it, but it’s nice to have as an option, especially on a cold, cold, cold winter’s day or night, or if you’re trying to set the mood for entertainment, guests, family, friends just depends on how you want to freak it.

And then right outside the nook, you have the access to the patio patio, which is a nice aspect. Y’all don’t have the dimensions off the top of my head, but definitely isn’t a nice side. Then you won’t be disappointed in a way that set up. And so you come outside, how you want to do it. You can add a gas line and make it work the way you want to, or you can do something else and it’s completely your call. They did not have a gas line. This model. I don’t think they have no gas line noise come back inside. And we’re in a great room. Great room. That’s nice. That’s great room. Um, just come standard with the fireplace in the corner. Um, proper tenant corner actually does work, especially with this setup. Could you still have room to be, to put your TV over the fireplace or put it on the wall right there. So it gives you options.

Then you come towards the front door and then as you come in through the front door to your left, you have a flex slash study or study slash flex, depending on how you want to make that work. And then from there you have two bedrooms on the right side, walking towards the front, you have a bedroom up front, nice vaulted ceiling with a nice, don’t want to say walk-in closet, but definitely you can step aside this bad way and not be disappointed. Then you have your full bath with head knockers lit in the closet. Then you walk into the second bedroom. The second bedroom is considered smaller than the personal, but still a nice house especially for New Home Construction . Um, you come back out, but once you leave the Jack and Jill bedroom set up, you can either go right, which to take you outside the front door or come back left, which brings you back towards the great room and coming back to the great room, then you go upstairs and upstairs.

You will find two bedrooms. It’s a nice size bedrooms that you won’t be disappointed. Heat gets trapped up here. Oh yeah. Two bedrooms. Okay. Of course. Keep in mind. This home can be built in Edmond, Oklahoma where shock concentrates it’s floor plans. They can build it in Oklahoma. But yeah, so we have two bedrooms upstairs, full bath addict access and recruited grow, or the piece that air Lowe’s is I think game room, the game room is a nice size cause it’s a nice size. There is no disappointment, disappointment that people come in here. They see me fall in love with it because the size is amazing.

Gives you everything you want. And then some, I can put a pool table in here, TV chairs, and still it’s the true game, fear tech space. It’s a win-win space for everybody coming back down. And that just to reference the spread for planning is extremely versatile. And I emphasize extremity because it’s four plan can be built eight different ways, which is unheard of, but it is extremely versatile. It can be anything between a 2300 square foot home all the way up to a 3,400 foot smile. So we’ll talk about that on the next go round.
