I got the opportunity to go over kind of the first page of our included features for our New Home Builder in Edmond . Um, and it mainly consisted of the exteriors and then the kitchen, and then some of our options that, um, that go over like our mechanicals and like the laundry room as well. And now we’re going to go over the master suite, the interiors, some of our energy efficiency, and then the sod in our oversized homes. So again, as an New Home Builder in Edmond , we want to make sure that we’re providing the best and the most efficient for our customers and our clients. And that’s what we offer in all of our included features in the master suite, we’ve got a new extended ceiling height, detail and master bedroom, including, um, ceiling fan pre-wire, bracing and mounting with two separate switches. The fixture will come out of the light lighting allowance, but that’s already taken care of for you custom made solid green or Alder or paint grade cabinets, your choice of shaker, farmhouse, or raised panel door styles, your choice of paint or same color.

You’ll get marble vanity countertops. The marble will vary by the market in a new edition. We now offer a freestanding tub. You get an oval or a rectangle shape. They are absolutely gorgeous, and they’re just timeless pieces in a new edition. You’ll get a minimum of a five foot tiled shower with a framed glass door. You get the choice of oil rubbed, bronze brushed nickel or Chrome finish. You’ll get an led recess light over the shower with a separate switch. You’ll get ceramic tile flooring through the master bath as towel bar towel, ring, and toilet paper holders, and your choice of the Nisha bronze brushed nickel or Chrome finish. And come on, you got white faucets and multiple choices of Delta plumbing fixtures, and your choice of the nation bronze brushed nickel or Chrome finish for our incredible interiors. We’ve added a new addition. We no longer offer eight foot plate ceilings. Um, we now have raised at another foot and we’ve got beautiful 9.9 foot plate ceilings makes the home feel so much larger and just absolutely gorgeous. And it helps the flow of the floor plan as well. We’ve offered tile flooring throughout all of your wet areas. So like your four year in your kitchen and neck, all the bathrooms, all the in the utility room, um, and the laundry room as well.

You’ll get us a large selection of included colors and patterns to pick from you’ll get carpet in all other areas. You get a choice of color. You’ll get a six pound carpet pad and then a 30 inch, uh, superior builder Fent free firebox with builder gas logs with a starter, you’ll get a brick raised hearth and surround, um, and surround with decorative stained or paint stained or painted wood mantle and your choice of classic or beam style. You’ll get a custom made solid grain Alder or paint grade cabinets and hauled and utility room. Of course, per plan, your choice of shaker farmhouse or race panel door styles. It comes with a hidden in hidden hinges and crown molding, your choice of one paint or stain color throughout the home. You’ll get a mud bench with a shelf PurClean bullnosed, archways and corners and all entry living, dining study, kitchen and hallway entries.

So you’re going to get beautiful finishes and beautiful fixtures. And I know that as an admin, a home builder and New Home Builder in Edmond r, um, we love having those big, gorgeous arched entryways. It just makes it feel like a very timeless classic feel for your home and like something that’s gonna last forever and stay in style for a very long time. And it’s great to kids too, cause they’re running around. They may bump into the wall into a corner and they’re safe. So you’ll get a three inch LG base trim and a two and a quarter casing throughout the homes interior on the first floor. And second floor, of course, for plan, if you do the second floor and your garage, the maze, the night doors with painted trims will come included. You get a choice of Cheyenne, Roman arch, Riverside, two panel square or six panel colonial style.

They look beautiful. Every single door option you get is absolutely gorgeous. You’ll get Westlock Cove, door knobs and hinges in your choice of finish. So that’ll be black oil rubbed, bronze brushed nickel or Chrome. And new addition, we offer a full light French doors and the nook, obviously that’s Brooklyn cable, phone and combo. Jack is in the great room study if applicable master bedroom game room, if applicable and bonus room, if applicable, of course, it just depends on which floor plan that you have. If you do have a bonus room, if you do have a game room, and if you do have a study in your floor plan, and if you do, it’ll come included for the paint, you’ll get a color for the walls and the ceiling, uh, throughout the home, the garage color for the doors and the trim. Um, and it must be a shade of white trim in the closets in the hotter hot water are painted the wall color.

Um, and you’ll get an accent color for the study or for the dining room online masters, a full masterful Bascom with marble vanity tops in a backsplash white fiber glass shower, tub combo, the commode with white that’s white with faucets, uh, select Delta plumbing fixtures in a variety of styles and your choice of again, finish and bronze brushed nickel or Chrome. All two story homes will have an Oak hand railing. And if applicable an Oak new Newell and painted score ballisters at the bottom of the stairs, lengths will vary per plane. Lighting allowance is a hundred at 1500 for one story homes in 2000 for two-story homes. So your energy efficiency is what we’ll go over next. I don’t know about you, but especially in Tulsa, we can get some pretty finicky weather and some pretty unique weather just depending on the location you’re in the area that you are.

And so we want to make sure that in the heat of the summer with Tulsa or an New Home Builder in Edmond there, um, with all the weather, the, the heat of the summer in the cold of the winter, we want to be as efficiency efficient as we possibly can and offer the best inefficiency in our homes. With that being said, we offer led lighting packages. Those are included. The duck infiltration is a 4% or less leakage outside the house. Infiltration is six at ACH. Five-O a hundred percent energy star certified windows. You’re going to get rigid foam insulation, insulated slab perimeter blown fiberglass are 15 and exterior walls. Blown fiberglass are 38 and flat addicts and are 19 bats. And in slope, ceilings, garages are insulated all exterior doors, windows and penetrations are energy foam sealed and or copped. We are hers rated by a certified Raider.

The saw now moving on to your, your land surrounding your home on oversights in acre home sites, which definitely especially in Edmond, um, can be a little bit larger. Uh, so we’ve got, uh, uh, of course the variety of different floor plans that co uh, go in different locations. But from what I’ve seen, you’re going to get a beautiful, Homesite just depending, you know, what floor plan that you pick in the location that you pick. It’s going to be an awesome opportunity for you to build a home on, as an New Home Builder in Edmond . We want to give you the best of the best. Now these are per neighborhood. What did area homesites will have sought in the area that is cleared and graded prior to construction of the home? Beginning on lands in Ashbrook, we are fully salted in Eagle point. You’re fully sighted and homestead. You’re fully salted. Same with spring hill farms. And then EDS would just state your fully salted up to, but not including the enjoyment. Easement Kensington Ridge is fully salted. Woodland park orchard in Oklahoma city, and Edmond is fully soughted in the front end rear yard, unless it’s up against a wooded area. Wooded area home will have in the area that was cleared and graded prior construction of the home and Fox layer states was also in Oklahoma city and Edmond and fully sighted front yard and partially sighted rear yard up to 2300 square feet or 23,000 square feet total, unless up against a wooden wooded area, wooded areas, homesites again, we’ll have sod in the area that is cleared and graded prior to a construction of the home.
