You’ll notice that we are offering our Manchester series floor plans in this neighborhood. And the Ashton is our mobile home. We also have five move in ready homes. If you have never been to Timber Creek. You will be stunned when you pull in to this hidden gem of a community that is just off the beaten path. But close to everything. Timber Creek. Is a neighborhood that features. Half Acre. Up to 1 acre plus home sites. And lots in the genk school district. This community has large lots in oversized lots and culdesac lots that are over 1 acre. If you are looking for a large lot. That gives you a lot of privacy in Jynx school district. Then this year you need to come by and check out Timber Creek. We have just opened the community and have a lot of availability for you to pick from. There are some great Greenbelt lots in this school district community called Timber Creek. Also in the Jencks school district is the community Edgewood estates which sits right behind Breitling village being offered by some of those homes.
