New Homes In Edmond | This Will Be Great

Shaw Holmes has been in the new home construction business for almost 40 years now, and there’s a lot of things that really show that we stand the test of time as a builder and as a company here in Tulsa, we’ve gotten the chance to expand into our Oklahoma City market, which consists of new home construction, OKC new homes in Edmond new home construction in Edmen. We build all around the outskirts of those areas. We’re not just in the main central area of Oklahoma City, and that can be said the same. Excuse me for our Tulsa market. We build on all of the outskirts, all the areas around Tulsa, not just in the center of the Tulsa area. We build in Broken Arrow and Bixby in Owosso and Jinks in South Tulsa. We also build off site. We can build in Glen Pool or we have built in kind of a pulpit area, Glen Pool area. We really build kind of in all of the outskirt area. Excuse me, I believe we’ve we’ve also built an eye NOLA as well. So when it comes to building and options and new construction locations, we’ve got it all. And more than anything, we really love getting the chance to hear exactly what you’re wanting and also trying to figure out how we can meet that need, whether that be, you know, building off site or having that off site option, whether that be new construction opportunities with us here at Shaw, different amenities, different opportunities, stuff like that. We really have it all.

It’s an awesome opportunity for all of our buyers that we get to offer and kind of show off more than anything that we have a little bit of everything. It’s it’s fun kind of being able to having, excuse me, being able to have that knowledge to show to each and every one of our buyers. That is, you know, they every buyer comes in, they’ve got questions. They they want certain information, they need certain information on there, what they can get, certain home opportunities and stuff like that. So with that being said, they then get the chance to go above and beyond or I get the chance more than anything to go above and beyond in the opportunities I’m showing my buyers because when I do that, then they get the chance to see, you know, shot. We’re not just a builder, we’re a builder that’s been here for a very long time and we’re a new homes in Edmond builder that really makes an effort to show off what we can do to our buyers, make sure that their needs are being met. And if not at that time, we may have something that’s coming available that we can make sure to communicate to them to show what what can be done and what options can be done for their new home. So being able to show that off to buyers, it’s really fun, at least for me. I love it pretty much sitting them down and making a statement of What do you need? Tell me what you need. I can almost 100 percent guarantee that I have that option for you. And I’d love to show you what that option is. I’d love to be able to to show you what opportunity that looks like, how exactly that works alongside you, and how it works alongside either building in or purchasing a home with us.

So a lot of that is is options that we’re showing off and we’re getting the chance to incentivize and offer new homes in Edmond opportunities for different stuff like that. It’s super fun for for me, for all of us to be able to to do that, for our buyers, to show that to our buyers, to make sure that they’re being heard. Their needs are being met in other things like that. And then the cool thing is they just get to see the process in the structure that we have here at shore because ours is very different than each and every builder. Every builder has their own thing, every builder does their own thing when it comes to their structure and their process. But for us here at Shore, we we also obviously have a structural process that we really try to adhere to. And the more that we do that, the better that we are following the steps that we have in mind, the steps that we have for our buyers, then we as a whole are really getting then getting the chance to benefit our buyers and make sure that they’re they know that we’re here to take care of them. That’s a big thing. Like, I got the chance to work with some wonderful buyers the other day. And really their biggest thing was they loved about the process just was how we were able to work alongside them, how we were able to benefit them. When it comes to their new construction process in their new home amenities, because then they felt like they were being taken care of as a whole and they understood that we were here to really work for them and make sure that we were communicating well, communicating properly, setting the best expectations. But then also my favorite thing, whether you’re looking at new homes and new home construction in OKC, new construction homes in OKC and new homes in Oklahoma City. These all of these areas we’re building in my favorite part of the process is the people I get to meet some of the most wonderful people throughout this, this process, throughout building through finding new homes. There’s a lot that goes into it, and there’s a lot that I really want to make sure that I’m doing the best that I can. I’m striving to go above and beyond in the best ways that I can for my buyers because whenever I get the chance to do that, then they see a very valuable working relationship. And I think that’s that’s so important that we do. There’s that’s so important that we we offer that opportunity into showing and telling our buyers, Look, we’re really here to benefit you. And that’s something that I tell all my realtors as well. I’m here to work alongside you. I’m here to benefit you and the relationship that I have alongside you because when I get the chance to do that, I’m really then getting the chance to benefit your buyers and you, whenever they you as a buyer, want you as the realtor, the representative, or you as the buyer wins. Then I hear at your home the representative of Shaw Homes.

I get to intuit too, because when somebody finds the home of their dreams that you get to build it or purchase that market ready, the realtor you is the realtor win because you’ve been helping these wonderful people try to find a home you as the buyer wins because then you found what you needed, that you found your niche, you found the price, what you wanted to be in in the home that new homes in Edmond works best for you. Then me as the representative, I get to be so excited because I joke and I always say, I’m getting new neighbors. I get the chance to have new new shop neighbors that I that will be close by me in my neighborhood, or I just know where their homes are, and I really get the chance to say, you know, watch after their home watch and see how they get to make this house their own home. And for me, I think that’s such a big win, and it makes it so much more enjoyable because I get to meet some of the most wonderful people, I get to walk them through an amazing process and get them into an absolutely wonderful home that they fall in love with. They have for years to come and that does nothing but make them money and help them gain equity in the longevity of their time in their home. So that’s something I really love. Being able to remind my buyers of is that, look, I’m here to make you happy. I’m not just here to make a quick dollar. This is a home. This is one of the biggest purchases people make in their entire lifetime. Excuse me. And for me, as the representative, I really want to do everything that I can to benefit my buyer, to benefit my fire involved and make sure that they know I’m here to help them.

Because if it’s not with Shah, obviously that makes us sad. We want to make sure that each and every buyer that we meet comes to shore builds on the mission. But that’s just not being realistic, not everyone. It doesn’t work out for everyone. So we want to do whatever we can to really work with our buyers and help them to make sure that we can find them what fits their needs and what fits their their next stage in life, their next step into this new home ownership. We would love for it to be with us, but I love being a cheerleader for people because a lot of the times, if they can’t move forward with me, they may have a friend that can. They may have somebody that totally can. And I really love making sure that I’m paying a referral bonus for if they have somebody that’s coming to us and wants to build or buy with us that they came to us first. I want to make sure that they’re taking care of us because that’s a benefit. They they didn’t have to go out of their way to send someone to us to send someone to shop. And when they do that, I really want to reward that because I think that creates wonderful working relationships and that makes them really happy new homes in Edmond buyers and makes for some really happy people. So that’s something that I love being able to do.

I want to be able to show off to my buyers, making sure that they get a good understanding of what we can do for them and just how that looks throughout the process and how that looks throughout the steps that we have and whenever they do come in the whether they’re looking at new homes and I’m in new home construction in OKC, new homes in Edmond, new home construction. And then in these areas, it doesn’t matter where they’re looking. If they come to look, what shall we walk them through the five easy steps and really what that looks like and what that breaks down to is basically showing them the first one the model homes taking the home on a tour, showing them what we can do for them. The floor plans that we’ve got, the opportunities we have for them. The next one is the finances. We get them pre-approved. We figure out what financial status they are out, what their purchasing power is. And basically, you know, like I said, the purchasing power, it puts the power in their their lap to be able to decide what works best for them. The third step is they pick up their land, they get to pick out their opportunities with their land. The fourth step is they get to pick out their finishes, their options, they get to design their home. And then the final step is the purchase agreement. And at that time, that’s when we go over what purchasing the home looks like their construction process or if they’re buying a market ready, what that process looks like. And then from there that we get to build them or help finish building a beautiful market ready or new home Shah home.
