Whenever you come through our homes, we have this really wonderful process and five step program that we try to walk you through in order to get you the correct information and make sure that we’re guiding you along the best steps possible. There’s a lot that goes into our process, a lot of information that we really try to make sure we’re going over with each and every buyer. So it’s something that’s really important for us to make sure that we’re communicating and going over each step properly. So with that being said, more than anything, the best thing that we know to do here at Shore this is talk with you gets a chance to hear what you’re looking for, whether you’re looking at new homes in Edmond and new home construction or new construction homes or any other location that you’re waiting to check out for you and your family. There’s a lot of options that you have to choose from. There’s a lot of locations that you have to choose from are floor plans as well.
So for us, more than anything, our main goal is definitely going to be maybe, excuse me, making sure that we’re finding the right location for you and getting you in the correct form that fits your family and to your needs best. That’s really our main goal more than anything here at Shore and all of us representative representatives have been trained to want to talk with you, figure out what really works best for you and all the stuff like that, because there is a lot that goes into building a home, and we really want to make sure that we’re not overwhelming our buyers all at once. We want to make sure that you feel like you’re being heard, your needs are being met and all the different factors that play into new construction in the new construction process with us here at shop. So more than anything, whether you’re looking at new homes in Edmond, new construction homes in OKC, all these different areas we’re very actively building. And so we’d love to help fill you in on what that looks like. Make sure that we’re getting you the right information per location and making sure that it fits your family’s needs, your budget and everything that follows alongside with that. So that’s something to to keep in mind that I make sure to keep in mind. But with all that being said, more than anything, I’ve had realtors that I’ve worked with. I’ve had different clients that I’ve got the chance to work with wonderful people, that I’ve gotten the opportunity to help and to communicate with and more than anything. My very first goal is to just make sure and ask questions and see what you’re looking for and ask what works for your family and why your family needs certain bedrooms, bathrooms, why you need a certain location, how I can make sure to exceed expectations and and different stuff like that. So there’s there’s a lot of factors that go into the process and go into the structure with Shah. And if I don’t properly set that expectation, if I don’t communicate well enough, then I’m doing a disservice to all my buyers. And that’s not at all what I want to do. I want to make sure that I’m going above and beyond communicating well, setting good expectations and different things from there. So that’s an easy thing that I love getting the chance to do.
That’s an easy thing that I was a part of our process that we walk buyers through to kind of communicate with them. And more than anything is just we try to make it as fun as possible. We want to make sure that you feel like you’re being heard. You’re kind of getting the best idea of what’s to be said for our process and moving forward. Different stuff like that. So there’s a lot that goes into it. There’s a lot that is a part of our process. So more than anything, just the best way that I’m able to get my get fires and get people information is just their communication and proper communication. So really, the very first step throughout this whole process, as we do, is called the model home to her. This is a joke with some of my buyers, and I kind of say this is like the best of both worlds. He killed two birds and or three birds with one stone. More than anything, it’s a way to see location see the floor plan. And at the very end, we get you a pricing breakdown. We help show you what that looks like for a monthly payment and in regards to your situation, you know, whether you want to put a certain amount down or whether you’re looking at a certain location or a certain land cost. There’s a lot that goes into it so we can make sure to cover all of that. And when setting takes about 45 minutes to an hour, hour and a half, honestly, more than anything, it really just is, however long you’d like to take. Because these are these are homes that you’re getting the chance to potentially build different options that you get. So I won’t. Of course, we want to make sure that you’re able to walk through them if there’s one that year or a couple that you’re weighing options between or, you know, if you just can’t, you’re trying to find that perfect one and you’re back and forth between a couple that fit your needs really well, but you’re just not sure which to go with. We definitely aid in the process of making sure that we can go over, break down why things are good or why certain floor plans fit your family better than others. You know, we help get you the price point on other ones and to do really good compare and contrast structures so that what you’re able to get a good idea of what works best.
So that’s something that I love keeping in mind for buyers, making sure that I’m, you know, communicating well, setting expectations. But that’s a very. First up, it’s that model home to her, it’s the best way that we can get you the best information all at once. We’re able to get to know you and get to know what your family needs. What you guys are looking for is a whole different stuff like that, so it’s really fun being able to offer that to a lot of different buyers. It’s really fun being able to incentivize all of that opportunity as a whole. But that, again, is the very first step. The next step is the financial side. It’s all the phone numbers that we get to talk it out and this house really. More than anything, we focus on getting you that monthly payment that you’re wanting to be out, focusing on finding the home before applying the options that fit within that monthly payment. That we always also tell viruses every $10000 you add on top of the of the home that only adds $450 a month on your monthly payment. So that’s something that a lot of our buyers make sure to keep in mind because they realize they’re really able to afford a lot more than what they expect because we really make sure that we focus on that monthly payment because if you’re not paying cash, then you’re going to want to focus on that payment because that’s really actually what you’re paying. In the long term, you’re not going to pay, you know, the full amount upfront, you’ll be paying what monthly payments. That’s something that I also love reminding my buyers, whether they’re looking at, you know, I’m I’m in new home construction, OKC, new construction homes. I mean, all these different areas that we’re building and all different factors can apply. So we try to go over those factors and break that down in person. So that way, there’s no confusion, there’s no misunderstanding for the locations and per location of options and opportunities. More than anything, it just makes for good communication. It makes for good expectations because that’s a prolific factor for us is just setting the right expectation, having the right understanding of what’s coming, what we’re going to do moving forward and other factors like that. So that’s something that again, the expectation when it’s properly set makes for really great communication, makes for a really great process throughout the new construction process and also makes her really happy buyers. And that’s what we want to create. That’s what we want to have with you. We want to make sure no matter who you are, when you’re coming through with our homes, your expectations have been met. We’ve gone above and beyond, you know, exceeding what is expected throughout the process. So that way you’re able to as you build your understanding what’s happening, you’re excited for what’s coming next or you know, exactly what’s going to come next. Different factors like that. So that way, I mean, more than anything, our goal, whether you’re looking at new homes in Edmond, new construction homes and then all these areas that we’re building and we want to make sure that you know what’s coming next.
The expectation has been set and has been met properly and consistently. And in that way, from there, you know exactly what you’re getting. You know what home opportunities you have. You know what options you get as a buyer working with us and all of those different factors that come into play when it comes to the new construction process. So that’s step number two, just kind of the financial side. And also on that we use we have four preferred lenders that we use with four different companies. So we’ve got Phillip Morrow with AMC. We have one with first United. We have Steve Currington with guaranteed rate. We’ve got Alfredo Madrid with Supreme’s. So we really make sure that we fit a lot of different buyers needs and different stuff like that. So we really we’ve got someone that fits everyone. Our lenders are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are on top of their stuff. I mean, that’s why they work alongside our homes that we they’ve been tried and tested, and they are some of the top guys, some of the best guys, and we really trust them with our clients because that’s really what matters. More than anything, these people are taking care of our people. So we want to make sure that no matter what people see, no matter what process they go through, they’re going to get the best pretty much every single time they come through. So that’s a big, big factor that’s very important to us here at new homes in Edmond. We want to get you the best.
