Homes is a new home construction company that builds and New Homes In Edmond, Construction in OKC and new construction homes in Edmond, Oklahoma. We’ve been in service and been in this industry for almost 40 years, so we’ve really got the chance to make some amazing impacts and all of the communities that we’ve built in over almost four decades really as great and amazing business. And this is a new construction company that I really love getting the chance to be able to be a part of, since obviously it’s one of the biggest and one of the best here in Oklahoma. We offer the most amazing incentives. We offer some of the best options. We offer some of the most amazing opportunities for our buyers as well. There’s a lot that we go into. There’s a lot that we do for our buyers. There’s a lot of options that we break down for them. So that way they feel protected and they have a good understanding of what’s to come for their new construction process and basically what that looks like as a whole when they walk into our doors and when they see and gain some insight and information into what we can do for them. But more than anything, being able to be a part of this process and being able to walk with our buyers who say they walk through this process with us is something that we have set up to do again. Whether they’re looking at New Homes In Edmond and then new construction in OKC, these areas, all of these are very, very important areas for us. Excuse me. In fact, that we’ve been in this industry for so, so long, for almost 40 years is really more than anything. It has time to to show and to think that we’ve been here for so long. We’ve been doing this for so long. We’ve seen a thing or two. We’ve weathered many economic downturns, upturns, changes and for us as a whole, something we would’ve been able to do for our buyers is really getting the chance to hear them out here, what they’re needing and hear, why they’re meeting, what they’re needing, you know, different things like that because that’s something I was getting the chance to break down and go into for each and every buyer stating, Hey, look, this is what we can do for you.
This is why we do what we do for you guys. This is our ideology. This is what we want to do better, and this is the reason why we structure it that way. So again, with all that being said, for our process, for our structure as a whole when it comes to shop the new home construction with and long sunshine, and there’s a lot that we put into our processes, a lot that we really love getting the chance to break down when buyers are coming to us and working alongside us and all of that jazz, all that goes into it. So more than anything again, when it comes to our process, when it comes to our structure as a whole, when it comes to the new construction process with showrooms, when you’re connecting with us, when you’re building or buying with us, we’re going to really do everything that we can to go over all of our five easy steps to owning a home or process that our structure. So that way you’re able to see what exactly that structure looks like and how exactly it applies to you when it comes to new home construction, when it comes to new construction, especially alongside shop, because again, our process is different or structures are different than other builders. And more than anything, we want to make sure to communicate well and go above and beyond in all the options that we’re offering for buyers and making sure that they’re seeing those options and as opportunities.
Because more than anything, whatever we get the chance to communicate well and have a good structure. We’re really getting the chance to win for our buyers when we went for a virus and when we do things better for our birds, I feel like that that helps us to win overall. That helps us to to go above and beyond in our process overall as well, that, you know, buyers are able to feel a little more comfortable moving forward. They’re able to get a better insight and better information into what structure we have and what our process is and how exactly that applies for new construction, new home construction and new home opportunities. And you know, other things like that just for each and every buyer. Everything is different. Every process is different, every structure is different. So when we’re doing setting great expectations for that, they’re looking at New Homes In Edmond and new home construction in OKC, new construction homes. And then the better that we’re doing as a whole. So again, that’s a very easy process that we’ve got set in stone and we’ve got a great structure of. And the more that we do that, the more that we have higher understandings and better understandings for a buyer, then the better that we do, the better understanding we set in, the better goals and expectations that we have as well. I mean, the more, the more that we we go above and beyond with our communication, the better that our buyers feel, the happier our buyers feel. And that’s something that I love getting the chance to set in regards to expectation and understanding your expectations as a whole. And so more than anything, our process is extremely important to us. We really want to do. All that we can to communicate well and communicate properly for new construction opportunities for buyers so that they’re building from scratch, whether they’re buying Mercredi home. I mean, there are so many different options again that we’re trying to go through, excuse me, out of all of that as well can apply to. Excuse me. What area of town they’re looking at, what options they’re looking at for their home? Because our processes is really set up to go through that, to set good expectations and good understandings for buyers and showing off what we can do for them and what that looks like and why we do things a certain way. And then again, you know, making sure that the communication has been set, the best communication has been said. The best understanding for a new construction process has been understood. And I mean, more than anything, a few like in this industry, especially in real estate, whether you’re looking at buying a marker or any home with us or building from scratch with us. There’s a lot of opportunities. There’s a lot that goes into our process. There’s a lot of insight and information into the structure. So for us, whenever we get the chance to do that, whenever we get the chance to have that. Organizational standards, organizational setting come in and have a play, a very key part overall. The better that we’re doing and the more that we get the chance to go above and beyond and kind of just showing off what can be done for buyers and more than anything. My goal overall is each and every buyer that I work with, I want to make sure that they’re getting a good idea and a great understanding of what I can do for them and how I can work to to benefit them as a whole and to make sure that they’re feeling protected and their needs are being met. And they have a good understanding of what’s to come and why that is. And you know what their processes and understand why we follow the process a certain way, why we do things a certain way as well, because we really do. We have a structure that really guides the buyer and we make sure that the buyer understands why we do things a certain way and what exactly is done to protect them more than anything, because that’s what we do. We we really have this structure to protect our buyers to make sure that they understand that we’re here to find something that works for them. And again, we’re here to benefit them. But that’s something I again really try to stress to my buyers and to really try to stress for the process that they walk through and getting a good understanding of what, what, why we do, what we do and how we do things a certain way because our steps are there that are steps, whether they’re looking at New Homes In Edmond and then new construction in OKC, no new construction homes. And then we’ve set this up for a reason.
We’ve set up this structure for a reason. But we have this guideline in place. So that way we overcome any objections they may have. We communicate better. We set better expectations and better understandings for the industry. So that way they they feel protected. They feel they have a better understanding and a better knowledge of what’s occurring right now and then what’s coming in the future. So with that being said to me, more than anything, the more that our communication has been, communication standard has been set, I think is a good way to put it the better we’re able to do to properly go over the floor plans, go over the options, be transparent and go through the price of pick out their land and walk through the purchase agreement. There’s there’s a lot that we we do. There’s a lot that goes into this. There’s a lot that we communicate to our buyers. And so that way they feel protected. They feel understood, they feel like their needs are being met, their wants are being heard there. Everything is that we’re going through has been talked about and the understanding has been met and the expectation has been exceeded more than anything. I mean, that’s something that I think is extremely important for our process, that they feel and have a good understanding of what’s to come and why we do things a certain way and what exactly that looks like and how the process applies to them. So whenever I do get the chance to go through that with them and when I do get the chance to show off what I can do for them and why I do things a certain way and why there are certain options in certain homes and what selections they get to the chance to make and other things like that. Because there are there’s a lot that goes into this. There’s a lot that we really strive to go above and beyond with in regards to the process in our communication. But new home communications and stuff like that. So when we are setting our expectations with our buyers and we’re setting good communication standards with our buyers and we as a whole, we’re really getting the chance to win and to benefit each and every person involved with us, your actual homes from start to finish in our process and in our structure. And then also, I mean, in our standard too, because that’s that’s very important to us. We set a very high standard and we’re going to keep that for all of our buyers.
