And for us, it’s really fun to be able to show off what we can do for our buyers alongside them to guide them through the process as well as a whole. So more than anything, we love getting the chance to connect with amazing people, wonderful people as we guide them through the steps that we have to offer and make sure that they have a good understanding and a good idea of what the process is and how it applies to them. There’s a lot of insight. There’s a lot of information that we provide for our buyers and we make sure that we communicate well and we connect with them really well. We start really pull steps that will walk buyers through. And as they walk through the process with us, as they connect to communicate with us, as we communicate with them, basically what we’re going to try to do, what we very, very consistently do is go back to the early in our processes. Basically, we walk them through the steps like I’ve been saying that we’re one in seven. Excuse me, sir. This color money home tour, so it’s the very first step monument tour that we offer, right? Is a way to get virus information and to show basically what we can do for them as we find a plan that works for them, because that’s really the first step. The very first goal is to figure out the floor plan. And once we figure out the floor plan, basically walk them through the floor of the floor plan. We want to figure out what exactly they need and how exactly they’re able to and. Work alongside us here at home to worry about the benefit to the process as we do that then we could see how it functions works for their family. More than anything, though, this very first step for us is a way to make sure that we’re providing the best information to our buyers to make sure that they’re able to see exactly what can be done for them and how exactly that works to benefit them more than anything. Our goal we want to see, and we want to make sure that we’re working hard to show off what exactly we can do for a virus and how exactly that works and just how we’re able to benefit them. It’s very important to us. We want to make sure that we’re able to connect, communicate and go over options as well as we can to show exactly what can be done and how exactly that applies for the new construction process. Because there’s a lot that goes into new construction, there’s a lot that we really try to go over and make sure that we’re communicating properly with our buyers. And when we do get the chance to do that without looking at new homes and new construction of new construction homes, and then we’re able to get them the right information for the right area. So the fact is, there’s a lot of different areas that have a lot of different amenities and a lot of different opportunities as well. So for us, we would make sure that we’re talking that over with our buyers. So with the options that we have and different things like that, because that’s really what me, there’s so much that goes into a new construction process that we we’re going to try to do everything that we can to communicate that and communicate really well and just consistently go above and beyond in our process and our steps in what we’re able to do for each and every buyer, just how that applies to them and different stuff like that. So again, there’s a lot that goes into our new construction process, and there’s a lot that we want to do to set a higher standard, a better suited for our industry. So more than anything, as we walk through the process with our buyers and as we walk alongside our buyers, we’re going to make sure that we can do everything that we can to connect, to communicate with them really well and make sure that they and their needs are being heard. Their wants and needs are being met. And so that way, they feel safe and comfortable moving forward with us here at Charlotte, because that’s a big part of our process is a big part of our our structure and what we do here at Charlotte and just the guidelines that we have to make sure that we are connecting with buyers really while we are communicating with them. We’re going above and beyond in the process. As a whole. For new construction, we love getting the chance to do, we love making sure that. That communication is there, that need of communication has been met because I think overall with each and every buyer that’s extremely important to us is making sure that we are getting that really good children going above and beyond with that communication standard that we’ve set.

So that way they feel like they’re being protected and that it’s a good insight into what we can do for them and just the different processes that we have set for each and every that we work with.
