No matter where you go or what you do when it comes to the new homebuilders is always going to be one of the best. We’ve been here for almost 40 years in Oklahoma and Tulsa. We’ve got the chance to expand as well into New Homes In Edmond in construction in OKC, construction, Edmond and all those different areas around Oklahoma City. It’s not that we’ve just recently expanded. We’ve been we’ve got the chance to expand over the last couple of years and we’re continuously constantly getting the chance to expand as well. We actively build all over the Tulsa area. We’re expanding to a while, so we’re continuing their big jinx broken arrow south Tulsa and North Tulsa. And then also, if you’ve got land in the surrounding area, we can build on that as well. We’ve got the chance to have a lot of different buyers and a lot of different areas kind of close by within that range. And I’ve gotten the chance to kind of show what I can do for them in those different locations.

So that’s something that I love getting the chance to do for my buyers, showing off what can be done for them in their process of their new home construction process. And then this can be applied as well to New Homes In Edmond urban construction in this area as well. So that’s something important to keep in mind for our process is something important to keep in mind for new construction, home opportunities, new home opportunities and all these different areas and different factors like that. So that’s something I just remind buyers that more than anything, I absolutely love our structure that show so something that I really make sure I keep in mind. And when I connect and communicate with buyers, I try that a good explanation and a good understanding of shore homes, our processes. And what that looks like for them in regards to their process and their structure of building a new home with us. Because a really big factor, I feel like for me and for us here at Charles. Every builder does things differently. So for us, we really want to explain our process, why we do things the way that we do. Explain how we can benefit buyers in their structure and in their process. And it can kind of help them get a good idea, get a good understanding of how we can work to benefit them in the long run and show off really what we can do for them as a whole. So again, more than anything, they’re able to see what’s what’s to be done. Their process either you know, their structure and get a good understanding of how that works to benefit them as a whole and then how we can continue to consistently benefit benefit them. Excuse me, when it comes to the new home construction process. When you’re working with shop, really, we have what’s called the five easy steps, and it’s quite literally exactly what it sounds like. It’s five easy steps to owning a home. So with that in mind, it’s five steps. It’s quite simple. It’s wonderfully easy to work through with each and every buyer. And it’s our process to make sure that we’re getting you the right information and getting, you know, if your realtor, if you have fires or in the new construction process of getting your buyers the right information as well. So when it comes to new home construction processes and when it comes to new home construction in OKC, new homes and New Homes In Edmond, these different areas that were very active and this is what it kind of looks like in regards to our structure and our process as a whole. So again, when it comes to shore, when it comes to new home construction at shore, our very first step is we do what’s called the model home tour.

Now, this manhunt is wonderfully simple, very easy to do. It’s super fun. I love walking my buyers through it to kind of show off what we can do for them in regards to their structure, their their steps. My favorite joke I love to tell is, you know, if you have kids and you’re telling them, Hey, hop in the car, we got to go run errands, the very first question you’re going to ask is, or are we going? And so this is a great New Homes In Edmond way for us to explain, OK, this is where we’re going. This is the steps to be expected moving forward from here and how it’s going to process from there. So the very first step is that model home tour. So the goal of the model home tours to just show off what we can do for our buyers so that a good idea and a good understanding of what’s to be expected. So like if they are. Needing a certain size at home, if their family needs a certain size, if their family has a certain location, they they need to be, and if they have certain needs for their next child and certain layouts, different things like that, that’s what comes into play when it comes to our process. So for the very first step, we’ll walk them through those model homes we walk them through. We kind of show off what we can do for them. We set a good expectation of what’s coming next and how exactly that looks like in regards to their process. Because when we do that, then they’re able to see kind of what that that structure looks like. They’re able to see how that applies to them. They’re able to see all of the factors that go into it into play and all the factors that come into mind with the new construction process. So that’s something that, again, I talk about I set expectations of. So that way they can see, you know, buyers are able to see what goes into it, what factors are implemented into this new construction process and how we really work to benefit them. And we work alongside them and we get them good pricing on the home for location. It’s kind of like two birds, one stone. They can see the neighborhoods. They can get a good idea of what can be done in each neighborhood and what floor plans can be built in each neighborhood. So different factors like that. So that’s a very first step.

The second step is the financing part. So basically, our goal in this this section is breakdown of our steps is then to kind of show off and get a good idea of the purchasing power of each and every buyer we have. So they can kind of get a good idea of what they can afford, what that looks like in regards to their process so they can see, you know, just each new construction process as a whole. That looks like in regards to their process, what they’re needing for a new home in different factors like that. So that’s something to keep in mind. We have new lenders that we use. We have new home construction and excuse me, lenders that they can get pre-approved with. When they do get a free approval, they can use this towards there. And. Excuse me. They have insisted that they get if they use one of our perfect wonders and when they use of our blunders, it can variance incentive, but we really try to work to excuse me and we help them cover closing costs. We can do Native American loans, VA loan, FHA loan, rural development. I mean, pretty much anyone that you can think of is a loan that we offer here at sure. So that way, whenever we do offer those and each and every buyer has an option that works for them in regards to their process, their structuring, some different stuff like that. So that’s something that we do, and it’s something I try to explain to the best of my ability when it comes to the new home construction process and whatever I do get the chance to do that, then I’m getting the chance to connect and do better for each, every buyer. So more than anything. That’s step number two. It’s just the financing part to get the monthly payment. You know what, they’re financially available to purchase. Other things like that.

So whenever we do offer that, then we move to our next step. Two step number three is picking up a location. Then our buyers have the option to reserve a home site they can reserve. The location of their home, they can see it, and basically it blocks stampeding customers from taking that home site and blocks competing customers from being able, like I said, to the home safe. But it also just really benefits our buyers will to get more of their questions answered during this time while they’re doing what’s called a price. Well, they can figure out really what works best for them and their new construction process.

So that’s something that we really to keep in mind for their process as a whole. So that way, more than anything, then they’re able to get a good idea of what that looks like in regards to the structure that they have for their new home option and other things like that. So. Me. So we do get the chance to do that when we do get the chance to connect and to communicate, they can reserve their homes like they kind of feel that safety net security for moving forward when it comes to their new home option and other things like that. So again, something I really strive to communicate well and offer as an opportunity so that way they can see what comes into play and what exactly that factor is in regard to new home construction options and other things like that. Because each and every buyer’s different, each and every buyer has a different structure and a different understanding for what’s going to come into play and what factors they have for New Homes In Edmond opportunities, different things like that.

So that’s something that I try to set a good idea of and a good standard understanding for their new construction process. But that’s step number three. And then step number four is basically, excuse me, that number four is doing what’s called a price. It’s one of my favorite parts. It’s one of my favorite settings I love. It’s basically being able to design your home on paper. If that makes any sense, it’s being able to get a good structure of your home and putting that on paper and starting detailing and that New Homes In Edmond design aspect of it and how that looks for each and every new home construction process and other factors like that, since I can explain. They can start picking out and making their selections. It’s the design aspect of our home and I absolutely love it. I love the design aspect. It is seriously so fun to me. It’s such a fun process.
