More than anything, it’s been designed to show off what we can do for our buyers and what applies to them and how certain things apply to them as well. Then on top of that, we also try to make sure that we’re getting the chance to show off. Excuse me, not just the floor plans, but the amenities as well, because we’ve got some amazing amenities for location and we’ve got amazing opportunities per location as well. So the more that we make sure to communicate properly instead of the expectation of what’s to come for each and every one of our buyers and we more than anything, we as a whole here show homes have a goal and a great mindset to make sure that buyers have a great understanding of what’s to come. That is how things apply to them and apply to their process. And when we do that, when we communicate that well, we set a great expectation for our homes and our process, and we really get the chance to go above and beyond very consistently in everything that we’re doing. So it’s quite enjoyable. It’s really fun to set that good expectation, a higher standard for the process that we offer and for the new home amenities and opportunities that we’re offering as well. And just so that, I mean, it’s a great way for us to always stay on the same page with our buyers and to make sure that they have a good understanding of what we’re going to do for them. And as we welcome to the homes, it’s a great way to see whether with Vietnam’s new construction OKC, it’s a great way to see if they’re how their family fits and just how well their family fits in the house and to get a better idea of the structure that we have here.
So that way they’re. Their families may have a good understanding of what’s to come and just how to do or things will apply to to them and to their families, and more than anything, just how we are able to very consistently go above and beyond in everything that we’re doing in regards to our process and our communication and different things like that, different factors like that as well. Just because there’s a lot that goes into the new construction process and new home amenities and new home opportunities. And the more that we communicate that and the more we set a better expectation moving forward, then the better that I’m getting the chance to connect with some wonderful buyers and some wonderful people to make sure that they have a good understanding of what I can do for them and just how different factors can apply to their process. Just the whole, the whole shebang like that. Because there’s a lot there’s a lot of fun stuff that we get the chance to get a good explanation of and. I get the chance to show off more than anything to let buyers know that we’re here to help them and we’re here to protect them. But then again, once they decide once they move forward regarding. The floor plan they like best next, from there, we do the finances we figure out. Financially, where they want to be out with a monthly payment, what they’re looking for monthly payment wise and how exactly. Excuse me. What locations there wanting to be at and what amenities per location that they want in different stuff like that, just because it’s it’s quite enjoyable to offer that for buyers and to set a good expectation for them as well. But all that to say, that’s what technically we’ll do first with our buyers. We set that expectation with our buyers of. Excuse me of this is what we’re going to do first. This is what we’re going to do next.
It’s a great mindset to have. I really appreciate it. I think it’s a wonderful structure to make sure that buyers are taken care of and make sure that buyers have a good understanding of what should correct for their process and. How we can apply certain things and take care of them in certain areas, so it’s quite a unique structure that we’ve got in quite a wonderful opportunity that we have. And the cool thing is about our process. Once you kind of find the location that you like, when you find the, excuse me, the price point in the floor plans that fit within you, then next from there you get to pick out your home site and you can reserve your home site in this box, competing customers from taking your land it. Excuse me to check for two hundred and fifty dollars. And more than anything, I like to compare it to a pause button. It’s a great way to to just press eyes and continue to get all your questions answered and get all the information you’re looking for as a buyer to make sure that you feel that your decision is the best of the best. You feel comfortable moving forward and that everything works out in your favor. More than anything, that’s going to be the goal overall.
