Welcome back to the number one podcast in the country. Shar Holmes New Home Builders In Edmond Oklahoma. We are here today in Jasmine. I’ve got a model home in Highland Creek, which is in broken arrow, but as far as new homes and Edmond goes, we can build you as Jasmine. In several different communities to call and inquire about new Home Builders In Edmond Oklahoma and ask about the Jasmine Floor plan. It’s a beautiful one story 2000 square foot home. It’s a four bed, two bath, two car garage with an option of having a two and a half or third car garage. Interesting thing about the garage is that the Tandem Garage, so you have little extra storage in the garage, store your motorcycles or your lawnmowers, or you can put a workbench in there. However, you want to use it, but it’s really cool, really handy. And then you can actually.
As far as the bedrooms go, served a four bed, two bath, two car garage with the option of two and a half or a third quarter charge. And also, if you want a bigger garage, you know the option to extend that garage two feet or four feet to give you a little extra space. So ask about that, too if you’re interested in the jazzman floor plan. The cool thing about this floor plan to either go with the four bedroom option or you can turn that fourth bedroom into a flex room or study, it is a very sizable room with 12 foot vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting. And two huge windows that allow a lot of natural light into that room. Beautiful house.
So right now I’m walking into is through the curtain, into the utility room where you’ve got a large pantry on the left with five shelves and on the right directly across from the pantry, you’ve got a little storage closet through your vacuum, your mops, all that stuff. Kind of a coat closet. Next to that, you’ve got an oversize mud bench with cubbies beneath and then coat hooks on it. It’s a very convenient place to drop off your soccer gear after practice or your basketball stuff for the kids to keep from trekking and all that dirt and mud. And you know, you walk into the kitchen with a turn dial turned out Kitchen Island. It’s a beautiful kitchen, very spacious, connected to a nook and a turn dial style. You’ve got really makes this room feel huge. And you can look out into the backyard. And lots of natural light in this room create space for entertaining guests during the holidays or during just parties. Which is connected to a large, grand great room.
And in that great room, we’ve got a 12 foot vaulted ceiling. Lots of extra space. And you can get the option of adding a fireplace. You can take that into the corner or in the center wall. All of our fireplaces are electrostatic, meaning that there’s a switch on a wall. You hit the switch and it jumped topside. So let’s say in case one of those storms comes through Home Builders In Edmond Oklahoma those winter storms and your power goes out not to worry. You do not need power for this particular fireplace to turn it on and get the house heated. So really cool. So just off of the great room, you have the master bath, sorry master bedroom tucked back into the left hand corner of the house. Really cool thing about this master bedroom is you’ve got a little seating area. And then on the other side of the door, you got built in bookshelves, a five shelf bookshelf. So a really cool feature about this room. The bookshelves and the seating area and got a lot of natural light. And here you’ve got one window to when you’ve got three picture windows above where you would put like your dresser. We’ve got this particular model staged with a king size bed and two night stands the dresser, a chair in the seating area and a little table, just plenty of space walking into the master bathroom. Beautiful Master Bath. This one as a linen closet with a five foot built in shower.
Step up, shower. Beautiful tile, recessed lighting in this one double sink vanity. Plenty of space is in her sink. And we come out of the master bath into a large walk in closet, which is connected to. A. Centralized drop zone for the laundry so straight out of the master shredder, the master bedroom into the master closet out of the master closet on one end into your laundry room. Where the guest rooms, everybody in the guest room is messy and break and just bring their laundry and drop it off here, very convenient, spacious with the cabinet for storage in here as well. You walk out of the. Laundry room and you’ve got to. Good sized bedrooms, either kids rooms or guest bedrooms, however you choose to use them lots of natural light and newsrooms as well. Between the two bedrooms, you have a linen closet to store those extra towels or blankets, whatever you want to use it for games, maybe even thinking about putting some board games in mind. And just down the hall, you have a large guest for guest baths with a bath tub shower combo, and across from that is the fourth bedroom or if you choose to do a study to do that as well.
