Pay for and then your third step will be picking your place so that I’ll be picking your home site, your sales representative will actually drive you out into the neighborhood that you desire to live in. Show you some available home sites. You’ll be able to walk all over them. See what trees see, what neighbors you’ll be having and pick where you will want to build your dream New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma. Your fourth step is going to be your finishes step, so that’s whenever you pick your colors and your tie or your carpet, your hardwood floors, all of those different things that go into a home. Whenever you build with us, you get to pick all of your different options and upgrades. You can go as standard as level one as you want, or you can go above and beyond and put all level 11 things in there. You will be able to have a big front and backyard and what is super nice as you can fit just about any one of our floor plans on each individual home site. So we never really have to worry about the size of your desired floorplan compared to the size of your desired home site. We also have market homes, market ready homes, which are homes that are built by shore and the public can buy them from us after they are built. We have two homes currently in Mustang Oklahoma off of 29th and Mustang Road and the pinnacle division in Mustang Yukon area. One of the homes is going to be our New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma magnolia home. That home will actually be move-in ready in the next 30 days. They are currently painting the walls in that home, so it shouldn’t be too much longer until someone can completely move them and their family into their home. That house has five bedrooms, which is super nice if you have a big family, but it also has a good size, great room and kitchen and nook for entertaining space, along with a very big backyard bigger than what I imagined that home site would actually have.
And then another home that is market ready is going to be the Paten, and that is also in the Mustang Yukon pedicle division. That home is a three bedroom home, two storey, three car garage. Very nice, very high. Tall ceilings in the great room has a very nice big flex room, and then it has two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. Another market already home we have is going to be in our division. West of Piedmont is twin silos community, this community is supposed to be getting a swimming pool, a fitness center, a walking trail. All of these super nice things that are going to be in this community in the next couple of months. We do have a market ready home that is our New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma Kincade layout. Very nice. One thing I love about the Kincade is it has its own dining nook kind of hidden and put away from the rest of the great room and kitchen. I always tell my clients that if you don’t want to use that as a dining nook and eating space, you can always turn that into in a study or a craft room or anything like that, or maybe just another coffee sitting area for the morning time. It’s super nice.
It is a three bedroom with a flex room and a three full bath room with a three car garage. So, yeah, those that one is being built. And again, the West Piedmont area it technically is Deer Creek School District Edmond Area, very near the turnpike. Super nice. But again, the New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma are our heritage style homes, the ones in West Piedmont. Like I was talking about or the ones in the last thing Yukon area are going to be our man, just our homes. So those homes are starting around the mid three hundred and fifty thousand dollar homes. Shore homes will benefit you with alleviating the pressure and the stress of trying to work with the builder or a construction team trying to build your house all on your own. We do it all for you. The only thing you have to do is pay for it and pick out your floorplan and your home side in all your finishes. Just the fun stuff. But we gather the construction team, we gather the community, make sure that communities are up to city standards. We make sure and do all the inspection so you don’t have to. We even get the construction load and take care of all of the all of the payment before you actually sign closing day. So that’s super nice.
