It’s another great at Shah Homes, new construction going on here in Edmond, Oklahoma. My home is building New Homes Edmond, the largest homebuilder in Oklahoma. And when it comes to new construction and than we are number one. The process here is just so. Simple. That. Great process that it’s actually five easy steps the. First, you’re going to pick your plan, which is the floor model that you fall in love with and that works for you as far as the house, the home itself. As well as the payment and the amenities of the neighborhood, most of our neighborhoods have basketball courts and swimming pools and walking trails. So that’s the first step is picking your plan?
We like to take our customers on a 45 minute to an hour model home tour. You’ll see about five to eight homes. We’ve got plenty of new construction and market ready constructed homes in Edmond and OKC areas. So and in each of those neighborhoods, we have model homes that we like to take our customers through. So you can see. A fully furnished and decorated home. So your idea of how your furniture would look in it? It’s one thing that sets us apart, and we have more of model homes than any other New Homes Edmond, especially in the Edmond and OKC areas. Part of that process is you just drive your own car in case you leave for any reason. An emergency comes up, you’re free to go. Plus, when the crazy drivers, they wouldn’t want to drive with me anyway. There is no pricing on these tours. So if you get home and you’re arguing with the missus and she decides at 4:00 in the morning that she’s going to leave you unless you go with the home side that she wants, then we can do that. Not a problem. And also Assure assures that competing customers are blocked from your home site while you’re gathering your info. So switching home sites is allowed during the seven days is where you can take your time and get all the questions answered before moving forward. Sites are always one of the kind that home site faces, the direction you like, the backyard you like. It’s gone.
You cannot reproduce that on site. Reservation checks need to be a personal check, not a business check or money order. Yeah, this is just how we saw homes make.
