It’s another great at Shah Homes, new construction going on here in Edmond, Oklahoma. My home is building New Homes Edmond, the largest homebuilder in Oklahoma. And when it comes to new construction and than we are number one. The process here is just so. Simple. That. Great process that it’s actually five easy steps the. First, you’re going to pick your plan, which is the floor model that you fall in love with and that works for you as far as the house, the home itself. As well as the payment and the amenities of the neighborhood, most of our neighborhoods have basketball courts and swimming pools and walking trails. So that’s the first step is picking your plan?

We like to take our customers on a 45 minute to an hour model home tour. You’ll see about five to eight homes. We’ve got plenty of new construction and market ready constructed homes in Edmond and OKC areas. So and in each of those neighborhoods, we have model homes that we like to take our customers through. So you can see. A fully furnished and decorated home. So your idea of how your furniture would look in it?
