So the first floor plan I like to go over is one of our one story floor plans. So when you build a showroom, there are one story floor plans and two story floor plans. There’s three bedrooms, two five bedrooms. There’s going to be something that you’re looking for in one of these floor plans.
So the first floor plan and I’m going to be going over is the New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma. It is a one storey floorplan that’s 1758 square feet. In this floor plan, you can have. Three bedrooms, two baths and a two car garage or two and a half baths and a three car garage. One thing that people absolutely love about show homes is the fact that there are variations to floor plans. And that there are some changes that she can make to have your floor plan fit your needs much better. So with this floor plan, as you come into the interim, there’s a dedicated study to your right and the great room is has 12 feet vaulted ceilings, so it’s going to look grand when people come into your home. It is the only Manchester premier with a dedicated study. As I say, they shall see when you enter the home. You have a short entry hall where it creates more privacy to your home, even the other bedrooms on the other side. You can’t see their bedroom doors from the great room, so it just creates a great privacy in the home for your bedrooms. This master bedroom has the snooze button design that so many of our clients love because it’s your master bedroom, go straight into your master bathroom, which leads into your master closet that exits out into your laundry room, and it just makes things very convenient when you’re getting ready in the morning, where you don’t have to disturb your spouse by going in and out of the bedroom to get dressed to go into the closet. Everything is just right there. Leading out to you being ready. You also have the choice in this floor plan to have a sintered fireplace in your great room in some floor plans. The the fireplace is already decided where it will be in the mattress to premiere floor plans. And so some people really like to have their. Fireplace, if they’re going to have one in the center of the room and not in the corner and others enjoy having their fireplace in the corner and not in the center. So depending on what you prefer, your floor plan can match what you are looking for in your home. If you’d like it in the center or if you like it in the corner, or if you don’t want a fireplace at all. In your laundry room, you also have a mud bench where when you come out of the garage, you can put your things in a cubby in the mud bench, take off your shoes there. And even for people who work dirty jobs where they want to get their clothes off as soon as they come into their home. If you’re a stripper, you can just strip off your clothes right there in the laundry room, go through your master closet and then gaze straight into the shower in your master bathroom. So this snooze button for playing is really a must have for a lot of people, and that’s a little bit about the forsythia floor plan.

There are people that love the first movie, a floor plan. The master bedroom ceilings are also vaulted, just creating a space that is grander and bigger. The forsythia is a favorite for some people because it provides the things that they need on a one story plan, especially that dedicated study with still having three bedrooms and having this split floor plan where their children can be on the other side of the home, creating privacy for them and then having the snooze button floorplan plan that is really a favorite. Also, not to forget to mention the pantry that is on the side of the kitchen. That is. Near the laundry room. So when you come in from bringing in your groceries, you don’t have a long walk to take to put them in your pantry. So a lot of people love that. The pantry is close to the garage where you’re not having to go on the other side of the kitchen to put away a lot of those bags. So it’s just a great floor plan that many people enjoy.
