New Homes Edmond Oklahoma | There’s No Worry Right Here
If you’re in the housing market and struggling to find a used home during this housing market, you can always build with shore homes, shore homes. Recently just moved down to Oklahoma City in the past couple years, they’ve been in Tulsa for thirty five years. And Tulsa, they are the number one best builder in Tulsa, and we hope to one day achieve that in Oklahoma City right now in Oklahoma City. We are building two of our series homes. We are building our Manchester series and we are building our heritage style series. And the only difference between those two series is price and square footage. Heritage is going to be more square footage and money, and Manchester will be less. We are building in Edmond, Oklahoma, for our heritage style homes. And they are starting in the mid four hundred thousands. Two of our heart of our New Homes Edmond Oklahoma, are going to be on three quarter of an acre to one acre lots, which means you will have a very, very big front and backyard. And it also means that any one of our floor plans and our heritage style series will be able to fit on any of your home sites able to choose you’re able to choose from in some other neighborhoods. You would have that problem where you try and find a home site that fits the floor plan of ours that you desire the most.
Sometimes we can’t help you, but in this case they are really, really big home sites, so you will not have that problem. When you build with your homes, it’s very simple and easy and fun, you get to go through all five of our steps. The first step will start as soon as you walk in the door. We’ll book you for a model home tour and you can pick your floor plan out. You’ll go to several different New Homes Edmond Oklahoma model homes that we have in the area. Currently, we have three, three and Oklahoma City and two in the Edmond area. I’m sorry, we have four in Oklahoma City, and then we have three and Edmond area. The model homes are all decorated to the nines, very nice. It makes you feel at home, you can walk in them and see what kind of furniture you like or you will like in your future, your home. I like to look in all of them for decoration and design. Some people love to just go in there and just look at the placement of the home, the floor plan of the home, which is also good to do because in this moment you are choosing the floor plan that you will see your family living in.
So once you choose the floor plan, you will be able to move on to payment. So we will price everything out for you. Figure out how much you’ll need for a down payment. Figure out your lender’s situation. Your mortgage situation. Do all of those things and see also what upgrades you would want in your home to know an estimate on how much your home is going to cost. With or without those upgrades, our third step, you’re also going to be driving around the community of your choice and picking out a New Homes Edmond Oklahoma place to live your home site. Where are you going to build this dream house of yours? Will it be in the front of the neighborhood? Will it be in the back of the neighborhood, near the clubhouse, near the pool, near your sister, near your best friend? If you if you have friends building in that neighborhood. You probably want to be pretty close to them, not on opposite sides of the neighborhood. And then your fourth step, you’ll be picking your finishes. Your finishes are just all of your colors and all of your options that are in the house. And then fifth, you will be able to sign contracts whenever your price is locked in and the house is in, the next 30 days will start with its foundation and get everything going. After this, it takes. We like to say nine to 12 months.
Right now, it’s been taking about 12 months for a house to be completely developed. But in 12 months, you’ll be able to move into this brand new, new construction home. Whether that be in Edmond, whether that be in Piedmont, whether that be in Mustang or Yukon area, there all are your homes. They’re all held to your home standards, which is very, very high. We do everything quality over quantity. So if that means we can only build a couple of New Homes Edmond Oklahoma at that time, then that is all we will do to make sure that you get the best quality in your shore home. Some of our options that you can choose in your shore home is carpet flooring, we have tile hardwood. Several different stains and colors of both of those. We have a tile that actually looks just like hardwood flooring, and it makes it easy in a more affordable way to get that hardwood finish. But in a cheaper way, we also have several things like backsplash and tile floor for your fireplace.
Do you want your cabinets a certain shape? Do you want them stained or painted? What color? What do you want them stained or painted? What countertops do you want? Do you want to centimeter or three centimeter countertops? Do you want marble? Do you want granite? Or do you want corks? Do you want silver? Or do you want a satin finish on all of your door handles and towel rods in your bathrooms? We have so many different options that you choose from, from the outside color to the inside flooring and all the little details in between.
You get to do that, not us. We will help you out if you need help during this process of picking and choosing, letting you know what is in in style and trend things that are timeless, things like that. You will also be able to pick out your faucets and your showers, heads, and if you want a bath tub and shower rather than a bath and shower together. There are so many things that you get to choose from with shower homes. And that’s why I’m so excited that New Homes Edmond Oklahoma has moved to the Oklahoma City area, especially the Edmond area. We are over almost to the Arcadia area, which is nice because there’s not as many people out there, but it’s also growing day by day a ton.
