New Home Construction Oklahoma | What Do We Construct?
Today, I’m in Tucson Village, and it looks like the lots are showing up pretty quick. I got it. I see. This community has a neighborhood pool and it has a bunch of sidewalk trails walk on, so that’s really neat. So I’m going to be walking through the Liberty model today and just be talking a little bit about it and some features it has and as well as some good New Home Construction Oklahoma things about Shore and why you should you shop here. I’m looking to build or need something to move into now. We do have options for that. Let me just tell you a little bit about how our process works. So first of all, you’re going to want to book a tour with us. This will kind of narrow down your options. Since we do have sixty three floor plans, it can be difficult to pick a plan without having a tour booked. So what we do is we book a tour and see what price range you’re wanting to stay in bedrooms and we pick out some homes that we think would fulfill your needs and want.
So that’s kind of our first step in our process. So today I’m going to be walking through the liberty, like I said and as we walk in this home. We’ve got this white entryway to where you could put a bench or a mirror to the right. With a New Home Construction Oklahoma, finding a home you want can be difficult, but Shaw has plenty of options, so that’s why you should choose Shaw and this home does have three bedrooms. And so as we walk in, we go to the hallway to our left. It’s got the middle bathroom with the rooms on the sides. This front room is probably my favorite room. It has the two windows that brings in natural lighting. We love that. Also, I forgot to mention by the front door, we do have this little window. That is pretty neat, and there’s also an option that you can put a window in the door. So let’s head into the great room.
We got the vaulted ceilings. Not only do we have them in the great room, but it goes all throughout into the kitchen, which is really neat. Let’s just talk about this kitchen and some features in it. So we got the tile backsplash, which is really neat, very modern look. So with the New Home Construction Oklahoma? Yeah. Anyway, so we got the pendant lights hanging in the kitchen and as we go into the living room, the first thing I noticed is the fireplace. So this fireplace is an option. It can go in the corner or it can go against the wall, whatever you want, or you don’t even have to have it. So they decorated this living room very nicely. It’s very pink. I love that. Then as we go into the Nook area, which is right by the kitchen, this is actually one of our biggest nook areas. And the Manchester series can fit probably about eight chairs in here. Not only does it have a table with six chairs, we also got a little decoration chair in the corner and also a side table in here.
So lots of space in this nook area as we go into the master bedroom. First thing I notice is these two little windows we have. Beside the bed, the replaced higher, so no one would be able to see you, but it really just brings in that natural lighting, which with the New Home Construction Oklahoma, I feel like that’s really popular is natural light. Not only do we have those two windows, but there are more windows on the other wall. So what’s the natural lighting coming in here and forgot to mention the vaulted ceilings in the master room and just makes it feel more open? And as we go into the master bath, we got the one sink vanity. So at the no New Home Construction Oklahoma, it kind of depends. If you want to a double vanity, you’re going to have less countertop space, but more drawers. And with the wine, you’re going to have more countertop space with more. Draw a circle of just depends on what you want to neater. So we do have the fiberglass shower with the bench and this model, and it has the extra closet in this model as well. There are there is another option for this bathroom. So as we walk into the closet, a very big closet in here, we got a little window in here that, like I’ve been saying, that brings in that natural lighting. We love that. Lots of space in here.
So one of the cool things about shores, we have something called the snooze button and a lot of our models, and that’s where is when you’re in the mainstream media into the bathroom, you go into a closet and then you got your laundry room, which is really neat and convenient because you got your closet and then you can walk straight, not even have to walk, just throw your clothes in the washer. So not only do you have the laundry room, but it leads out into where the mud benches by the garage, which is really neat. So if you come home from work and you need to take off your clothes, you can just go woop right there. So all of our homes do come with mud benches just really convenient. They come included. And so as we walk out of there and as if we were coming in from the garage, you would have this straight entryway into the kitchen. But for the kitchen, we would actually have this little pocket study area. Now I love this about this home. So this is pretty much like it’s describe a pocket area, so it’s just tucked in. It doesn’t take a lot of room, which I love. You don’t have to have a whole nother room to put your desk in.
It’s got really good cabinet space and right behind it, you got the pantry. We got a nice sized pantry in this floorplan. Over floor plans really have good sized pantries, so that leads us back into the kitchen. So like I said, with the New Home Construction Oklahoma in the market right now, it can be really hard to find a home and there’s just not really a lot out there. So that’s why you choose shall we have so many options? And not only that, but the process is so easy and we have such a great team here that wants to make the experience not only fun but just so memorable. And because it is a big step in someone’s life when it comes to buying or building a new home.
