Whenever you come to showrooms and when you get insight and information into what shop can do for you, we really try to do everything that we can to very consistently go above and beyond in our structure and our process as a whole. We’ve got some amazing New Homes Edmond and new home offices in the more that we go above and beyond in that process, and the more that we set that higher standard in that process, the better that we do overall here at Shore. And that’s something that’s really important to us. We want to very consistently do over and over and over again as we walk our buyers through the process is just kind of showing off, Hey, this is what we can do for you. This is what our process looks like. This is exactly how we’re able to work for side you to benefit you as a buyer of your shop. More than anything, being able to connect well, communicate well is something that’s very important for us and. As we do as soon as we communicate and connect well, then we get the chance to walk you through our process. We’ve got a really cool process that’s been tested, tried and true time and time again, something that we we love getting the chance to do with our buyers is setting a good expectation of what’s to come and how we are. We are very consistently working to benefit them. And when we do that, when we make sure that we are communicating well, the better that we do, the more consistent we are in our expectation of proper communication. Like, more and more buyers get a better idea of what we can do for them and just how we’re here really more than anything, to work with them again, whether they’re looking at them in the construction of new construction means nothing, as well as new home opportunities here with shovels because we’ve got so many. It’s not just one area, it’s not just one opportunity.
We’ve got so many hundreds of different areas, so many different communities, hundreds upon hundreds of home sites that buyers can pick from to create incentives and a great opportunity that I love getting the chance to show my buyers and make sure that they have a better understanding that we’re really here more than anything, to very consistently benefit them and make sure. But they have a good idea of what exactly can be done for them as they walk along side with us. Is it something that is very important to us? We want to make sure that we’re working on site fires so that way they can see what exactly we can do for them and how exactly we’re able to benefit them and would be to benefit them would be to set that higher standard than we hear it as a whole are able to make sure to connect really well with our buyers, make sure that they’re getting a better insight into what we can do for them and they feel protected. So when we protect them, we protect our different buyers in different opportunities from foreign buyers and different stuff like that. So that’s something that we do on a very consistent basis. And that’s something I love getting the chance to communicate with my buyers and making sure that they have a good insight into what can be done for them and exactly what, what process and what opportunities they get to get to see. And they’re able to excuse me, they’re able to understand exactly pretty much get a good insight into their structure and how exactly that applies to them. But more than anything, they were then able to to show off what can be done for their process and for their New Homes Edmond and give them opportunities. But as we walk them through the process, as we walk them through new construction, amenities and new opportunities on site, they’re going to be able to see exactly what applies to them and how certain things apply to them and why. That is because we’ve got some really cool steps and really cool processes that we are very consistently going above and beyond with as buyers walk through the steps with us that they see the new home amenities and opportunities that we’re offering to them because that’s really what it is. It’s the opportunities that we, we offer to them and we show off to them and exactly how we’re able to show them that insight in those entities and those opportunities as a whole. But really, more than anything, it’s quite an amazing structure that we have in our goal. More than anything here, it tries to make sure that that communication is met. We’re exceeding expectations.
We’re making sure to communicate with our buyers really well so that they see exactly what we can do for them and why we have a certain step in a certain process in word for their new home opportunities and New Homes Edmond alongside other so that that way, as we connect with them, as they communicate our opportunities with them as well, they’re able to get a good insight into how their process will be because construction is very smart with how we do it. But I think it’s very important for us here to make sure that we are connecting with them and making sure that we’re communicating really well and properly with our advisors to say, Hey, this is this is what we’re doing. This is why we’re doing things a certain way. This is our new construction process here at Sholl. And to that way, there there need to be met that that process is being taken care of here at Shanghainese and alongside the new opportunities here at shop. It’s quite a wonderful process that we’ve gotten and the wonderful opportunity that we have here at Sha that we very consistently make as many efforts as we can to go above and beyond with each, every fiber that we have today get a good insight into what we’re able to do for them, why we do things a certain way and how exactly that applies to their process and their many needs and give them opportunities. But we love getting that opportunity, that chance to.
Eye to eye with our buyers, and basically you can show off what we do for them and why we do things a certain way because we really do have a structure, a certain way to do this. So we have this structure set up. So that way, our viewers are able to see. What goes into their structure in their new home process, in their new home and many opportunities? And as we as we walk in through this, we connect with them well and they trust us more. And that’s something that I absolutely love getting the chance to do with my buyers. I absolutely love showing off to them to say, Hey, look, this is this is why we do what we do. This is our structure. This is our goal that we have in mind as we walk buyers through the process and as they gain more insight and information into the new home amenities in the newsroom opportunities here at shop. I mean, we love we’re than leaving love, getting the chance to connect to some really amazing and really wonderful people. And that’s really what makes our process the most enjoyable as you walk through those rooms. And because we’ve got a really amazing process, whether you’re looking at new spending, New Homes Edmond, new construction homes, and then we’ve got this structure because of because we’ve done this for so long and can this for so many years. We’ve been in this industry for so many years. So for us, it’s it’s an amazing opportunity to be able to offer to our buyers that, hey, this is why we do what we do. This is our process. This is our structure. And we’re really we’re doing anything doing this to benefit you as the buyer. So we’re doing this to make sure that that connection has been made and we’ve set a higher standard than our competition because it’s it’s also very important to us. We do have higher standards in how we structure our process and how we build our homes. That’s why so many people keep coming back to us year after year after year to to help us spend or to build another home with us. It’s something I love. Getting the chance to do is I just got the chance to help a couple that they live out of state. But years ago, he built his first showroom with us and he absolutely loved us. He loves the process that we had. He loved how we structured everything is. You love the mindset that we had when we built our homes.
So for us, as we walk through the New Homes Edmond process, our goal more than anything is to make sure that that structure in that season has been set. It has been very consistently that time and time again, as you know, people are getting the chance to see what we’re able to do for them and why we have this structure in a certain way. But more than anything, it’s such an amazing process. It’s such an amazing opportunity that we offer to our buyers to make sure that they have a good insight into what we can do for them and why we do things a certain way. But again, our processes has really been streamlined here at our our structures really been streamlined and to make sure that that communication has been set, that better understanding of what’s to come when it comes to the new home process and new home opportunities and.
And exactly how that applies to each and every fire as well, and just everybody’s got a different structure, everyone has a different process. So whatever we, we can act with them and communicate properly and go above and beyond as they walk through the steps with us, then they’re able to see exactly what goes into it and how exactly that structure in that process can be met. And basically, what we’re able to do for the new entities and new opportunities walking through shop homes and showing off the opportunities here at showrooms as well, because it’s really very important is the process of the opportunities that we have and that we’re very consistently making an effort to show our buyers and stay consistent in as we walk them through the new home opportunities and oddities in the structure of the process that we have for each and every buyer, whether they’re looking for new home construction, OKC, new construction homes and Edmond and all of the different things that that’s why in that sense, in that area as well. So we love getting the chance to connect with our buyers and communicate well to get them into beautiful new shop.
