New Homes Edmond | Check Out Our Good Stuff

From start to finish your homes really has quite an amazing structure and quite an amazing process to make sure that we’re taking care of each and every one of our buyers to the best of our ability. And then also making sure to tailor their structure in their process to what their family needs and what exactly, you know, they need walking through the steps with us. But basically what I say that what I’m keeping in mind is, ah, it’s called the five easy steps to owning your home, and it’s literally five easy steps to owning a show home. It’s it’s a process that we have, and it’s a structure that we’ve created and it’s been tried and it’s been tested and it’s rings true. Whether you’re looking at new homes in urban New Homes Edmond construction or if they see New Homes Edmond, these areas that were very active in we are very consistent and we’re building new home opportunities in. But all of these areas, we use the same process and we use the five easy steps to owning a shore home. So basically, with that in mind and that mindset kept kept in in in mind.

Our goal with each and every one of our buyers is to walk them through this process, and I always want to make sure I go over the structure because it really communicates exactly what’s to be expected moving forward. It communicates why we do things a certain way and how exactly that applies to each and every buyer, because every buyer, like I say, is very different. Every buyer has different needs, every family has different needs in their home. So for us, we want to make sure we’re meeting those needs and we’re hearing exactly what they’re needing and why, why that is and how exactly we can make sure that they’re getting exactly what they’re wanting. But with that being said, it’s the same structure that we walk them through. We just customize and tailor it to their needs as they walk through it with us. So basically, what I mean by that and what when I go into a little bit better detail for each and every one of my buyers, the goal in the in the process that is in mind as we walk buyers through this is as follows. Basically, it is the five easy steps. So the very first step we do. And again, it’s tailored to what the New Homes Edmond buyer needs, but we take them on all home tours. We show them the homes, we walk them through the different floor plans. We get them information on those floor plans and if they need to be tweaked, how they can be tweaked, the different layouts, the different options and seeing what fits per family because different families need different needs. I mean, we’ve got options of three, four and five bedroom. We’ve got single storey, a two storey, we’ve got two cars, three car garage. We’ve got, excuse me, we’ve got something with studies. We’ve got two three four bathroom, five bathroom. I mean, we’ve got different options, different square footages and all of those amenities that kind of coincide with that. But basically, that very first step is to find that we want to figure out the floor plan that works for the family. Our mindset with that is to hear what the family needs, why they need that and how exactly we can build that for them. That’s that first step in that first goal that we keep in mind for our buyers is, OK, what do you need? Why do you guys need this? Why does your family need this? And let’s see how we can make sure to meet that needs. So with that need kept in mind, then basically from there we find the floor plan that works and then also that that falls under like the price point of a buyer saving a certain price point. What we can do within that, that price point as well, because that’s obviously depending on the series of home and depending on the size and the square footage. That’s can be very important and we want to make sure we’re keeping all of those factors in mind. But normally, our very first goal right off the bat, right out of the blue is we want to find the floor plan that fits for the family because that’s normally one of the most important things. You know, you can you can look at pricing all day. You can look at a piece of paper of a floor plan all day, but it’s going to be very different versus seeing it in person, seeing it in person versus looking at it on just a piece of paper. So our goal is to get you in those homes and to let you walk them. The good thing is it doesn’t take very long, and it’s a great way to just see how you and your family in a home feel together and kind of seeing how the function fits your family. Different stuff like that. More than anything, that’s the goal that we keep in mind for the structure and for this time that we spend with you inside of our model homes. The goal is to find that floor plan that really fits you and your family best and meets your needs best. And then next, from there, basically what we do is we start giving you the numbers. We go over what’s called the finance side and we get you pre-approved for a mortgage if you haven’t already. This basically just determines at this time your purchasing power. It’s a very important time, and it’s a very important factor because you may think that you’re able to only purchase this and by just getting your pre-approval or starting to run the numbers to see what you pay currently and what you’re comfortable. Paying for a monthly mortgage, you know, different stuff like that, you may be able to afford more because of the interest rates or because your credit is so great. Or you may think you’re able to afford more and you get your numbers back. And we may just need to dial it back and look at a different series or just go towards a home that maybe a little more cost efficient. And there’s nothing wrong with that. That’s the part of the process. That’s how we figure out what, what works for you and what is best for your family. There’s nothing wrong with that part of the process. It’s a very important part, and a lot of people, they feel so much more comfortable after we’ve gotten the chance to go through that because then they know exactly what they’re able to afford. They know what works for them and their family. They get a good idea for where they’re comfortable, and that’s an awesome goal to me. That’s something that we want to make sure we’re doing and communicating well. So as we walk through that stuff with our partners, more than anything, it’s just a way to say, Hey, this is awesome, here’s your purchasing power.

This is what you can afford for your New Homes Edmond home. This is how we’re able to make that work for you and benefit you, because that’s the goals that we want to make sure that we’re benefiting you as you walk through the steps with us and as you walk through the process to get the right information for you and your family. But again, that’s the very first step is that the model home tours to the floor plan seeing what floor plan works best for you and your family. Step number two is that finance side. It’s improving at what you’re purchasing power. And as you can see exactly what that would be because we used you can get pre-approved just sort of our preferred lenders or preferred lenders. You get an extra incentive on top of that, basically meaning like you’d be able to get four thousand towards your closing costs on top of what you’re you’re able to get your pre-approval. So stuff like that, there’s a lot of really cool options that coincide with just getting approved. You’re able to see, I mean, more than anything, it’s important you want to know your purchasing power, I think is one of the top things you get to see what you’re able to afford, what fits for you and your family, what you’re comfortable doing, different stuff like that. So that’s something I love getting the chance to just go over with buyers. Make sure that I communicate that properly and set that the best expectation overall. But that’s kind of the first to the third step is the very fun stuff as well. It’s the home reservation. This is basically where we start looking for the later that fits for you and your family because I think it’s very, very important to keep in mind. Location, location, location. I mean, we can build the same floorplan over and over and over and over again. But when we have certain limited home sites and limited land, once you find the floor plan that fits the better the home side that fits your floor plan the best, the location that fits your family with the backyard size and the direction of the backyard. You know how your home office this, you know, if it backs up to a certain greenbelt, if it has a certain backyard view or sunrise sunset, whatever it may be, once that’s gone, it’s gone. And so we offer some really cool options that you’re able to reserve the home site and it walks competing customers from taking that away while also giving you the opportunity to get more numbers and more information along those along those lines to make sure that, you know, if this is really something you and your family are able to do different stuff like that.

So that’s something I love. Reminding my buyers is, Hey, we’ve got options. We’ve got a lot of options for you that even if you’re not ready to move forward just quite yet, which is completely, very normal for the process you can reserve, something is basically more than anything a but it’s a great way to press pause on your process to make sure that we’re getting all of your questions answered. But then we’re also still able to continue forward while getting you the correct. Most updated information, most updated numbers, different stuff like that.

We want to make sure that we do that with you, so you feel like you’re being taken care of and we’re not missing any questions you may have. We’re not missing any objections you may have. It’s very important for us to make sure that that communication is open and is really, really well. Well, that so that way again, when you’re looking at the and I’ve been doing construction OKC construction homes in Edmond, you’re getting the right information for you and your family, and you’re able to see exactly how it applies per location per amenities in each neighborhood. Because again, each neighborhood will be different. Each neighborhood has different amenities and different options. Same with each piece of land and each home site. They’ve got different options per location. And so basically, we want to make sure we go over that with you. So you know exactly what you’re getting in your home and how it applies to your family. But more than anything, this boils down to proper communication. That’s very important for us, and we want to set the right expectation for your home. So we’re going to try to do everything that we can to communicate to the best of our ability as you walk through with us and as you get more information, whether you’re looking at New Homes Edmond or new home construction, OKC or new construction homes in Edmond, all these different areas that we’re building new homes.
