One thing you might not have known about just about our process, about our structure and the new home opportunities that we offer. We’ve got a really cool structure and a really wonderful process that, in my opinion, has been tested, tried time and time again, and it is something that 100 percent remains consistent for each and every one of our buyers. Does it matter where they’re looking or what home they’re looking at, or what series of home they want? We’ve got a really cool process that will remain consistent no matter what home or what new home they want, or what new home opportunity that they like. It’s a really cool structure that has been designed by Mr Shaw himself just to make sure that each and every one of our buyers is getting the right information. And then on top of that, not just getting, you know, the correct and most updated information. Also from there, we’re able to make sure that they’re able to see what we’re able to offer for them and depending on what area they’re looking at, whether it’s New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma new home construction, see new construction homes. And I mean, there’s there’s a lot that goes into this. There’s a lot that goes into the process and a lot of opportunities that we offer for our buyers. And for me again, kind of like I just said, I think it’s very important to maintain a good structure and great communication with each and every buyer that we work with. So for me and for the understanding that I have here at our homes, I want to be very consistent in everything that I’m doing and I want to make sure I’m being consistent for my buyers. And basically, what I mean by that and what I get the chance to communicate with that can be in regard to just our process. One, the structure that we have and also just making sure that I’m getting the chance to hear out here, my buyer here, why they need what they need and just how different things apply to their families. Just because different, excuse me, different families need different things, different amenities and different stuff like that. So when I’m consistently showing them or going over all options and opportunities for them in those locations, whether they’re looking at new homes and I’m in new home construction in OKC, new construction homes in Iman mean, all of these are different areas that were very active in on a very consistent basis, you know, as much as we can be. So it’s something that I love getting the chance to have an opportunity to show off and kind of set a good expectation of for my buyer, no matter where they’re looking at, you know, no matter what opportunities that they are wanting and needing when it comes to their homes, when it comes to working alongside homes. But we’ve got a really cool structure and I really appreciate our structure as a whole. I mean, from start to finish, it’s quite wonderfully thought out. It’s quite wonderfully set up. I mean, I absolutely love the idea and the understanding that we have behind our process. And more than anything, when I talk about processes and when I talk about information on our homes, our structure is is quite simple. So basically, more than anything, the very first step to getting our buyer’s information is call. We do. It’s called the Model Home Tour. I mean, it’s quite simple. It’s quite self-explanatory in and of itself. Just basically what we want to do is we want to get to know buyers and we want to walk them through the different options that we have. Show off what we can do for them and what different opportunities look like. What different options in their home, different selections. Excuse me, what different stuff like that looks like as a home with show homes? What exactly that that process would be and how that applies to them, because it really does apply to different buyers. Each buyer has a different understanding and different process that they’re going to understand and they’re going to adhere to. So for us and for me, especially, I want to make sure that I’m communicating that and I’m setting a good expectation for that process and my buyers have a good understanding of. What’s to come? And also, what’s to be expected of them, because obviously I have an expectation of myself and I want to make sure to communicate to my bar whether they’re looking at new homes and then, you know, construction, OK, see new construction homes. And I mean, these different areas that we’re very actively building and I want to consistent remain consistent for them and then make sure that they understand that there is going to be consistency that is needed on their end As well, so more than anything and moving forward with buyers that Sharon, moving forward with people who are interested of purchasing, you know, West Shore Homes, being consistent for us is very important.

Our process to us is extremely important and for me, I want to always remain consistent for my buyers. But that also, I mean, that also can apply to them, as well as just making sure that they have a good understanding of what’s to come and what’s expected for them as well. Because there is an expectation for our buyers, we want to make sure that they have a good understanding of what’s to come and why we do things a certain way because there is a method to the madness. As I like saying, there is a mindset that comes with our process and an understanding that follows our process to make sure that our buyers understand what’s to come and why. That is because there is there’s an understanding, there’s a structure that we have and there’s a reason we have a certain structure. There’s there’s an understanding of why we do things a certain way and how our structure and set up the way that we do and more than anything, just remaining consistent is very important to us. So the more I’m able to go above and beyond for my buyers and in their communication and in their understanding of what’s to come and how different things apply to them, and I’m going to do a really good job of going above and beyond on a regular basis for each and every buyer I work with as they walk through their process in their new home structure when they left their communities and at different selections to make. And it’s quite a fine structure for us, especially myself. I love getting the chance to connect with my buyers here, why they need what they need and make sure that I’m moving their feet to the best of my ability. Just because whenever I get the chance to do that, whenever I’m meeting and going beyond expectation set in my understanding, in my mind, the process that I understand that helps to create very happy buyers.

And more than anything, I mean, that’s always our goal. We want to remain consistent, always have happy buyers who have a good expectation of what’s to come, and from there, their process will apply to them. So just how I think, in my opinion, how we hear it from homes, we’re going to take care of them. We’re going to make sure that we are communicating with them to the best of our ability to make sure that they have a good understanding of what’s to come. Because especially in my opinion, I think when there is proper communication and proper expectation for our process and how it applies to our buyers, I swear I feel like always and forever. It makes it such a great understanding of what’s to come and the expectation for everybody. I mean, there’s there’s a lot that goes into a process. There’s a lot that goes into working on social homes. And for us, when we remain consistent in our communication skills and our communication for the process, whether again, whether buyers are looking at home and then new home construction, if they see New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma as well as New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma.
