And so when we are getting the chance to communicate that and communicate that well, then we feel like every buyer’s happy. There’s there’s a wonderful opportunity, somewhat comforting for each and every person that we meet with that we connect with and communicate with as well. And the better that I do that on a very consistent basis, the way that I’m getting the chance to communicate with my buyers, hey, look, this is why we do what we do. This is how this applies to you. And and really, more than anything, our goal as a whole is to communicate to the best of our ability and have a good structure and have a good standard for each and every part that we’re working with.
And that’s very important to us. We want to make sure that we’re doing things very consistently on a consistent basis as well. It’s not just doing something great once, every once in a while, it’s doing something great 24-7, 100 percent of the time, going 110 above and beyond for each and every one of our buyers. And that’s something I hold very near and dear to. And it’s something that for us, it’s very important that communication is so important for each and every buyer that we can communicate with because everybody has a different. Different homes.
I mean, some of our main only need three bedrooms to that, and some buyers may need five bedrooms because they’ve got too many kids or they love hosting and they love entertaining and they want to have that house that everybody wants to go to. I know that’s me. I’m that person. I want to have that home. Every person comes to every every Christmas, everything’s going. You know, we get the chance to host and have family and have those that come and stay with us. But with that being said, and with that mindset in mind and you know, we want to make sure I want to make sure that I’m very consistently and communicating and and communicating properly. So when I get the chance to do that, when I’m getting the chance to communicate, to communicate properly and when I’m getting the chance to set higher standards for my buyers and communicate better than everybody else on a more consistent basis than me as a whole, and then getting the chance to learn to set a higher standard and set that higher expectation for those that are looking at new New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma and new home opportunities as well.
