So just because, you know, one or two little research, it’s all of the reasons this affords all of the excuse me, it’s all of the things that add up to a better structure and a better home builder as a whole. There’s there’s a wonderful opportunity, somewhat comforting for each and every person that we meet with that we connect with and communicate with as well. And the better that I do that on a very consistent basis, the way that I’m getting the chance to communicate with my buyers, hey, look, this is why we do what we do. This is how this applies to you. And and really, more than anything, our goal as a whole is to communicate to the best of our ability and have a good structure and have a good standard for each and every part that we’re working with.

And that’s very important to us. We want to make sure that we’re doing things very consistently on a consistent basis as well. It’s not just doing something great once, every once in a while, it’s doing something great 24-7, 100 percent of the time, going 110 above and beyond for each and every one of our buyers. And that’s something I hold very near and dear to. You know, we get the chance to host and have family and have those that come and stay with us. But with that being said, and with that mindset in mind and you know, we want to make sure I want to make sure that I’m very consistently and communicating and and communicating properly.
