New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma | This Will Be Something Incredibly Great

You get the chance to go over new amenities, a new floor plan, options on daily basis here at your homes. We’ve got some amazing floor plans and amazing opportunities that range from something as small as 14 hundred square feet all the way up to, I believe, close to, you know, over 5000 square feet in different floor plans and different options that we have that coincide with that as well. With that being said, basically with that floor plan in mind, with two new home options and that floor plan, it’s an amazing opportunity that we’re getting the chance to show off when we can really get it to show off in a very consistent basis. The amenities that coincide with that floor plan, these floor plans that aren’t always that being said, the New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma options and new amenities continuing on with some of our smaller options can coincide.

Like, for example, we’ve got the amber on the amber. An amazing floor plan is three the two baths with this study and it’s really cool. Laid out very interesting floor plan. A lot of people love this floor plan. It’s got some amazing options and amazing opportunities that I love this one. It’s a really cool, very well laid out floor plan, but then continuing on and it’s got a covered front porch. I think a lot of people like that as well. We’ve got to do very floor plan. It’s a little bit larger. It’s close to like eighteen hundred square feet, but it’s four bedroom and it’s for bed, two bath. Excuse me.

Any of these homes or homes that we offer here in Tulsa and or Tulsa Market, but we’ve got options that also match state that are in our new homes and that meant new home construction and new New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma in these areas as well. So it’s really cool being able to show these four plans off and kind of get different buyers, different options for these areas as well because they can pick from different floor plans. And we’ve got different neighborhoods that are accustomed to building different floor plans, them as well. So we just go over all of that when we get the chance to meet our buyers in person, kind of going over different options for them, which options work best for them and then moving on from there. But with that being said, the floor plan that works best for a lot of our different buyers and their new home opportunities, and it’s going to fit, you know, each neighbor, each home is different, each fire is different. So we try to find what works best for them and their new home opportunities in their new home amenities. So we’ve got some really cool options. We’ve got some really amazing opportunities for these areas and for these options that we offer. So whenever we go for this with our buyers or we set that a great standard for them, we get the chance to kind of talk them through different amenities, different new home options per location because everybody’s different. Every buyers can be different for neighborhood, for community and whether they’re looking at new homes and new home construction in OKC or just new home construction. And then in general, we’re going to try to get the best breakdown that we know how to give, and we’re going to go over the best opportunities for each and every buyer, no matter what they’re looking at. And just on a very consistent basis, make sure that we’re providing new opportunities, new incentives, new amenities and provide per location. So be able being able to do that and being able to go over that for each and every buyer is really important to us. And really making sure that we’re very consistent or being consistent on a very regular basis is something that’s very important to us and something I want to make sure that I’m doing on a very regular basis with each and every one of my buyers when I’m getting them new home amenities and new home opportunities and very consistently going over those options.

That’s the great thing about Shaw Homes. We’ve got some amazing options and new home opportunities that we try to show off in a very consistent basis and giving our buyers and all those involved some really cool new home amenities and new home opportunities as well. And the more that we go over those in a very consistent basis, the better opportunities we get to offer as a whole. So it’s really fun getting the chance to incentivize and operationalize new new options, new home amenities, new home opportunities and different stuff like that for each and every buyer because every buyer’s different like we see on a very regular, very consistent basis. We want to do everything that we can to go above beyond in all of our amenities and all the options that we have to offer for each and every buyer. In the more that we do that on a very consistent basis, the better that we do as a home to really get the chance to to show off. Hey, this is what Shaw has to offer. This is the new home amenities and you have opportunities alongside Shaw. And this is just how we structure our process. And this is how we take care of our buyers and different stuff like that, because that is a big factor in our process as a whole is just taking care of our people and that’s important to us. They know whether they’re looking at new homes and new home amenities in Edmonton and new home construction. Okay. I want to be very consistent on a very regular basis to get my buyers the right information for what works best for them and the new home opportunities that they have to offer, how that applies to their new home New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma and all the everything that coincides with it. And then the Remington from there is around twenty two hundred square feet, a little over twenty two hundred square feet, but it’s a four bed, two and a half bath. And with this study, two storey homes, it’s a really good sized home, great layout and very open, but that’s for me and trust your floor plan. So these are the floor plans that we offer inner Manchester series and these are not sadly not able to be built. And for new homes in, excuse me, new homes in and many New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma. But moving on next for me, a gesture from your home’s. These are the homes that we do offer in these in those locations, so for example, like we offer, we’ll start in with the forsythia. Forsythia is around 17 eight 200 square feet, three bed, two bath at the covered front porch and as a separate study, that’s a really good sized floor plan that offers some really great opportunities. It’s very open. It’s a nice split floor plan with. He photographed her on one side. And the other two bedrooms and study on another, it’s got some great separation to it, I absolutely love the layout of this floor plan. I think it’s very well designed and very, very well laid out. It’s got some great, great options to it. I absolutely love the design of it and just how it brings in. Excuse me.

The the overall layout is absolutely wonderful for each and every bar, so I was getting the chance to to go over those options with home buyers and say, Hey, this is what I can do for you. But that’s the first of the looks from there is the Hawthorne the Hawthorns, around 90 new square feet. It’s a little bit larger three bed, two bath and great size. We’ve got some great options for this floor plan and some great amenities for this floor plan as well. And we love going over the opportunities and the amenities, and you can add a garage, even a two and a half car garage. She’s got some different options for each floor plan. Next, you’ve got the Gardenia, which is one of my favorites. It’s around nineteen hundred square feet. It’s through that two bath with a pocket office. It’s a great sized home. It’s wonderful for getting buyers. It’s a great starter home. I love to compare it to that. It’s a wonderful starter home for those that are looking and wanting to get some insight and information into what we can do for them and different stuff like that, because there’s a lot that goes into the process the new home and then these and the new home opportunities that we offer in the better that we do, just communicating and getting those to use it to our buyers as a whole. We feel like the better that we do when it comes to the new amenities and new home opportunities that each and every part gets here at Sharbat. It’s fun getting the chance to go over all those options and kind of break down the amenities that we get here. Sean, just how we we really try to work to very consistently benefit our buyer on a very regular basis. And what exactly that looks like for our process as a whole and for the new home many is an opportunity for sure just what that looks like for each and every buyer that we work with and how that applies for their new home process as a whole and to make sure that they’re getting the most updated information, the best information and to feel like they’re being taken care of because that’s really the big part of it. We want to take care of our buyers.

We want to make sure that their needs and their wants are being heard and all that goes into their processes being taken care of as well. And the more that we do that on a very consistent basis for that, we are very regularly going over that with our buyers and talking about the options that they get. It’s so fun.
