I mean, it’s a very cool part of our process. That more than anything, I mean, I want to I’ve gotten the chance to help and work with so many amazing people to build them a home that it’s not just something that we’re wanting to do right now. We want to continue to build a home for years to come. That’s extremely important to us here at chance. And it’s extremely important to our process as well. And this is something that we don’t take lightly is never going to take care of our buyers. We really want to make sure that we properly communicate and set good expectations for what’s to come and just their home and their process as a whole. So there’s a lot that that goes into this. There’s a lot obviously that goes into the process and the structure for each and every bar we work with. But when we get the chance to set a good expectation, a good understanding of what’s to come and how their process will work and how it applies to their newsroom process, then we really get the chance to benefit them as they walk through the new process with us. But more than anything, that goal that that mindset that we have here, it is more than anything to hear what our viewers are meeting and then make sure that we’re replicating that for them and then not just doing it once, but doing it many times over and over and over again. This is what we want to. We want to pay you. And you know, certain people over the years have gotten a chance to get. And you know, if you refer buyers to us, if you refer friends, family, people to us, we want to make sure we’re paying you. And then on top of that, if you’ve got. If you’re coming back for a second time to build your second home with us, your third home with us. I’ve got machines to have so many people do that and it’s such a fun experience. I love getting the chance to be a part of that and helping some amazing people into their next, you know, either the growing into the next time or they’re downsizing to their next home. Everybody’s got so many different phases of life that they’re working through or they’re walking through. And for us show we don’t just want to be a part of one. We want to be a part of all of them. We want to work with you in every season of life that you’re stepping into, whether it’s, you know, new new members to your family, new babies to the family, new kids welcoming new life. Or if you’re getting the chance to become a new empty nester and you no longer have your kids at home and you’re you’re ready to venture off on your own and kind of downsize a little bit. There’s less that you’re maintaining. There’s a lot that goes into the new home process. So it’s quite an honor to get to work with some amazing people, some amazing buyers over the years and really more than anything, incentivize that wonderful process and a great structure that we all have. And that’s very important to us. I know it’s very important to me. I want to make sure I’m incentivizing the best structure of the best opportunities for my buyers as they walk along side with me and with our process here at to more than anything to get them in an absolutely beautiful home that they love, that they’re going to love for years to come.
