And then in the in the kitchen, we’ve got beautiful vaulted ceilings all the way throughout the kitchen and the great room. And then you’ve got that fireplace at the very end of the green room. One thing different than the cypress house than others is the nook is actually part of the kitchen. So you have like a big rectangle and it goes great room nook kitchen. So the dining room is kind of just in the middle of the great room in the kitchen. So if you choose not to have a dining room or a nook like a kitchen, you know, eating space, you can always put like a small table and chairs the side and then have more great room space. It’s just kind of up to your preference. And then another thing that’s super nice about the downstairs is there is a powder room, a half bath.
So again, for entertaining space, this is like perfect because, you know, they don’t have to use the kid or the guest bathroom. They can always just use the power bathroom. And then once you go upstairs, you will have the fourth bedroom and then another full bathroom, which this is nice for older kids, teenagers, maybe those kids that stay at home for a little longer than expected to shove them upstairs. It’s super nice. And then there’s also a game room in a bonus room connected upstairs as well. So once you walk in, you’ll walk into the game room and there is actually a bonus room connected to the game room. So it just makes for a huge game room slash bonus room, whatever you want to make it. I’ve seen these turn into living spaces to craft rooms to huge game rooms.
