New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma | What Happens Here?
If you’re looking to build a home or if you’re in the market to buy a used home, come on and swing by your home, see what we’ve got available for you. We do make model home or we make my market ready home. So if you do not want to build, you can always wait for a market ready home to be done, which is amazing because it is still New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma area and the Oklahoma City area, and you can get the home of your dreams without having to go through the steps of building your own house. No one has ever lived in it before. It’s completely new construction wood, which is super nice. We have several market ready homes going into the Edmond area in the next year, and hopefully they’ll be done by the end of next year. We also have three other market ready homes that are going to be available and ready to move in here at any any moment. We have one in Mustang Yukon area, Yukon address Mustang School District. It’s going to be our magnolia, which is our Manchester series house.
It is in the pinnacle community which offers a splash pad sidewalks. And it’s super close to the Mustang Community Center. Mustang, you know, Main Street. All of those things. Super nice. It is located off of Mustang Road and 29th Street, so it is right there in the middle of everything. You can take 15 minutes and go, you know, to Yukon, go down Mustang Road. You can get to either side of Mustang Road in under five minutes, which is very nice for a family home. And if you’re wanting to go downtown to the night, it will probably only take you about 20 minutes to get all the way down there. This home offers a five bedroom, three bathroom house with a very good sized master bedroom, great room and kitchen. Each bedroom is a good size with a great size closet, and this would be great for a large family. The backyard is huge. So bring all your pets, all your dogs and cats and have so much fun out in the backyard. And whenever it’s really hot and you want to, you know, jump in the pool or cool off, you can walk out, you can walk down the street to splash pad that the neighborhood offers and be with all your neighbor friends.
It’s awesome. Another home that we have in that neighborhood is going to be the Peyton, and the Peyton is a three bedroom, two full bath house. It offers a flex room, which is very nice. This flex room can be turned into whatever you want. It can be a study, an extra bedroom, a office space, a movie room, an extra living space or, you know, a craft room, whatever you prefer. The kitchen is brand New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma, white and gray. And again, the backyard and the pinnacle communities. They’re all very, very big. What’s nice about the Peyton is the next door is a common area, so they will never build on that, and it is a great size. Though you could never put anything on it, you know, you and your family can obviously run around on it, throw a football around on it and use it to your preference. Again, this community is right there off of 29th and Mustang Road, it is worth it to go out there and look at these homes. The Payten is a three car garage, which is very nice, and both homes come with a story or a tornado shelter built in already to the house. Another home that we have out is market ready is going to be our kinkaid. It is here in the twin silos, community, twin silos. Once it goes to phase two, which is here soon, there are going to be building a clubhouse with a swimming pool. They’ve got all the sidewalks and the walking trails, and it’s so close to the turnpike, literally two minutes from the turnpike, you can hop on any New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma direction and get wherever you need to go and probably under 15 minutes.
Super close to Yukon. I live there and I can get here in about 10 minutes if you want to get to like Edmund area. It’ll take about 15 minutes. And if you want to get downtown, probably taking about 20 minutes. It’s a great area to get to and from places. It’s very close to things like Topgolf and Fuzzies Tacos, which is super fun, family friendly. But the Kinkaid is a three bedroom Flex Room, three full bath house, which is super nice. One of my favorite things in the Kinkaid is that there is a dining nook that is kind of like the Redford one h where it goes, you know, kind of back in is kind of hidden. And if you don’t want that to be a dining room, you can always make that into another flex room, a coffee reading area, reading nook. It’s the perfect little space for you and your family. Another thing, if you really like entertaining, I love that it’s a three full bath house, so you have your master full bath, you have the kids are guestroom full bath and then you have a full bath right off of the lecture room. So if you’re entertaining and have people over, they can use that bathroom rather than using the master bedroom or the kids bathroom, which saves a lot of time with cleaning and a lot of stress. I know growing up in my house, the kids bathroom was always the entertaining spaces bathroom, the the guest bathroom. So my mom would always be super stressed out what the guest had to say about the kids bathroom.
So, you know, put that stress away and just go ahead and get this kinkaid that already has an entertaining bathroom ready for you. Again, this great room is so big in the kitchen, and the great room are super open. The island faces the great room, so it’s great for entertaining. And then the Flex Room is right off the great room so you can have any kind of entertaining space in there as well. Along with a very good sized backyard and porch, the porch is actually going to be going to have an added.
