We do require a 3.5 percent down payment and the total price of your home. This money can go towards the closing costs of your home or once you do close, you can take that money back, depending on what you want to do.
So those are five easy steps. Kind of narrows down the process for you and answers all of your questions. And building a home, like I said, can seem overwhelming, but we try to make it easy for you.
