If you are unsure of what the processes, we will always be by your side and answer any and all the questions that you may have.
Now that all selection decisions are final, New Construction in Jenks School District thinks it’s time for the planner view. The plan review is where you will meet with your construction manager will work directly with you throughout the completion of your building project. The planner view is our system of checks and balances to make sure that the person responsible for building the home has had all the details of your project correctly relayed to them to ensure a smooth building process. They will go over all the full-size blueprints, specifications, and finishes with you as well as site plan, and the product placement at this meeting. When the meeting is completed, it’s time to schedule excavation and get started.
Let’s start the building process here at New Construction in Jenks School District. During the building process of your project, this construction site is open for you to visit at your leisure. As we go through the build of your project from groundbreaking to closing, you will receive weekly updates from your construction manager on the progress of your project complete with pictures and other info. When your project reaches 100 completion we will schedule your orientation meeting. This is where you get a room by room walk-through of your new building with our quality control manager where we help you understand how everything in your new home works. This is also where we do a quality assurance walk-through.
We will notify you of your closing date approximately 30 days prior to your closing by emailing you a closing letter with helpful information and instructions. The letter will have contact information for different utility companies for the services that you will need to have turned on. Once your closing has occurred, you will begin your warranty period and have direct access to our warranty department by filling out a warranty claim ticket on our website. We will also provide you with emergency phone numbers if you need answers or help during nonbusiness hours. We have our own in-house warranty coordinator and warranty text to help assist you as you break in your new area.
