Our experience home design experts will help you understand the selection of materials available to you in your new home. It will also help you discover the pallet that reflects you and your personality and taste. We did the hard work of finding all the right choices and putting them in one place with expert advice in hand. Now, all you have to do is design and choose!
At Edmond Home Builders you will have your own personal design consultant to help walk you through the process of picking out the colors and finishes in your home. You’ll be in very good hands, as our design staff have been intimately involved in the selection of the colors you see in our award-winning model homes. We have the most well appointed design studio in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City area. It is full of everything you will need for your one-stop shop for all visual aesthetics in creating your perfect color palette. We’ve done this so you don’t have the hassle driving to 20 different warehouses all over town. And when you are finished choosing your colors, we will finalize the selections with your signature on the approval before we launch into the building phase.
Edmond Home Builders recommends that within three days after the execution of your purchase agreement, you should schedule an appointment with one of our design consultants. This is to finalize the selections for your new home. A timely selection process allows us to prepare the necessary purchase orders to start the building process as soon as possible. Please refer to your design studio addendum for complete details. Once all selections are made, we will schedule a plan review with your construction manager to review all the details.
