Shaw, Whoa, session six, custom homes, broken Arrow, sort of where you’ve been going over the four plants and so far we’ve gotten over the bay. Would, we’ve done over the Birkdale we’ve gone over the Ashton, we’ve been talking about the amber. So once again, that’s the Ashton the birkdale debate with these are the first five. So the first five floor plans have. Well we really began with and a lot of things like that. So while we’re on the amber, when you walk in, custom homes Broken Arrow you have the utility room and to the lab, this has a larger closet and just the larger bathroom, uh, of some of the plants. That’s our largest three bedroom, two bath, so don’t forget that. And it has a flex zoom right in the middle and you can use that for whatever you want. Do you want to use it for dining?
Do you want to close it off? And I’ll use a very kids’ playroom. Sounds of options there as well. Next would be the Cambridge, just as the most affordable four bed, two bath that is just over 1600 square feet. It has kind of a secret master just around the corner in the back and that’s a lot of people seem to like that as well. And then the other bedrooms are just down one hall. Uh, so that’s a wonderful as well. So you are separated. They’re custom homes Broken Arrow If you don’t have to worry about just hearing everybody, everyone’s Kinda, you can put the kids in their area and you wouldn’t have to deal with a lot of that. So that’s important to remember as well. Custom homes, broken Arrow and uh, so we have all of that going on and you, uh, you have different floor plans and a lot of different things that people like and uh, there are some things that people don’t like and that’s why we go over all of these.

When we’re doing that, we’re also critiquing what we liked and what we don’t like it right now we are on the Cambridge and the Cambridge is a great floor plan. It is our most affordable, a four bedroom, two bath, like I said before, and so you can remember that you can use that for anything that you’d like to use it for. And then you also have the option to have a flex for a in there as well. So if you don’t like the four bedroom but you left the floor plan, you can change that to a flex room or an office where it will. The office will be facing the front door so you can always remember that too. So we’ve talked about, we’ve talked about, we’ve talked about the ampere, we’ve talked about the Cambridge, we’ve talked about the cameras, we’ve talked about the input, we’ve talked about the day with.
We’ve talked about the Ashton, we’ve talked about a lot of different floor plans and some of my favorites as well. custom homes Broken Arrow and we’ve talked about all of these because it’s great to see all of these different plans and see what people are gonna like and uh, we can go over, you know, all the floor plans and see what people are going to like and what they don’t like. And it’s important to just remember that people all have different preferences so you can always just have something for, you know, there’s always something for somebody, custom homes, broken Arrow, and that’s something that uh, we believe we do have is something for everybody, especially in this, uh, this price point. We have the best options of any other builders that is a fact broken arrow. And so you have all these different options. So once you have all these options, what are you going to do with awesome.
So once again we’ve talked about, we’ve talked about the birthday, we talked about the Ashton, we’ve talked about the Canberra and we can talk about that a little bit. The dewberry is also another one of my for plants. I really liked the dewberry. It is a four bedroom, three bath. It’s over 1800 square feet and if it is the, it’s the most affordable of a lot of different. It’s the most, it’s the most affordable of a lot of different clients and that’s important to remember. custom homes Broken Arrow So, uh, we have, we have all of those different port plants and all the different things that we could do it now. It’s just really important to remember that you can, you get to pick what works for you. And that’s, that’s what’s most important in the animal business. The grand scheme of things is that you need to pick what is most important to you.

So we’ve talked about the day when we talked about the ash and we’ve talked about the Cambridge, we’ve talked about the birthday, we’ve talked about the day when we, we keep talking about all these different plans and it’s great. The point of doing that is of course to figure out what you’re going to like and what’s you’re not going to like. What are your dislikes? What are your lights? And, uh, so you can always remember that there are tons of options and things, custom homes, broken Arrow, and then we had that dewberry where it has the vaulted ceiling that goes all the way across in the living room. And I personally love the dewberry and, uh, it has a that as well too, where you know, you know, what you need and once you don’t need. And uh, it’s difficult for me to be able to tell you what you need or what you don’t need.
