Hello and welcome back to shaw homes. To read this article here today I’m going to talk about your big speed new home and what it looks like to move into one of our homes that are already built and the warranty’s involved. The best thing you can do is design and build your home, but sometimes time is the biggest factor and our clients and customers need a home that’s move in ready. So the second best thing you can do is buy a shaw home that’s already built for your move in ready home. The reason you should choose shaw homes for your moving ready home is that are moving ready homes come with a structural warranty for 10 years, a two year mechanical warranty, and a one year everything warranty or a builder’s warranty. This redford is located at three, six, one eight south for court in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

And lastly, another cool thing about the Prescott is that it has the laundry room, uh, the farthest away from the bedrooms. And this is great for late night laundry.
