Some of the other big speeding new homes I want to tell you about are the Prescott. The Prescott is one of my favorite floor plans because it has the most natural light in the living area. What are the cool things about the Prescott is that we’ve actually redesigned it because the covered patio used to be off one side of the Nook, but our customers were saying that this was blocking a lot of that natural light coming in and we agreed so we had our architects redesigned the floor plan to move the covered patio off the end of the neck, allowing for a lot more natural light to come in there. The cool thing about the Prescott is that it has the most closet and storage space. If any of our models with a really huge pantry and the laundry is in its own separate room far away from the bedrooms and this is great for late night laundry doers, New Homes Edmond so you don’t hear the laundry going all night. The Prescott, a single story is 2,404 square feet, so three bedroom home, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage, you could build the Prescott with your big TV, new home, um, with just the game room upstairs, making it 2,904 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.
The next one, or you could build with bixby new homes is the Prescott he allowing for a bedroom, New Homes Edmond a bathroom, and the game room upstairs. And this would make the home of 3000, 152 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Another one you could do with big new homes is a Prescott h along for two bedrooms upstairs, the game room and a bathroom. Oh, this would make this floor plan a 3000, 362 square feet, a five bedroom, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.
The next one is called the Redford. So the Redford one story starts out at 2,349 square feet. It’d be a three bedroom home, two bathrooms, New Homes Edmond one store with a three car garage. The redford has a few upstairs versions as well where you could also just do the game room upstairs with your big new home, and this would make it 2,923 square feet. It would still be a three bedroom home, two bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, or with your new home. You could build the Redford one e version, allowing for a bedroom, a game room, and a bathroom upstairs. This would make the Redford 3000, 178 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.
Lastly, with the Redford one, you could do two bedrooms, a game room, and a bathroom upstairs. This New Homes Edmond would make it at 3,343 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, but also a Redford to version. The biggest difference here is that there is the master and only one bedroom downstairs, so you’re losing the bedroom and it also creates a different front elevation. The redford to has to be built as a two story and there’s only one version which would be the age which would make it two bedrooms upstairs with a game room and a bathroom. The redford to age is 3000, 158 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Next is the Redford three. What the Redford three does is it actually just moves the garage over 10 feet and allows for windows in the study and changes the front elevation and allowing for a nice size front porch as well. The redford is three is 2000, 349 square feet, a three bedroom home, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage. The redford three e
allows for a bedroom, a bathroom, and a game room upstairs, making it 3000, 186 square feet, four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories of the three car garage. I know that’s for the big speed of new homes and the Redford series. The next big new home floor plan is the stonebrook. The stone brick has two different versions, but both versions have to be a two story because there’s only the master bedroom downstairs and the rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. You could do two bedrooms or three bedrooms upstairs with a game room and a bathroom, so the stonebrook age is 2,467 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, and the next big New Homes Edmond. new home is Stonebrook v, which is 2,619 square feet, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Alexa Bixby, new home, it’s called the Ventana. Ventana has only two bedrooms downstairs, so it has to be built as a two story. The ventana P has one bedroom, a game room, and a bathroom upstairs, and the Ventana q has two bedrooms, a game room, and a bathroom upstairs. The cool thing about the Ventana is that it has a really nice size pantry and Ventana has also Spanish for windows, so it has a lot of windows in that floor plan.
The ventana p starts at 2,445 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. New Homes Edmond the Ventana q is 2,595 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.
Next, I’ll tell you about the Wyndham. So the Wyndham can we built as a one story? So the, Wyndham one story. Again, this is great because there’s a dining room and a Butler’s pantry with a really nice size is a great room and open concept in the kitchen. Uh, this is also great because there’s three bedrooms downstairs and the master suite has that walkthrough feature. So if you have two people that get up at different times, one person can get up and exit the bedroom, walk through and get ready, walked through the closet through the laundry room and exit through the laundry room. Not Having to go back and forth through the bedroom. Live in Toronto. One story starts at 2000, 224 square feet. New Homes Edmond Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One story with the three car garage and whatever you build the two story version, it actually converts one of those downstairs bedrooms into a steady, so now you have a dining room and a study, and the two story version of the Wyndham 3019 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Again, the Wyndham one, he allows for a bedroom, a bathroom, and a game room upstairs. The wyndham one, h lots for two bedrooms, a game room and a bathroom upstairs at 3,217 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.
The Wyndham one, I allows for two bedrooms, two game rooms, or it might just be a game room and a theater room upstairs and a bathroom. The Wyndham one comes in at 3,562 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, and then you could also do the Wyndham one p again. The difference here is that you’d walk right up stairs into the, into the game room, allowing for a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs as well, but the Wyndham one, p is 2,826 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. There’s also the Wyndham to now, the difference between the Wyndham one and the Wyndham to is that the window to actually moves the garage over 10 feet, New Homes Edmond allowing for windows in the study.
The Wyndham to one is 2,229 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage. The other version of this bixby, new home is Wyndham to he allowing for one bedroom, a game room and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3000, 24 square feet, three bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories. It’s a three car garage, or you could also do the Wyndham to h align for two bedrooms, a game room and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3000, 222 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories, and a three car garage. New Homes Edmond, these are all big speed new homes, so these homes can be built in any of our big speed communities and they can be your next big a new home. Just to recap, we have the addison. There’s one and two story versions there. The Crescent one and two story versions of the Crescent, um, with your big speed new homes, the Finley, the Greenville, the Monroe, all those different versions of the Monroe as well.
