When buying a home or building a home through custom homes, broken Arrow, um, it is important to have a process and that is one of the highlights when building with, um, is the fact that we do have a pretty rigid process. It’s what a lot of our customers tell us, sets up. It sets us apart from other custom homes, broken Arrow builders. We think it’s really important for our customers to feel comfortable with the process and we want them to be able to, uh, know what is coming next in the process. We think it’s super important for our customers to feel at ease and to, to take all of the stress and the difficulty out of a building a new home or moving into a new home. Edmond new Homes, so that’s something that we feel like really sets us apart and something that’s very important for a lot of our customers to be at ease about with us here at Shaw and custom homes, broken arrow.
There are a lot of builders in the area, um, and in bixby and chinks in as well. Um, we like to be able to offer our customers a, a different process, um, we like them to be able to feel at ease to know what the next step of the processes and know what the step ahead of them looks like. Um, that’s why we really go over our process time and time again. You’re going to know what are our processes the first time you step into one of our models, we’re going to go over with you kind of a, what to expect, what will be a upcoming and what will be happening in the future. We want you to know all of the steps to the process and everything that you will have to look forward to and everything to prepare for moving forward. Um, a lot of people have friends that have built, um, and I’ve heard horror stories or you know, know people that have built maybe with another Edmond new Homes builder. And we don’t want them to be stressed or uncomfortable.
We want them to, um, to be in a good place, into, to be able to make decisions. And, you know, we always say that the best decision and the decision it’s easiest to make is going to be an informed one. Um, so we want to be able to take that stress out of making that decision. Um, because a lot of people have heard that building a home can be difficult or stressful. Um, so it Sha homes, we feel that the process should be simple, it should be stress free. Um, we understand that possibly the person that stressed to you, that, Edmond new Homes that building, they’re homeless so difficult maybe did so with a company that didn’t have a proven process.
Maybe they experience things that, um, you know, that that wouldn’t happen here. Edmond new Homes, we have an experienced team in place and a proven process to be able to do things the show homes way. Um, and when building custom homes, broken Arrow, it’s important to have a trusted builder, um, and be working with an experienced team that knows what they’re doing and, um, that are able to tell you kind of what to expect from here forward. Um, we do like to tell our customers we’ve done this a few thousand times, so it’s okay if you haven’t and you aren’t out there on your own trying to figure everything out. Um, we’ve really paid that away. Um, what’s most important for our customers is to simply tell us what they like and let us know. Kind of what, um, once you found on that home tour, what homestyle works best for you?
What floor plan makes sense for your family? Um, you know, kind of to think about what your routine is, to think about the rooms that you use the most. Um, is it important for your laundry to room to be right off your kitchen? Is it important for your, um, you know, important for you to have a, a big mud room right off of your, your garage? Um, you know, so those are the kinds of things that, that our customers are going to be able to tell us. Um, you know, what style choices they like. Edmond new Homes, once they’re in that design studio and after they’ve gone to price out a, they can kind of tell us what aesthetically they enjoy.
Those are the kinds of things that we leave up to the customer. We’ve basically figured everything else out. Um, we just need you to tell us what works best for you and what you like. Um, so you will have your show homes team are right there with you from contract to design studio to drafting, to construction to closing, to warranty. We have experienced experts in place to guide you and answer the questions we already know you will have, um, because we know all of those questions that you’re going to have and that you’re going to ask. In fact, we probably can already tell you what questions you’re going to have before you even have them. Um, we have done this time and time again. We know every problem that may arise. We are aware of any question that you might have a because we have this so many times. Um, and so what’s really important with our process and Edmond new Homes is if you are unsure of what the process is, let me walk you through it, um, talking to your new home specialist about
your, your home and kind of how building a home with Shaw homes works. That’s the easiest thing for us to do. Um, we go over this process so many times, um, that that’s something that we are comfortable doing day in and day out. It’s something that we go over with thousands of people every year. Um, so, you know, even those that don’t build with us that just come through the door and simply have questions for us. Those are always easy questions for us to answer because we’ve done it so many times. Edmond new Homes, there is no such thing as a stupid question. Um, we’re talking about building a house. It’s no small feat, but it is something that we do every day. Um, it is our bread and butter so we know everything about it and we are happy to ask any question that you may have, um,
because even if you’ve built before and there may be some changes in the process or changes in our process process things that maybe we do differently even if you’ve dealt with us before. Um, maybe something that we have improved on. So that’s also important to consider. Um, we wanted to keep changing because we want to keep improving. We want to keep up with our competition, with other custom homes, broken Arrow boulders. Um, we want to be able to give our customer the very best product and we’re only able to do so, Edmond new Homes, when we look back and reflect and improve on ourself. Um, that’s another reason that we have such a rigid process. We are able to do things the same way every time and to see what area we do really need to focus on a, to see what area the customer has questions about the most, um, to see where we need to affect change for, um, for our company to do the best job that we can for the salespeople to do the best job and be as thorough as possible with explaining the process to the client with the design studio so that they can be as transparent as possible with
all of the options and, um, all of the different ways that you can have selections, options in that studio. We want our, our drafting, Edmond new Homes, experts and our to, you know, be very explanatory when they are. I’m drafting up those, those blueprints. Um, it’s also really important for our construction managers to be able to contact our clients one on one when they are going through the build process to make sure that
every question is answered. Um, we also want to make sure everything is finalized once we get to closing. Um, so making sure that we have everyone on board, Edmond new Homes, for that exciting time when you finally get to transfer that title and get the keys to the home. Um, we also have an experienced a fulltime warranty staff on hand to handle any kind of questions like that for any custom homes. Broken Arrow builds. Um, we do want our customers to, to feel 100 percent secure, which is why we have the process that we do here at shaw homes.
