So we’re gonna talk a little bit about Shaw homes and Shaw homes, custom homes and Edmond New Homes Oklahoma and one of the things that I’d like to talk about on one of our communities as village at southern trails now, the thing I love about village at southern trails is it’s a community that’s located on 101st between a hundred and 45th and 129th. And I love this community because it’s one of our premier communities, which just means you will get some extra things included in your home that you wouldn’t otherwise otherwise in some of our non premier communities, like seven weeks. Now I’m in village at southern trills. Everybody’s home that we build will have an included full sprinkler system. So on the front, the back, the sides and the landscaping. It’ll also have additional landscaping added to meet covenants in that area or in that community Edmond New Homes Oklahoma.
We also include full guttering on the entire house and upgraded front door, um, which is really pretty. It say a six foot knotty alder solid wood door that you could stain. Um, you’ll also receive a three centimeter quartz or granite in the kitchen, which a lot of people would expect to live in that community, a tiled shower in the master suite bathroom, which is really nice. It’s about a $2,400 item. So all of those things are gonna come included in that community in any home. Another thing that I love about that community is you have a lot of amenities for family, so things for kids to do. We have a swimming pool in that community. What I call him for you have an outdoor fireplace, so you know, if it’s chilly or a fall night or in the winter time and your kids are playing, you know, you could be there by the fireplace and have friends and have a little picnic or whatever you. And this particular neighborhood is just conveniently located by Wolf Creek schools, which a lot of people love with creek schools. And I would say as far as homes go, you can get in villages, southern trills and the two eighties.
