Edmond New Homes | A Custom Home
As a custom home builder in Broken Arrow here at shaw homes, we like to offer a wide variety of floor plans, which we certainly have accomplished with our 65 floor plans that we currently offer. ‘Em all over jeans, fixed fee, and of course a custom homes in broken arrow. I’d like to talk with you a little bit about the Prescott are beautiful Prescott model. Our press God has been a mainstay of our business for Gosh, as long as I’ve been around 12 years now. I’m the Prescott has always been a fan favorite and we have redesigned it and remodeled it over the years. Have rebuilt it to accommodate, um, current trends. The Prescott can be built as a single story at 25, a 404 Edmond New Homes
square feet. It has a large footprint, so it requires a 70 foot wide lot when you walk through the front door and the Prescott, you’re standing in a large entryway and just to your left a study and then you step a couple of feet further and you see a hole that runs to your left and you see the dining room on your right and the great room just ahead of you. Um, I’ve always called our Prescott, my ocd house because right there from the entryway you can actually see the kitchen, the dining room, the nook, the great room, the patio, the backyard into the master bedroom, into the study and down the hall to bedrooms number two and three. So, Edmond New Homes, it’s just a great, great, great open floor plan that is highly desirable and beautiful. We build custom homes and broken Arrow and depressed. God is certainly one of them that we build quite often.
When you turn left and go down the hall, the Bedroom Hallway, bedroom number three is the bedroom on the front of the home. It has a huge vaulted ceiling up to 13 feet. It also has one of the biggest walk in closets. Well, you’ve just never seen one of the guest bedroom this big. It is huge. It’s like five foot by eight. Edmond New Homes, then if you step out of bedroom number three, cross the hall is bedroom number two, which is also a large bedroom at twelfth at five by 11 foot seven inches. Then if you stepped back out of bedroom number two, you were in that hallway that walks you right past the hall bath for those two bedrooms, bathroom number two, and it’s a large bathroom. You step in, it has a large landing area with the sink right in front of you. And then the toilet and the shower in the hallway. Edmond New Homes, there’s also two closets. There’s a coat closet for, of course coats right off the entryway. And then there’s a linen closet, a downstairs linen closet for. There’s bedrooms number two and three. There’s even a very flexible way that I can turn the study into another bedroom downstairs. So if you want to build it, for instance, as a single story home, but as a four bedroom home, I could certainly accommodate that for you with the beautiful Prescott.

You’re basically standing in the entryway overlooking the arches to the formal dining room. This dining room is beautiful. It is a 12 slash seven by 11 one, and there’s another archway that leads to the very large great room, which is a 1911 by 16 slash six Edmond New Homes.
The
one thing I love about this home, it makes it special and unique are it has four windows overlooking the backyard. With those transoms up above, just lets in tons of light as we put the fireplace on an inside wall in this home so that it doesn’t block any of your window view from that backyard too. If you got sent them, Edmond New Homes pretty look at back there. This might just be the home that you want for yourself.
Then just to the left of the great room is the master bedroom. Now this master bedroom is a large one, it’s a 19 three by 1311. It has m three large windows in it, and it’s trade up to a 10 foot ceiling. We build custom homes and broken Arrow, and this is something that our buyers have consistently told us that they liked this. The 10 foot tall ceilings in the master from the master bedroom. You step into the master bathroom or there is immediately a six foot soaker tub on your right, Edmond New Homes directly across from that, the long vanity with the double sinks in it and the space in between the two sinks. That just gives you extra vanity space, counterspace and George space as you step on in just a few feet.
I’m more past pass, just pass the bathtub is the master shower and that’s a five foot showers, 60 inch by 42 inch shower in the master, so it’s
a huge shower and then right next door to the shower across from the toilet closet is a linen closet, which you don’t get. Linen closets in. Edmond New Homes Your master bedroom is very often anymore, so I think that’s a wonderful little storage place to store. Oh Gosh, I’m a Sam’s girl. So I’d be stored and toilet paper and clean x’s and linens and all kinds of stuff in there. And as a custom homes builder in broken Arrow, as we get back out of the master bedroom, even in the great room and you’re seeing that huge open kitchen and the press, God is a real pretty kitchen, uh, with a very, very, very large milk. Um, so you can actually put China cabinet in there or something. There’s two windows off of the nook plus a door. So that might give you a, a size idea of space that those two windows in that glass door that overlooked the covered patio. The covered patio is twelfth at one by nine foot seven and back inside that kitchen, Edmond New Homes, if you walk through the kitchen just to your left, right off the kitchen is a very, very, very large walk in Pantry. It’s just really, really nice. And where you come in from the garage, you’re basically stepping into the utility slash mud room with the med bench area and then one more step and you are unloading groceries right there in that huge pantry.
Now
this is one of those homes, the Prescott is that if you don’t want to see your homework when you come home. Oh boy, this is the home for you though. Laundry Room is actually to the right at the utility room, so the laundry room is really hidden in a back corner back there. And it is big. It is very, very, very large with a wonderful big counter space in there, a large window overlooking the counter space and it’s certainly big enough to put your art in board up and keep an ironing board set up in there as well as your washer and dryer than the post can be built upstairs. A number of different ways. We build custom homes in broken arrow. And the press got a, um, would be everything downstairs that I described to you. that takes the floor plan to 2,904 square feet and there are a couple of different front elevations included in this home or that you can see. One is our is our included elevation and then one is just a little tiny bit more expensive with our premium elevation. The upstairs at the Prescott can also be taken to the Prescott. He where we add in addition to that game room upstairs, a bedroom number four and bathroom number three, taking that square footage on up to 3,152 square feet and since we build Edmond New Homes, we can also take that press got right on up to oppress, got h at 3,362 square feet and then add a fifth bedroom upstairs. The press got really can accommodate all sizes of families from their single story. Empty Nester family all the way up to families with lots of Kiddos who need five bedrooms and extra bathrooms.
