Hey, thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy day to read this article. Um, you know, having all the information is the way we make the best decision. So that’s exactly what you’re doing here today. We’re talking about our Oklahoma City new homes and the new communities that we have coming in to Oklahoma City area. Um, if you are in the Oklahoma City or Edmond area and you’re looking for a new home, a shaw homes is definitely the best option for your Oklahoma City new homes. Um, obviously the best thing you can do is to design and build your home, you know, take the month or so that it takes to design it and then the five months or so that it takes to build it. So about six or seven months from start to finish to design and build your next Oklahoma City new homes. But if you don’t have the luxury of time and you do something that’s move in ready, Shaw homes has more move in ready homes than any other builder as well. So today we’re just going to continue on with our move in ready homes. I’m the second best thing, do, like I said it is to find a move in ready homes from shaw homes because it still comes with that. Uh, it’s still under construction, but should be finished here in the next couple months. The square footage for the Ventana q is 2,595 square feet. It is a four bedroom, three bathroom home, two stories with a three car garage. The address for this one here is the one five zero for East roanoke street in broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The cool things about the Ventana q is that it has two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. And the two bedrooms that are upstairs are separated by the game room, which is great if you have kids that are upstairs together, they might fight less over the rim since they’re both right off of the game room, also the pantry and the Montana is a pop and Pantry, so really nice size pantry there. Um, and then it has an interesting living room layout where it’s kind of at an angle. So if you wanted to see any of these floor plans, definitely check out [inaudible] dot com or if you wanted to see it in person, I’m definitely call one of our sales managers or even just join in on the model home tour. Uh, the Ventana cue can be built in any of our home sites or any of our communities. So it’d be the perfect Oklahoma City new homes if you’re looking for two bedrooms downstairs. And two bedrooms upstairs.

The other one I want to tell you about that’s move in ready is called the Monroe to pee. The Monroe to p is built at the village as southern trails. Uh, the address here is three, seven, two, five south elder boulevard in broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Um, the thing about the monroe to p is that, uh, again, our most versatile floor plan with 15 different versions, and then the p indicates that you walked straight into the game room, um, with a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs. Some of the other upstairs versions are you walk into a hallway and then down another hallway into the game room. The game room is over the living room, so either you can walk straight into the game room for your Oklahoma City new homes or you can walk down a hallway into the game room upstairs. The Monroe to p is listed for sale for $310,926. Um, the square footage is 2,700 square feet. It is a four bedroom, three bathroom home, two stories with a three car garage. Again, since this one’s built in broken Arrow that the school districts are Wolf Creek elementary, all of her middle school and Broken Arrow highschool.

So if you’re looking for your Oklahoma City new homes, one of the best things you can do design and build it from scratch. One for the price for this one is $311,434 a. It is 2,595 square feet, four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Some of the cool things about the Ventana is that it does have an office in the front, um, with a really nice size living room, an open concept to the kitchen as well with a really huge pantry. So we call it a pop and pantry. Um, also you have two bedrooms downstairs with two bathrooms downstairs. And then two bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom upstairs. So if looking for an Oklahoma City new homes with two bedrooms down and two bedrooms up, the Ventana q is the perfect floor plan. And the next one I’m going to tell you about is called the Monroe one built in Quail Creek. Have big speed. Uh, this address is seven, three, eight, one east, 125th place south in Bixby, Oklahoma. The price is 315,000, $129. The status is active. The square footage is 224, 2,274 square feet, three bedroom home, three bathrooms, two. It’s a one story home with a three car garage, uh, the school district since it’s in big speed is north elementary, a big speed middle school and bixby highschool.

Uh, the next, the next one I want to tell you about, it’s called the Stonebrook v built, uh, in jenks address is four to four East, 126th street south. The cool thing about the Stonebrook v is that it has a powder bathroom downstairs along with a turned island in the kitchen. This is great for backyard views. So if you’re an edmund and you have a really nice backyard view of a pond or some trees, maybe even just a green belt of some sort a, this would be the perfect floor plan just to look out side whenever you’re cooking or doing dishes. I’m also, this floor plan does not have a formal dining room, which is actually something that our customers have designed. Um, but the note is a great size. So a lot of people just put their formal dining room in the nook here. And we also have a really large walk in pantry. Glad to call it the doomsday pantry or the fourth bedroom. That joke typically goes over better. The list price for this Stonebrook v dealt in Jenks is $316,382. It’s still under construction at the square footage. It is 2,619 square feet. It is a four bedroom, two and a half bathroom. Two story home with a three car garage. Again, if you chose to build the stone broke in Oklahoma City new homes, uh, it’d be the perfect floor plan if you are okay with one bedroom downstairs with an office and a powder bathroom. And the rest of the bedrooms upstairs.

And the next home I want to tell you about is called the Ventana q. a. The ventana is built in Elwood Park. The address is one nine zero five west 117th court in Jenks. The price for this one is 319,000, $23. And the square footage is 2,595 square feet and a four bedroom home. Three bathrooms, two stories with the three car garage. And since it’s in Jenks, the school districts are west elementary, jinx, middle school and jinx highschool and like I was saying before, the best thing you can do when looking for your Oklahoma City new homes is design and build it from scratch. But here I shall homes we have more move in ready homes than any other builder. So the second best thing you can do is find a home that we built and that way you know it’s built not only with the best quality materials and by the best trades and suppliers, but also with that 10 year structural warranty, a two year mechanical warranty and a one year everything warranty.
