We’re talking about Edmond new homes today in this article and really just all the floor plans that we can build for your Oklahoma City new homes. Um, we have over 75 different floor plans here with shaw homes and that’s one of the reasons why our customers love our processes so that they get to find a floor plan that works best for them and their family. Today we’re talking about these floor plans that you can build and I’m just explaining the differences in these floor plans and why we’ve read the, rearranged it and redesigned it. Like I was saying, some of our floor plans, we’ve redesigned 15 different times, uh, and this is mainly due to customer opinions and comments through the years and just popular trends as well. Um, some of the newer trends you’ll notice are a formal dining room is kind of outdated. So what we started doing is making the, the no can the informal space a little bit bigger so that way you know, people can just enjoy an open concept. And that’s another thing is open concept, you know, they want a kitchen that opens up into the living room. Um, another thing is that they’ve been making their
uh huh.
The floor plan and I talked to you about today is the monroe one or the monroe floor plan in general. The Monroe is one of our most versatile floor plans and this is the one that has the 15 different versions. So today I’m gonna tell you talk about those 15 different versions and what version might benefit you and your family best when you’re thinking about building your Oklahoma City new homes.
The Monroe one a is 2,274 square feet. It’s a three bedroom home, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. The Monroe one a is cool because it has the biggest archway from the kitchen to the living room. So the biggest living room, Oklahoma City new homes, the biggest open concept of any of our floor plans, the mineral one is also really cool because it has the largest back patio that comes included with any of our floor plans. So if you’re the type that likes to grill in the backyard or have a lot of friends, family and friends over in the backyard of hanging out know, having a big bag patio would be a huge advantage for you. So this would be definitely a floor plan that you want to check out for your Oklahoma City new homes. Another thing about the monroe is that in the master suite has a really large master bedroom with vaulted that come included a lot of windows as well in the master and then a little bump out nook. So for some extra seating in the master suite as well. And then in the Monroe one, um, there’s a corner bath tub as well as split vanities. So there are, there’s one large vanity and one smaller vanity and we like to call it the, hers and hers vanities
in the Mineral One. There’s no walkthrough feature that snooze button design that’s actually in the monroe too. So one of the, one of the things that changed from the Monroe one to the monroe too is that snooze button design because a lot of our customers love, Oklahoma City new homes, if their spouse or then get up at separate times, they love being able to exit into the master bathroom, a shower change and get ready and exit through the master closet instead of having to go back and forth through the master bedroom.

So you’d have to go down another hallway to get to the game room. Um, the Monroe one, he is 3074 square feet that it is a four bedroom, three bathroom home, two stories with a three car garage. The Monroe one h is 3,279 square feet.
It’s a five bedroom, three bathroom home, two stories with a three car garage. And in the Monroe, one eye is the largest version of them in rows. And this one is 3,671 square feet. It’s a five bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage on the Monroe. One to I, Oklahoma City new homes, you know, upstairs there’s a really large game room down a hallway. And there was also a bonus game room. So this one has two or eat or maybe a theater. So this one has a theater, a game room, and two bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs. So it really large version of them. And row the Monroe. One P is a different version where you locked straight up into the game room. So from the, you walked right into the game room with a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs as well. That’s the monroe one. P, uh, it is 2,820 square feet. Four bedroom home with three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. There’s another version of the monroe, it’s called them in road to some of the things that change from the Monroe. One to the main road to is the laundry room and the bathroom swap places. Oklahoma City new homes, in the Monroe one, the laundry room is on its way into the garage and in the bathroom is just
first door to the left, down the hallway in the main road to the laundry room is now the first door to the left in the hallway. And then the bathroom is kind of around the corner. But this is really great for people who want a private guest bathroom.
Um, the monroe to is 2000, 172 square feet, three bedroom, two bathroom, one story home with a three car garage. The Monroe to he again the same downstairs version. But now upstairs you walk into a hallway and you have to turn left or right. If you turn left to you will walk into a bedroom and then he turned left again. You’ll go a couple more steps down a hallway that’s opened up over this stairs and over the entry. And then you’ll have a game room to the left. So really large game room, a bedroom and a bathroom are upstairs in the monroe to eat the monroe road to he is 2,952 square feet. Four bedroom, three bathroom home. A two stories with a three car garage. The main road to h is the same way where you walk upstairs into a hallway, but this one has two bedrooms, a game room in a bathroom upstairs, making it 3000, 177 square feet, five bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.
The Monroe to it is the largest monroe to version. I’m making it 3,513 square feet, five bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, and then in the Monroe to pee. The Monroe to p is 2,700 square feet is a four bedroom, three bathroom home, two stories with a three car garage, and then the monroe three other. The things that changed with them in ro three R, it actually moves it over so you have a a window in that front bedroom or the office there, so it creates an office or bedroom. So in the Monroe, the is actually a bedroom downstairs for your Oklahoma City new homes. Whenever it goes to a two story version, that bedroom becomes an office setting. The neuro three, ead is one bedroom downstairs. In addition to the master and then there’s one bedroom upstairs or the monroe three is 2,912 square feet. Oh yes. One, two, three. Oh yeah, the monroe, three e there’s three bedrooms, 2,912 square feet. So three bathrooms. The Monroe three h is 3000, 117 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. The Monroe, three I’s. The largest version of the monroe is 3,379 square feet. Four bedrooms. Again, the I just means that there’s two. There’s a game room and a theater or a bonus room upstairs.
