‘Em. All the cosmetics and interior features and design, um, can all be done in our design studio. So what we’re going to talk about today is the floor plans that we have and what it looks like to build your Oklahoma City new homes. So the first thing, wherever you go to [inaudible] dot com, what we’re going to notice is that we have three different series of homes. We have Manchester series and those homes start at 160,000 up to 230,000. I’m, they’re going to be no one to three sides of brick and more citing as well, but really well crafted, well designed, affordable homes. Now the next series is the heritage series and these start at 2:40 and go to 4:50 and these will be brick on all four sides and you know quartz and granite and a lot of modifications with this floor plan. So if you like a floor plan that we have and just want to tweak it a little bit to make it your own, we can definitely do that for your Oklahoma City new homes.

I’m one of the cool things about the heritage series is that we have over 75 different floor plans and several of them have 15 different versions, so chances are if you don’t like something and one of these floor plans, we will have one that we’ve already redesigned and rebuilt for you. So take a look at all of the floor plans before you make any decisions. That way you can make the best decision for you and your family whenever you’re looking to build your Oklahoma City new homes. And the next thing is the waterstone homes. Um, these ones start at around for 60 plus I’m waterstone is great because I mean literally everything is included. Everything that you’re gonna want in this home is included. So hardwood floors throughout titled Showers and all, everything that you’re going to want in a home, these floor plans are bigger as well.

So they go up to a little over thousand square feet. So if you’re looking for a beautiful large home, I’m definitely check out the waterstone homes as well. I’m table and talk about the heritage series, so on at [inaudible] dot com. Click on that heritage series link view now, and you’ll be able to view all of our heritage floor plans. The first thing that you’re gonna want to do is schedule a model home tour. I’m really because we have more fully furnished and decorated model homes than any other builder and people are so visual. You’ll love this. You can actually walk through all of our floor plans before you make any decisions or commitments. Really just to find the right floor plan for you. Um, our floor plans have been designed and redesigned over 30 years. I’ve experienced by our architects and lot of times our floor plans are designed by our customers if they walk through a floor plan and it doesn’t quite flow right or we hear the same suggestion over and over. We have architects on staff. So we actually just redesigned and rebuild these floor plans.

First thing I want to talk to you about is, um, our move in ready homes. So again, if you are looking for your Oklahoma City new homes, any of these floor plans that we talked about today, can you build in Edmond for your Edmond near Home? Um, but first I want to talk about is, um, it’s the floor plan is like Glendale, it’s built in our community called Rubia states on an acre. So if looking for an acre you can definitely move into this one. Here on the price is 234,530. This one is a little over 2100 square feet, four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage on this one’s a belt. And I nola, um, another one that we’re going to talk about is called the crescent.

The question in Rubia states is built as a one story and the sale price is 242,523. It’s still under construction, but it should be finished here soon. And this one is a little over 2000 square feet, three bedroom, two bathroom, one story with a three car garage. Some of the other ones that we have are a crescent in highland creek. A highland creek is again here in broken arrow. The address is one zero, four, three, three south, 233rd east avenue in broken arrow. Oklahoma is a three bedroom, two bathroom house, one story with a three car garage. Um, again, it’s in broken arrow. So school districts are oak crest elementary child’s middle school, and broken Arrow highschool. Um, that’s another thing to keep in mind whenever you’re looking to build your Oklahoma City new homes is what school district do you want your children to be in? Um, so keep that in mind. Um, another. Actually, you know what we’re going to do, we’re going to skip all of this and we’re gonna start talking about all of our floor plans. So let’s go back. Instead of going to move in ready homes, since we’re talking about a

Edmond, we’re gonna. Just look at all the floor plans that we can build in Edmond for your Oklahoma City new homes.

The first floor plan we’re going to talk about is called the Addison Addison, can we built an Edmund to be your Oklahoma City new homes? Um, it’s really cool. It can be built as a one or a two story. So whenever you’re looking through these photos, plan, just keep in mind if you wanted a one or a two story and really what benefits do you and your family most of the Addison one story is 1,857 square feet. Uh, it’s a four bedroom, two bathroom home with a three car garage. Again, it’s four bedrooms or it can be three bedrooms and an office, whatever you prefer. So this is one of our most square foot efficient four bedroom homes and one of our most affordable homes as well. If you wanted a two story version of this one, it’d be called the addison p. and the Addison P is 2,421 square feet.

This is a four bedroom, three bathroom home, two stories with a three car garage. Again, sorry, this is four bedrooms with an office or five bedrooms. So the Addison P, it’s our most square foot efficient five bedroom house. Um, the next one we’re gonna talk about is called the crescent. The Crescent as a one story is 2095 square feet. Uh, actually let’s back it up to the Addison. Some cool things about the addison are, how do you mentioned it’s our most square footage efficient five bedroom house. It’s also a split floor plan. So there are two bedrooms and a bathroom on one side and then separated by the living room and the kitchen. There’s another two bedrooms and a bathroom. So split floor plan in that sense. Oklahoma City new homes, also in the master suite it has what we call a snooze, but design. So if you and your partner get up at separate times and one person need to get ready, they can get into the bathroom and close the doors behind them and really get ready in change and then exit through the master closet instead of going back and forth through the master bedroom. So there are two ways in and out of the master suite, uh, allowing for the other person to snooze. So there’s some cool things about the addison. I’m now back to the crescent. A single story is $2,000. Jesse Hancock (4) 12-21-18.mp3
