Oklahoma City new homes | Taking Care of The Home

Hey and welcome back to shaw homes. Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to read this article and to educate yourself on Oklahoma City new homes. Uh, today I’m going to talk about all of our move in ready homes here with shaw homes, but just keep in mind that all of these homes and all of these floor plans can be built in Edmond. That way you know, you can still consider this education whenever you’re looking into building your Oklahoma City new homes. I’m like I said, we’re talking about our move in ready homes here with shaw homes. One of the best things about our move in ready homes is that they’re still covered by our best warranty of any home builder, which is a 10 year structural warranty, a two year mechanical warranty and a one year everything warranty and the tenure mechanical warranty covers, you know, the structure. So structural, the Slab Foundation, um, there are certain specs, I mean every single foundation and crack our concrete will have cracks, but it’s talking about, you know, over a certain

links or displacement over a certain length and all of the walls in your home are covered for 10 years. Then the two year mechanical warranties a, this is talking about all of your mechanicals in the home. So the furnace, the AC unit, and all of your mechanicals here. And in a one year everything warranty, which is really cool. You have a 24 hour emergency line. So if there is an emergency, you know, we will definitely be on top of it. But if it’s not an emergency, it goes onto what we call a punch list. And the coolest thing about our one year, everything warranty is that in 60 days we will send somebody to take care of that punch list. And then again at 11 months we’ll send somebody to take care of that punch list. Because the coolest thing about building your Oklahoma City new homes is that, um, you know, you get to enjoy the brand new home and not worry about all the little things that might happen in a brand new home. All know home is a 100 percent perfect. But here at Shaw homes we get pretty Dang close. And that’s why we have that awesome one year. Everything warranty to make sure that you’re truly taken care of for that first year while the home is adapting.

The best thing you can do whenever you’re looking into building your admin to new home is design and build a home from scratch. Uh, here at Shaw homes, we have over 80 different floor plans and tons of different communities to build it in. But if you don’t have the luxury of time, the second best thing you can do is build our, sorry, purchase a move in ready home with shaw homes. So the first move in ready home I want to tell you about is called the crescent one story, uh, the crescent. One story with some cool things about this is that it has a front porch, which is really cool. I’m also private rooms. The hallway is kind of a, a crescent shape, so I think that’s why they call it the crescent floorplan. Um, it also has a formal dining room and a nice open concept kitchen with a really cool master bedroom bump out as well as for additional seating area.

Um, the crescent has a couple different versions here. The one that’s moving ready is a one story, um, however it can be built with a game room and a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs or a game room with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. And the one that’s currently built, the address is one zero, four, three, three south, 233rd east avenue in Berlin. Can Arrow, Oklahoma. And our community called Highland Creek. Now the price for this one is $253,960. The square footage for that one story crescent is 2095 square feet. It was a three bedroom home, two bathrooms, a three car garage. Now, if you’re looking for this one, here it is in broken Arrow school districts as well. So oak crest elementary child, there’s middle school and broken Arrow high school. So the next move and ready home that we have here at Shaw homes is called the Prescott single story. This one actually has a game room and a bathroom upstairs. Now the address is one one zero, one seven south Lawrence Street. Uh, it’s built over here in Jenks. But again, if you want, if you like the Prescott, uh, you can have a built in Oklahoma City new homes. Uh, the price is $279,900. A square footage is 3000, 152 square feet. It’s a four bedroom home with three bathrooms. One story with a three car garage.

I’m, like I said, the best thing you can do is design and build your Oklahoma City new homes But if you don’t have the luxury of time, the second best thing you can do is look into a move in ready home here with shaw homes.

Uh, the next one I want to tell you about is called the Redford one story. The redford one story is built in Brighton village. Um, this one is actually still under construction, but the address is six zero, one three south 13th street in broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Uh, the price is 280,996. Uh, status is under construction and the square footage is 2000, 172 square feet is a three bedroom home, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. This one’s great because it’s located in broken Arrow school districts. So it’s spring creek elementary, childhood middle school, and broken Arrow highschool.

Now the next one I want to tell you about is called the Addison. I’m. The cool thing about the addison is that it is our most square footage efficient five bedroom home also has a split floor plan. So there are bedrooms to one side and then separated by the living room and kitchen or the bedroom or the master bedroom on the other side. I’m the addison can we built as a one or a two story as well? So whenever you’re looking into your Oklahoma City new homes, I’m just know if you want a one or a two story, most of our models have a one story option as well. The address for the Addison p that’s move in ready is located in our community called Ashbrook. Uh, the address is nine five, one six south 238 East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Uh, the price is actually 262,400. There was just a $20,000 price reduction on this home. Um, so it’s marketed and priced to sell.

Yeah.

The square footage is 2,430 square feet. For this home it is technically a five bedroom home, three bathrooms, two story home with a three car garage. And in this community it’s still in broken Arrow school districts. So we have highland creek elementary, sorry, highland park elementary on either ridge, middle school and Broken Arrow high school.

I’m going back to the Redford. One story that I just talked about in Brighton village. Some of the cool things about the Redford is that it has the most kitchen cabinets and countertops space, if any of our floor plans. So a really big kitchen, uh, it also has a massive nook. So for those people who don’t want or need a formal dining room, Oklahoma City new homes, the Redford is perfect for this because the note is so big that it fits a table for 10. Um, so there’s a lot of great space there. Another cool thing about the Redford is that it kind of creates two separate entertaining spaces. So if you have some family in the living room watching football and then you have some family in the note or dining room watching our eating and playing board games or whatever it might be, kinda creates two separate internet entertaining spaces while keeping everybody included here.

I’m still going back to the Prescott that we already talked about the Prescott, but I wanted to highlight a few things that you might not think of because over the years, you know, our customers really designed our floor plans because over the years we’ve heard thousands of comments from our customers walking through our models and since we have an architect on staff here at Shaw homes, we redesign and rebuild our models all the time. Um, some, a couple of cool things about the Prescott is that, um, it, the most storage space of any of our floor plans.

Also, the back patio used to overhang off the side of the notebook and it used to overhang these really big windows. But over the years our customers have told us that it was blocking a lot of that natural light. So we’ve redesigned it and pushed the patio back patio off the end of the line for a lot of natural light to come in through there. Um, another cool thing is that the laundry room is actually at the farthest away it can be from the bedrooms. Um, and this is great for late night laundry, if you’re the kind of person that likes to just do laundry and let it go overnight, you don’t have to hear it going over and over and all night long on the Prescott has several different versions as well. It can be built as a one story or it can be built as a two story with just the game room upstairs or if you need a game room with a bedroom and a bathroom or a game room with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. So there are a lot of versions for the Prescott. So whenever you’re looking for your Oklahoma City new homes, definitely consider shaw homes and look through all of our floor plans and find the best floor plan that fits to you in your family.
