And we can, we can boil that down to a timeframe that is less than two hours. And, and during that time we will show a, a potential client, uh, six to 12 different homes. Again, fully furnished and decorated. And, uh, it’s, it’s, it’s a ton of fun to go and see the different floor plans. We have 83 different floor plans.

We’re in 36 different communities and to see what it would look like, uh, as we focus on the functionality of the house and the home, the floor plan and the room sizes and how they’re divided. And so on. We show forth the versatility of, of the plans who both on one story and two story houses. It’s not a time where we’re there to give pricing or to put pressure on people, but just to inform and educate during this process. The next step in order to help people focus in on, uh, the, the floor plans that will best fit their budget as they’re buying a Broken Arrow Home Builders is to, uh, is to go through the financing process, which is a, a very simple, very easy process. Those, the, your Homesite reservation, uh, is, is that one of a kind home site, uh, that you want to put your new home on. And what we do is we allow you to take that time to make the decisions that you need to make that nonrefundable, uh, deposit that you leave with us is actually $1,000 deposit that we don’t, we don’t even cash the check to be honest with you. We tuck the check inside our desk and we allow you to, to think things through and get all your questions answered. We do allow you to switch a home site. So if you didn’t want, uh, a particular home site in broken arrow for your new home and you wanted another home site for your Broken Arrow Home Builders, we can, we can make those accommodations in switch and switch your Homesite. Next during the process is what we call a price out, where we price the home out the way you want it right down to the dollar.

This is the time structural, uh, options become final. Your floor plan becomes final. Your home site, uh, selection becomes final. We do give you some added time to continue to think through, uh, the colors, the finishes, uh, and those things that you still have yet to decide upon. You’ll still have time to do that. Your additional deposit is due at this time along with your mortgage approval. And then we just need to make decisions regarding, uh, is this going to be, uh, eh, a, a contingent agreement based on the sale of your current home or [inaudible], or are we going to delay the build due to a needed time to put together, uh, any additional funds that you may need? These are the first five steps, uh, part of the pathway, if you will, to buying a Broken Arrow Home Builders.
