So the Greenville one E, uh, adds a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, making it 2,987 square feet, a four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Or you have the Greenville one H, which adds two bedrooms, a game room and a bathroom. Upstairs. You can get five bedrooms, three bathrooms, one 3000, 164 square feet. Or you have the Greenville one L, which is 3,413 square feet, which adds three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, making it a total of six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a two story home with a three car garage. So if you’re looking for a bigger home, um, definitely check out, uh, Greenville because it has the most bedroom count of any of our floor plans, um, in the heritage series. So the Greenville, those are the three versions there. And then the Greenville to also has the same three versions.

So the Greenville too. Um, we will to E as a bedroom about a game room and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3000, 286 square feet, which is four bedrooms, three bathrooms, or you have the Greenville, two H 3,463 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms. Or you can add a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs for the Greenville to L a, which is 3,712 square feet, six bedrooms, four bathrooms. So that one, the Greenville two L would be the largest Broken Arrow Home Builders, um, that you could build in the heritage series. So if you’re looking for a really large Greenville are really large floor plan, check out the Greenville to L a. The next one in the, um, ma, the heritage series is, uh, the Monroe. So the Monroe is one of our floor plans that has the most version. So there are 15 different versions to the Monroe.

So the Monroe one, uh, is 2,274 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. So if you’re looking for a really versatile floor plan for your Edmond, new home, check out in the Monroe and again, remember where you can walk through all of these different versions and we can explain to you what changes and, and you know how that would affect the living area. Um, that way you can get all the information for you and your family so you can make the best decision. So the Monroe one, um, has five different upstairs versions. So you can do the Monroe one with, um, one bedroom, a game room, and a bathroom upstairs in two different configurations for your Broken Arrow Home Builders. So you can have it where you walk up right into the game room and the bedroom is off the game room, or you can walk up into a hallway.

And then, uh, the game room is actually above the living room and then there’s a hallway to the bedroom and the bathroom. So there’s two different configurations for the Monroe with a bedroom, a game room, and a bathroom upstairs. The Monroe one, he is one of those versions, which is 3074 square feet. Uh, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a three car garage. Obviously the two story. And then the Monroe, one P which has the same bedroom count but a little bit smaller, which is 2,820 square feet, three bedroom, sorry, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. So if you’re looking for, you know, a four bedroom house, the Monroe, one P or the Monroe [inaudible] would be great for your Edmund new home. He also have the Monroe one H which adds two bedrooms, a bathroom and a game room upstairs making that 3,279 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.

Or you can do the Monroe one I, which is uh, 3,671 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. So those are the five different versions of the Monroe. That way you can gather all the information and who doesn’t love looking at beautifully decorated model homes. The Monroe to, uh, what changes here is the Monroe one actually hasn’t, has an office in it. Um, the Monroe two does not have an office so it scoots the garage over, uh, and eliminates one of the windows from the front elevation and gets rid of that office.

That way you have just a formal dining room and for thing about just using that formal dining room for an office. Anyways, this one will be the perfect floor plan for you. It also rearranges the bedrooms and the bathroom and laundry room on the inside. But the best way to understand that is to join in on the model home tour. Um, the Monroe too is 2,172 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. Uh, the Monroe too. He adds a bedroom, a game room, and a bathroom upstairs, making it 2,952 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The Monroe, two H adds two bedrooms upstairs with a game room and a bathroom, making it 3,177 square feet, five bedrooms and three bathrooms in the Monroe. [inaudible] is an awesome floor plan, which adds two bedrooms, a game room, a bonus room maybe for theater or something like that over the garage.

And a bathroom, which is 3,513 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and the Monroe to P, which is the one where you walk right up into the game room. Um, 2,700 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. And then there’s also the Monroe three, the Monroe three. It looks a lot like the Monroe one from the front because again, it moves the garage over. So you have two windows on either side of the garage, front door, two windows on either side of the front door on the front elevation. So really nice front elevation. Uh, this one rearranges the bedrooms as well and the inside, but you can do the same configuration for the upstairs on the Monroe. So the Monroe three is 2,112 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage, and I’m in row three E is 2,912 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.

Um, so if you’re looking for versatile floor plan for your Edmund new home, definitely check out the Monroe. Um, again, the Monroe’s furry has all of the same versions as the mineral one and the neuro too. Um, the other floor plan that only talk about is the Monterey. So the Monterey is one of our biggest single story homes. So we’re looking for a big single story home. The Monterey one is 2,446 square feet. It’d be a three bedroom home with two and a half bathrooms, or we’re gonna do the Monterey two, which is 26 54 square feet. Again, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms. It’s the thing that changes from the Monterey one to the Monterrey two is, uh, there’s actually a, just the line drawn through the dining room and living room and it widens out the whole house by four feet. So your living room is bigger by four feet and your dining is bigger by four feet.

So, and I think the study’s a little bit bigger as well. But um, for your Broken Arrow Home Builders, if you’re looking for a big single story home, um, definitely check out the Monterrey. Another cool thing about the Monterrey for your Edmond new home is that a, as a two story, it has a second mother-in-law suite. So you have your master downstairs obviously, which is actually down a private hallway, so really nice private entrance to your master suite. But the other bedroom downstairs has its own walk-in bathroom and closet as well. So, um, a really nice mother-in-law suite on the Monterey. Two story to the Monterey. One, he adds a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs for your Edmond, new home, um, or the Monterey, one H, which adds two bedrooms, uh, a game room and a bathroom upstairs. So those are the two different versions of the Monterrey.
