Broken Arrow Home Builders | Going Online To Learn More?

All right. So in this article we’re still talking about your Broken Arrow Home Builders. So, um, we’re going through the floor plans here of the heritage series. That way you know the differences from one version to another because we have over 75 floor plans and some of them have 15 different versions to it. So there’s a lot of information, a great job digging deep to find this article, um, to gather all the information for you and your family. But the best thing you can do is join a model home tour to walk through these four plans for yourself. Because looking at our websites or even floor plans on a piece of paper does not do it justice. And it’s hard to know exactly if this floor plan will work for you and your family unless you walk through the floor plan, seeing it fully furnished and decorated and uh, having someone there that’s skilled and knowledgeable to answer all of your questions and explain the differences between the versions.

Because some floor plans have 15 different versions. Uh, the main reason we redesign and rebuild floor plans is because we have thousands of comments from customers, from walking through our models. And, uh, every once in awhile there’s a comment that’s repeated enough that, uh, we think it’s a good idea and we have architects on staff. So what we do is we redesign and rebuild, um, are our floor plans based off popular trends. So we have a lot of different versions of our floor plans. So the best thing to do is to join in on a model home tour, walk through it yourself. That way you can get a firsthand look at the quality and craftsmanship of all of our floor plans. Um, but today we’re going to continue on looking at our floor plans. Um, what I’m talking about right now is the Nottinghill. So the Nottinghill is a heritage series floor plan.

So if you’re looking for an Broken Arrow Home Builders, um, the Lynch, I got Sean’s dot com and you can look through all of these web, uh, these floor plans here as well. Um, but on the Nottinghill, uh, the naughty hall has three different versions. Um, the Nottinghill, whoever does have to be a two story home. So it’s three different versions of the two story. Um, the Nottinghill has just the master suite downstairs as well as an office and the living room and kitchen powder, bathroom, laundry and all that. But all the other bedrooms are upstairs. So if you’re looking for a floor plan that has just one bedroom downstairs and the rest of the bedroom upstairs for your Edmond, new your home, the Nottinghill would be the perfect floor plan for you. So the Nottinghill H a is 2,400 square feet, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms.

And it’s a two story home. The Nottinghill H, uh, has a three car garage as well. So upstairs you have two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a game room. Uh, the Nottinghill L is 2,618 square feet, which has four bedrooms upstairs, three and a half bathrooms. And that’s again, two story homes. So there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. And then the nodding Hill V, um, again has two bedrooms, which I have three bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom, making it two and a half bathrooms in the entire house. So again, if you’re looking for a two story home for your Edmond, new home, check out the Nottinghill. The other one we’re gonna talk about today is called the Prescott. The Prescott is actually the model home tour where we start, um, the model home tour. So it is the model where we start the model home tour. Um, the Prescott has four different versions to it, so obviously it can be a single story for your Edmond new home.

You can also add a game room upstairs. Um, so if it’s a single story home, it has three bedrooms with an office and a formal dining room, a 2,404 square feet. Uh, if you add the game room upstairs, it would be a 2,904 square feet. If you wanted to, you can add one or two bedrooms upstairs as well with a bathroom and a game room. So if you added one bedroom upstairs with a bathroom and a game room for your Edmond, new home, it would be 3000, 152 square feet. And then if you’ve got a two bedrooms, it would be 3,362 square feet. So, uh, that’s the Prescott. Um, and again, join in on a model home tour whenever you’re looking to build an Broken Arrow Home Builders. That way you can see this one firsthand. Uh, the other floor plan that is really one of our most popular floor plans. It’s a fan favorite. It has several different versions as well. It’s called the Redford. The Redford has seven different versions to it. So let me tell you about those.

Let me tell you about those seven different versions really quick. And that way you will know all the information about the Redford so you can make the best decision for your Edmond new home. Um, the Redford one, one story is 2,349 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage, uh, the Redford one. You can also add a game room upstairs, which would be 2,923 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Um, Redford, one E which adds a game room and a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs for your Edmond. New home is 3,178 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, three car garage. Or you can add two bedrooms upstairs, making it a five bedroom house, a 3000, 343 square feet. Uh, the Redford too. What changes here is that the, uh, the downstairs loses a bedroom and you have two bedrooms upstairs, so that way downstairs you have two bedrooms and upstairs you have two bedrooms.

Somebody handed a four bedroom home with three bathrooms and a game room. Uh, for your Broken Arrow Home Builders it would be 3000, 158 square feet for the Redford, two H and then the Redford three. The main thing the Redford three does that’s different from the other two versions of the Redford is it moves the garage over 10 feet and adds a nice big front porch to the floor plan and a window. That way if you want a big front porch for your Edmond new home, um, you would love the Redford three Redford also has a Redford three E, which is a two story version of the Redford three, which adds a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3,186 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, three car garage. And then some of the last ones I’m going to tell you about today, uh, about your Edmond.

New home is the Stonebrook and Stonebrook. Again, it was one of those floor plans. That’s a fantastic two story home. Um, it has just the master suite downstairs and the rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. So if you want a two story home with just one bedroom downstairs and the rest upstairs, check out the Stonebrook, eh, Hey. All right, so the Stonebrook has two different versions. You can do a three bedroom version or a four bedroom version. Again, this, the master suite is downstairs, um, with the laundry room, the office, a powder bathroom, kitchen, living room, all that. Um, and then upstairs you can do either two or three bedrooms with a game room and a bathroom. So if you did two bedrooms upstairs with a game room and a bathroom for your vent for your, a Edmund at new home, it would be 2,467 square feet. If you added the third bedroom upstairs, it would be 2,619 square feet.

Uh, then we have the Ventana. Again, I’ve been, Tonya is one of those floor plans where you’ll need to, it’ll be a two story home for your Edmond new home. So you can do it with just a one bed, one extra bedroom upstairs or two bedrooms upstairs. So the Ventana is Spanish for windows and uh, has a huge pantry in it as well. So with, uh, an office downstairs, the kitchen, the living room master suite, uh, a second bedroom downstairs with a bathroom upstairs, you can have one or two bedrooms. Uh, so it’s a fantastic floor plan for your Broken Arrow Home Builders. Uh, if you have just one bedroom upstairs with the game room and a bathroom, it’s 2,445 square feet, or you can add to this, the second bedroom upstairs, making it 2005 and 95 square feet. And then the last floor plan I’m going to talk to you about is the West part H. the West port is actually one of our newest floorplans.

Um, it’s a really awesome floor plan. Uh, downstairs you walk in and you have a powder bathroom and a mother-in-law suite. So an attached bedroom to, on the front of the house that has its attached bathroom and closet to the Westport. H was a really cool floor plan. Uh, you walk in, you’ll walk past the stairs and you walk into a huge living room and kitchen that’s vaulted from one end to the other with a fireplace right in the middle of the living room. So really big wide open living room, kitchen layout, and also a really big note in it as well. So there’s no formal dining room in the West port, but a really great entertaining, um, community area. And then upstairs you have two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a game room. And a really nice, uh, pantry in the West port H as well as the master suite is huge.
